I love Orton. One of the few guys I like watching in WWE.
As for TNA, let me list the guys who I find absolutely boring or / and worthless:
Chris Harris, Eric Young, Havok, James Storm, Kaz, Lance Hoyt, Martyr, Rob Roode, and Sonjay Dutt (and until they got released, I also didn't give a shit about the Naturals and A1). And the only thing keeping Petey Williams from being on that list is the canadian destroyer, which I hate but I must admit is very unique- this means he goes into the crap category, instead of boring.
Alex Shelley, Austin Starr, Brother Runt, Jerry Lynn, Raven, Ron Killings and Senshi aren't getting the pushes they deserve, and therefore also do not qualify as stars, though I do like seeing them in the ring (well, except brother Runt).
VKM and LAX get their tag team pushes but they're quite boring aswell...
Sabin doesn't deserve his push, and I dont like the deal with Jay Lethal becoming Black Machismo though it's a start to making guys more individual.
Really the only part of the roster that has any interest at all is the main event. Steiners, Dudleyz, AJ, Angle, Christian, Sting and Abyss. The truth is, TNA has ALWAYS had this problem: lack of star power and lack of CHARACTERS. I remember when I first started watching TNA, man it was the absolute shits. Everybody looked just like everybody else. With the exception of Raven, AJ, Jarret, Abyss, Chris Daniels and Amazing Red, every guy in the roster seemed to have at least one clone. The situation is much better now, but the problem's still there. WWE's jobbers like Sylvan, Shannon Moore, The Miz, Funaki and Little Guido are more memorable and unique then most of TNA's roster. I'd rather give Sylvan heat for a good heel promo and basic heel vs face match then give Martyr any kind of reaction at all, since I dont even know what the fuck he's supposed to be.

Wow, dude, Only a few of those people are boring. Most of Jeff Hardy's Matchs are three times better than ANY match that Daniels or Styles have EVER had.
Victoria deserves a HUGE push and get some of these people out of the title picture. Bring Beth Phonix off of OVW and put her on RAW. Get rid of Mickie James and get some more people to replace her.
Carlito CAN be pretty annoying, but he has put on some pretty good matches.
Eugene could wrestle if he didn't have that "Hi, i'm stupid" gimmick.
The Highlanders are awsome, CAN wrestle and deserve a title run. Seen em' live, and found them very entertaning.
Nitro is nothing without Mercury. If they where together, They would be great. But just Nitro is Just Plain Boring.
Haas could be one of the best wrestlers in WWE if they would give him a chance.
Orton is one of the most entertaining wrestlers around. He could be one of the best. They need to give him the shot he's getting. It's well due to him. Randy is a draw, no doubt.

I said Haas COULD be one of the best. look at his background. Him and Shelton should be seperated though. Haas would be an excellent contened for the title if WWE would give him a big push.
And orton is fun to watch. He can put on a better show than half of TNA's roster, thats for sure.
And you have to realize, i HATE WWE, it's gone WAY down hill. They will never be as good as they once were, But they still have some good talent that needs to be pushed.
OVW is better than TNA too. They need to send some of there talent over to the mother company WWE.
Just face facts
WWE>WCW>AAA>OVW>ROH>ECW>TNA>Other indie brands>WSX

