** An insider at MTV had recently leaked word that the decision has been made to cancel the Wrestling Society X series. Apparently, MTV made the call earlier today. The phrase being used at MTV today was that the series was to be finished "effective immediately". At this point it is unknown whether the remaining episods will ever be seen on TV. There are still six unaired episodes from the original filming.

Big Vision Entertainment, which produced the show, will retain rights to WSX and can market it to other networks or direct to DVD if they choose to do so.

I have stopped watching wrestling once Vance McMcman admitted it was fake. There isn't really anything good for wrestling related things on TV unless its TNA but I dont even watch that alot no more.

Fake is like Power Rangers, in wrestling they get thrown through tables, smashed with ladders, chairs, lifted up by the throat and slammed. there are no scripts. it isn't fake, its pre-determined. theres a difference. wrestling isn't about the feuds. the feuds are used as gimmicks to build match hype to sell tickets and ppvs.

Hum, in the way that Hogan is the greatest name in professional wrestling of all time? You can be damn sure that it was thanks to Hogan's name that WCW started being taken seriously by the media and the non-wrestling fans. Till Hogan got there, only wrestling fans watched WCW. Hogan could bring just that to TNA. Credibility, Media attention, and money in dream matches. If Hogan went on an interview and said that TNA is the best wrestling organization in the world today, people would actually start thinking it. It's very sad, but very true.
