Hey, I just read about an inccident at a recent house show involving Hardcore Holly and Rene Dupree. During their match, Holly and Rene were both outside the ring, Holly picked up a chair and clobbered Rene on the head, and He went down. While he was on the floor in the fetal possition, Holly repeatedlly beat the shit out of him, for, according to the one reporting, no reason at all. Not only that but backstage, the mayhem apparentlly continued. This leads me to believe that Holly is insane, or something. Wonder what WWE is going to do about this?? I don't like Rene Dupree, but Holly went to far, beating the guy sense less for what, cheap face pop?

Did you just find out Holly is a nut?God WWE should just get rid of him,he's a damn psychopath.Never liked him,he's my punching bag in every wrestling game I own,except svr cause it doesnt have him,but he's a bastard and deserves to be fired.Hate that guy.

Well, after this incident, as well as others that we've heard/read about, I wouldn't be surprised if he gets released.

Whoa. Well, I'm a good fan of Hardcore Holly, I think he always puts on a great performance, and he looks like he hurts (and from what I hear, he does hurt)! He always gets great face reaction from the crowd, and he's the world champion of Velocity. But quite frankly, I find this to be extremely inapropriate. What lack of consideration not only for Dupree, but for the company. Dupree's a champion. He needs to be on Smackdown! or Velocity, and he'll show up with a broken face now. If Jamie Noble was fired for forgetting to pull Chavo Guerrero from Billy Kidman's shooting star, Holly should sure as hell get the boot for this little incident.

They never give Holly a push anyway so they might as well release him.

Remember his comeback when they was a loada hype about him getting his revenge on Brock Lesnar...they made him lose to Lesnar twice. It was a waste of Hype and a waste of time.

Apparentlly Rene Dupree got a traffic ticket while driving Hardcore Holly's car, so Holly had to fly to another State to pay it, so Holly got pissed about it and took it out on the guy. Gee what the hell was Dupree driving Holly's car any way? All that over a traffic ticket is crazy.

HHH will retain at the battle royal match, but I'd really love to see Y2J get the title in his week. I mean, how likely is it that HHH can entire month of title defenses? EDIT: I don't quite understand why Benoit didn't face HHH, even if he was injured. I mean, HHH was injured when he faced Scott Steiner at No Way Out... Carlito Cool defended the US title injured....

Wow, Reading the Raw results, I actually thought Batista had turned face, that would have been kick ass!. Damn I so wanted to see that Edge/Benoit Cage match. I can gaurentee that was a awesome match.

You know something, and you all might say "yeah right, whatever" but this is true. I was fooled by Batista at first, right up until near the end of Raw, when they took that last commercial break, with him going to the ring to call out Triple H, that's when I started to have my suspicions. Now here's why I say this, if Batista had actually beat the shit out of Trips (legit in tv sense), there would be no way in hell Triple H would recover in such a short amount of time, to come back to the show and be in the last segment, WWE would continue it to next week, and ended the show right after the cage match, so when Triple H made his way to the ring, I knew that the whole thing was bullshit!

Olympic you should've seen the cage match, it was good.

I just saw the begining skit from Raw involving McMahon,Shelton and Trish. Damn funniest thing I've seen in the WWE for a while.

ECW Return News(Hope MKG won't mind me posting some news)For those still hoping for an ECW return, there are pretty much two factors that will keep it from taking place. The first is that Vince McMahon will never give complete creative control to anyone involved in a company that he owns. He will always be the man in charge.

The only way ECW could be successful is to take someone who knows the company inside and out and knew how to make it work in the past. That person is definitely not Vince.

The second thing is that Executive Producer Kevin Dunn is said to be 100% against anything to do with ECW.

*Bob Holly was punished at the Smackdown! Tapings last night when he did the job in a dark match to Chris Masters. This was his punishment for attacking and shooting on Rene Dupree at this weekend's house show. It does not look like he will recieve any further punishment, maybe a fine of some sort, but this appears to be it. It is said that Holly didn't mind doing the job and was actually backstage laughing about it.

- Apparently, Bob Holly heard that Renee Dupree was out of a ride, and Bob decided to save Dupree a taxi fare and let Dupree take his rental car. Dupree got a ticket while using Bob’s car, and just threw it away. This lead to a number of problems with Bob Holly, legally and with his insurance. When Dupree was asked about the ticket, Dupree just shrugged it off and laughed about it. Basically, Dupree screwed over Holly with his insurance records.

Dupree has a lot of heat backstage, and is a “stooge” to management, that rats out people when they do something that management may not like. Most backstage blame Renee Dupree for several of the recent firings, including the firing of Billy Gunn, who is close friends with Bob Holly. Oh, damn. What a shame, I love Rene Dupree! He's a fine wrestler, great on the mike and he has future. Too bad he's a backstage heel. I always seem to like the backstage heels
Another thing.... I'm so pissed off at the 'push' they're giving Benoit. First he drops the title to Orton, who instantly drops it to HHH making it seem like Benoit lost it for nothing. Then, he gets 'lead' by Orton onto Survivor Series. And at SS, he is the first man eliminated. Now, it's his week, he does another stupid JR vs Coach joke (these absolutely suck) and not only is he tricked into not having a world title match, he wins the match agaisnt Edge by getting speared through the cage rather than making him tap out. That victory was more of a push for Edge than for Benoit.

As for Hardcore Holly,Rene Durpree deserved that beat down if he messed up Holly's insurance.It would be interesting to see Holly as a coach on Tough Enough.He would really show them how to wrestle.

Throwback Mini Game-Does anyone remember WWF Royal Rumble for Sega and SNES?Maybe they could add it for a bonus just with an updated roster.

Soundtrack-To me,sound is as important as the game itself.I hope the soundtrack will have real songs.Not that Generic stuff the old SD and No Mercy games used to have.I like how DOR SVR have REAL songs.But I hate the way they share the songs.Hopefully WM 21 will have their own list songs.

Gameplay-Give me an mix of DOR and SVR gameplay with a few changes.

Personally, rather than Royal Rumble how about the old Raw from Genesis/SNES? I've got the Genesis version. But I agree with allot of what you're saying. If Microsoft wants to compete with Sony on the wrestling game front, they need a decent game, and I think WM21 will be that game. It is the one that'll get me to buy an X-Box

Of course (and you'll think i'm crazy), I'm going to buy WWF Raw 1 and 2 for X-Box. I thought the first Raw was ok, but I never played 2. Yeah I know everyone's opinions of Raw 2 (so spare me a repeat!!), but I don't care, I'm still going to buy it. I've got a thing to get every wrestling game, good or bad. I got all the WWF, WCW, and ECW games from the N64 days, and let's face it, the last WCW games after Revenge were crap, but still playable to a degree, and WWF War Zone and Attitude weren't that great either but I own them to. Guess it's just me.