are u kidding me orton is better than probely 2 or 3 guys in tna that's it good talent my ass most of them are not even devloped and i can't belive u put wwe wcw aa ovw infront of ROH what the hell are u thinking ROH is probley the one of if not the best wrestling promotion out there
First of all, if you want this discussion to carry on, you learn how to fucking write. I'm sick of reading your posts not because of what you say but because of how you say it. Got comma?
Second, you named a bunch of WWE wrestlers that are all more unique and more over than all the TNA guys I mentioned, and that's my point. If Eugene is out there, I know damn well what the deal is. He's a babyface wrestler who's a retard. He's still a wrestling fan at heart and does other people's moves. The guys I mentioned in TNA are absolute question marks.
I didn't say Randy Orton was one of the best, I said he was one of the best IN WWE, which he is.
All guys I mentioned are good wrestlers, sure. But they're boring. I'm not talking about wrestling ability, I'm talking about star power and being over or not.
If Cena and Candice are boring, then why are they so over? Why is Cena selling more merchandise in one day then Jeff Jarret could ever hope to sell in one year?
As much as I hate Jeff Hardy, whenever he goes out there he has the crowd in the palm of his hand. How can you say he's boring? And I wonder if he was in TNA, you'd be saying the same thing. Biased little shit.
Shawn Micheals...who cares? Are you fucking kidding me? Shawn Micheals is probably one of the top ten most exciting wrestlers of all time. He's gotten some of the biggest reactions in the history of the business. Whenever his theme song starts, he gets pop of the night. You're clearly being biased.
Viscera the gay humping machine.... don't you get it? You really dont get it. Viscera is more entertaining than James Storm or Chris Harris or Robert Roode. He has a gimmick which people can clearly see and quickly decide if they like him or not. He's a freak, he's huge, black with blue eyes and a blonde mohawk. He's EXTREMELY unique, unlike most of TNA's roster, and that's what gets him over while TNA guys get dead crowds.
And you say that's just on RAW... that's another point I've tried to get across. You just named a bunch of wrestlers you dont like, just on RAW. WWE has THREE BRANDS. That means alot more fucking wrestlers than TNA. Alot more guys who are getting over. Alot more guys who are selling merchandise.
This conversation ends here for me because I've written all my points, and you're just being biased. Discussions dont work when one element is being biased. How the hell can anyone say that Cena and Micheals are boring? You just have no notion of the business, you know absolutely nothing about promoting and how to achieve success in professional wrestling, and that's why you cant see that in the state it's at now,TNA is NEVER going to surpass WWE.

regarding Kurt Angles firing from the wwe when he first went to TNA he stated that he wanted to leave the wwe when wwe really fired him because of his condition I lost a deep amount of respect for Kurt Angle and TNA.

i'm not being biased and i'm also really tired of talking about this.
i can see u and i will never see eye to eye on this, i still think everything u say about how wwe is better than tna is wrong i'll just keep watching tna and u still keep on watching wwe.

Well, since I can't post my two cents into this conversation, I'll post some news I read:

** The Rock & his Wife Break Up ** From People.com
"While certain aspects of our relationship have changed, we are both vitally important to each other's lives," their statement reads. "We will continue to advance and manage our business interests, our philanthropic efforts and most importantly the raising of our child together, as a loving team. We've been fortunate enough to spend the last 17 years together as a couple and look forward to spending the rest our lives together as best friends and business partners."
In 1997, he married Dany, now the CEO of a wealth management firm. They have a 5-year-old daughter, Simone Alexander.

-- Rob Van Dam has posted up a new blog on his MySpace page. Regarding the several internet reports on his status with WWE, RVD wrote, "About the internet rumors- one thing I have to know. How can "reporters" put their name on reports that continually end up being bull sh*t and maintain any credibility? Always wondered that. As for how it feels reading about yourself? Sometimes it's flattering, sometimes it's offensive, sometimes it's funny and sometimes it's just silly but too lame to be funny." He also added, "I can save everyone a lot of time by letting everyone know that I won't be doing wrestling related interviews at this time, other than WWE-appointed."
-- Triple H believes that the fans are going to cheer him as a good guy when he returns later this summer. For that reason the WWE is pushing Randy Orton very hard in a cerebral assassin like character to set up a feud with Triple H for his return.

I dont watch WWE or TNA, but I'd probably rather watch TNA. See, you still dont get my point, and yes, you are absolutely being biased because while facts and figures speak for themselves about TNA's condition and ability to compete with WWE, you just keep saying ''oh no you guys are rong tna is better itll win'' and you dont give us ANY facts besides your own, biased opinion. Sorry but that's a fact and anyone who has been reading our discussion will agree to that I'm sure.
Bottom line: I WANT TNA to succeed and I'd probably rather watch TNA then WWE on most days. But the fact is TNA cant succeed the way it's working, and WWE has been nothing but success for a very long and will be for a very long time. You have absolutely no notions to the business side of pro wrestling, so you can talk all you want about how YOU feel like TNA is a better product, but you can't say anything about wether it will top WWE or not.
Everybody likes to talk about how ''WWE put WCW out of business'', but you cant just put a company as big as WCW or WWE out of business just like that, from one day to another. WWE didn't put WCW out of business, and TNA never will put WWE out of business.

