Ok, so these guys broke into Benoit's house without breaking anything or leaving any marks, killed Nancy on friday, stayed there, killed Daniel on Saturday and then they actually HUNG Benoit instead of just suffocating him aswell. Benoit's one tough guy and has a great body on him, he would fight yet there are no marks of struggles on Benoit's body. They'd have to knock him out with some sort of drug in order to place him up on the freaking noose and then let him die. Then I guess the murderers took Chris and Nancy's phones and sent the text messages. And the two german shepards just never did anything about it.

That's a horrible theory, sorry. If anything, you could say that someone murdered Nancy and Daniel and then Benoit committed suicided when he found them, but that still doesn't add up since Benoit got home Friday.

Sorry, if you want to come up with a theory that sees Benoit as another victim rather than the guilty one, you're going to have to think ALOT. That's what I've been doing and I still haven't found any possible scenarios.

None of us are forensic experts (forgive me if I overstate on this one, but I doubt any of you work in that field) and none of us have even seen the crime scene. Truth is we have no idea what happened. I know some of you want to beleive he could not have done it, because you love the man and the wrestler, and some of you just belevie whatever the media tells you, but the wise ones see that we just don't know. Alot of information is being witheld thanks to the way our legal system works and frankly we do the victims a diservice by dreaming up all kinds of fancifull ideas as to what did happen. We should just sit back and wait to hear what most likely happened.

Truthfully, as with all cases like this, we will never know exactly what happened unless there is video footage. Even then, I won't watch it, and we still can't know what the people involved were thinking. No matter what happens the people are dead. If, and only if, others were involved can justice be served. So far there is no information that leads to anyone but Benoit as the killer so we have no reason to beleive that anyone else could be beyond a wikipedia entry, which is not proof of murder or even of that person having witnessed the murder. If that information changes than my oppinion will change. We certainly don't need to get upset over it though. I highly doubt that any of us are that close to him as a person. If you did happen to know him, then I am sorry for your loss, but arguing will not help anyone or bring those people back.

There is pretty much no doubt that Benoit did it. I highly doubt anyone broke into the house, left no trace, put bibles next to the wife and Daniels body, and hung, ACTUALLY HUNG Benoit by a weight bench. Even if someone did break in, Benoit would have kicked their asses.

As far as the idea that he didn't do it. There is alot more than one sheriff involved in this investigation and, as of yet, there are no other real suspects. There is no reason to suspect anyone else, save of course denial. This is turning out to be alot like Elvis sightings at this point. You can't look at this in an unbiased light because you are a fan. There is no current evidence of anyone else being in the house, and unless they find any, it is pretty easy to think he did it. I am not saying 100 percent that he did, but you are acting as though it is obvious he didn't, which is rediculous. The chances of pulling off a triple murder without leaving any physical evidence (hair, skin, nail samples, finger prints, signs of forcible entry....ect) are next to none in todays day and age of forensic science. A person who could do such a thing would almost have to be a genius, and would also need to know the family quite closely. That is why I said the Ninja thing, it was a joke, but one that makes a point none the less. The person would have to be a master of deception, planning, and hand to hand combat. There are not many people in the world that could pull off such a thing, if there are any at all.

I don't want to make this into a flame war, I am just trying to make you calm down and look at the evidence that is out there so far.

Its not that I want to believe he didnt do it, its that everyone is shaping an assumption into a fact, in which there is no proof that what happened happened. So Im just saying what I think may have happened and adding that it was just 1 sheriff who said he did it.

Honestly though, what evidence is there to point towards anyone but Chris having done this? Someone would have to kill his family, and then wait a day before killing him. As of yet there is no physical evidence that anyone else was even in the house at the time of the murders/ suicides. (whatever they prove to be) The dogs don't mean much to me, but the type of death does. Do you have any idea how hard it is to hang a man unwillingly, without having a struggle? He would have to be unconcious for that to happen, and as of yet there is no evidence to say that is the case.

I read your post very closely, and I have read your others as well. Like the thread that you made (which was subsequently closed) where you proclaimed that he didn't do it. You show obvious bias in the matter my friend. Do not accuse me of not paying attention because I am being quite attentive to the matter and expressing myself quite logically. People just snap sometimes. A while ago a woman murdered her little children by drowning them all in their bath. She didn't do it for a reason, she just went insane. Sometimes it happens. It's very sad, but it does. If you do a little research on this kind of crime, you'll see that Benoit wasn't the first person it happened to.

Your theory makes no sense. Nobody's eating up assumptions, we're eating up solid facts. Yes, there are still pieces missing from the story, but there's no way someone other than Benoit did this.

There are alot of facts out there actualy, if you take the time to read about them. There is a great deal of evidence leading to Benoit as the killer, though obviously there can never be 100 percent proof in such a case. Time will tell, but you are failing to realy see what is out there, this thread is filled with information about the case. And don't try to say your point and then end the subject either becuase you don't have the right, and it just makes you look like you are trying to get the last word. He'll probobly be unlocked at the beginning. I just can't wait to play as Jeff Hardy, I havn't played as him in a game since "Shut Your Mouth". And hopefully the storylines will be better for story mode. They never fit for the characters. What you see in the ring, on a mic or in an interview - especially within the production paramters of WWE - is what the business wants you to see, believe and know. Wrestling a whacky ass business which, unfortunately, has a tendency to promote "live fast, live hard and blow the fuck up" lifestyles. Just look at history, look at the past fucking year. The young age, the means by which they all passed on...it's far from fucking normal.

Again, it's apparent benoit had massive issues and was a bomb waiting to blow....these aren't rumors, they're facts. Get over it, accept it. Maybe we can all take a leason from this, look at it, and try to model our lives a little better. I missed TNA thursday. I agree it should go for 2 hours. More matchs and story development would happen if they went for 2 hours.

I am afraid that spike is too focused on U.F.C. to put much faith in T.N.A. but I agree that a two hours slot on that chanel will be the best. Fox is notorious for having some odd programming choices, and for not giving shows the proper slots to work with. I want to see alot more from T.N.A's young talent as well.
