I've actually been bouncing between series. So far this week the only one I haven't watched is DS 9. It's funny because this all started when I was rather depressed and wanted something to lift my mood, so I started listening to TV show themes that I remembered from when I was little. When I was little my dad loved Star Trek and when I got to Voyager's theme, something moved in me. So I watched an episode, then I watched some Next Generation, then a few of the Original Series and I didn't remember enterprise, so I watched the first episode.

I don't think you understand how reality shows work. They're basically fixed so that the ratings will be at their maximum. Doesn't matter how many seasons there have been, a big network like CBS will try to make as much money off of it as possible and you do that by casting controversial characters that are hand-picked.

90% of reality TV is fake.

A woman came into the CVS I work at the other day and she has friends who are on "Mob Wives" (which is very believable around here) and she was telling me all about how scripted it is and how she doesn't watch the show because it isn't who her friends really are.

So yea. It's fake.

A blogger that I've been following for two years on tumblr just finished taping a reality tv show. I am scared that it'll backfire on his life.

Going to visit the family in a few days. Man, not seen so many people back home in over a year, should be pretty trippy.

Was on my way home from Florida back to Illinois. Snow storm came through central Il. I was stopped dead in a 4 mile long line of cars, in a blizzard, with very hazardous roads. For 6 hours. I was only 100 miles away from home the whole time and I had been driving for 18 hours already.

Pretty sucky.

Gosh I am so exhausted, and I want to take a nap so badly, but knowing me, I'd sleep more than an hour (since that's how long I usually take a little cat nap) and probably miss the most important event that's going on at my school today.

But at least I get to go see the Book of Mormon tomorrow and get Bioshock.