i'm talking about in terms of roster. the tna roster is way better than wwe's roster way better. yes i no right now wwe is better than tna in terms of money wise and it's history remember tna is only a baby.
On the side note i don't think tna is even near one of the best out there in terms of wrestling. But i would rather watch tna over wwe anyday. talking about the bussiness side of wrestling i'm vary knolegable about it and the whole bs politics on wwe and tna which sucks

Politics have nothing to do with business. Business is about star power, it's about money, it's about branding (something TNA hadn't been doing for ages), it's about expansion, mainstream, it's about going outside the field of wrestling. WWE didn't become the greatest wrestling company in the world by putting on good matches. Hulk Hogan, The Rock, Stone Cold, Undertaker and so many more guys didn't become huge stars by being the best wrestlers. They did it thanks to star power, thanks to in ring psychology (something TNA doesn't seem to know anything about). It doesn't matter if TNA is just a baby or not, it's just not doing a better job than WWE at being a television show.
(And how can you tell me that a roster who's best wrestlers are AJ Styles, Chris Daniels, Christian Cage, Scott Steiner, Kurt Angle, Sting, Jeff Jarret, Senshi, Jerry Lynn and Senshi is better than WWE's which includes Chris Benoit, Chavo Guerrero, Greg Helms, Matt Hardy, Jamie Noble, Rey Mysterio, Shawn Micheals, CM Punk, Triple H, Carlito, Shelton Benjamin, Charlie Haas, Randy Orton, Edge, Fit Fucking Finlay, Paul London, Brian Kendrick, Johnny Nitro, MVP, Jimmy Yang, Booker T, and Ken Kennedy? This conversation is so damn absurd).

POLITICS HAVE NOTHING TO DO WITH THE BUSINESS SIDE OF WRESTLING, that's what I said. I'm not brainwashed you idiot. You are. When are you actually going to state some facts instead of just your opinion?
Please, just give us facts for a change.

Um.. here's a fact. Batista and Benoit beat Edge and MVP last night.
Here is another fact. Lucha Libre is better than eather of them. Mor action, more entertaining, and less talking.

Okay, lets just end this.
WWE will NEVER be ran out of bussiness.
TNA is enjoying to watch sometimes, gets alittle repetitive, but WWE does sometimes too.
And I've never heard of Lucha Libre.

Sorry about the agressiveness Firesnake. But god damn it you can be annoying lol. Lets just settle on you love TNA and hate WWE, I hate'em both. (Oh and what the hell does Batista and Benoit beating MVP and Edge have to do with anything?)
BUT I DO hate lucha libre more. Man, lucha libre is such crap. It's like TNA X division matches but with no red star presses, and lots more headscissors instead. Lucha Libre sucks and will always suck, that I can tel l you.
And I've never been to wrestling school. I watched alot of wrestling for a long time (but I hardly watch any wrestling at all anymore, not that it's all bad, but I just dont enjoy watching it. It's boring to me unless I'm the one in the ring. Not trying to sound arrogant, just that I like doing it alot more than watching it.), then I basically read alot about it, wrestling books, internet, etc, and most of what I learned was from my buddies who went to a one week boot camp in the Uk's FWA Academy, and from watching Secrets of the Ring with Raven and Al Snow. EXTREMELY important, and anyone who wants to be a wrestler should watch them in order to understand what I'm talking about when I keep yapping about star power and the business side of wrestling. The Secrets of the Ring DVDs / tapes are produced by ROH and basically, each volume is a two hour lesson in a specific matter of the business. I have three volumes with Raven, and one with Al Snow. I watch them regularly.
And also, experience is a great way to learn aswell. Wrestling on different parts of the country and also in Spain (almost every show in completely different circumstances) gives alot of insight. Listening to the more experienced guys, watching the bookers at work, training with more people, talking to promoters... You'd be surprised at how much you can learn just by wrestling four shows.
Oh, and I dont think I know alot about wrestling, but I do know I understand wrestling which is a completely different thing.
