Actually, looks more like Goskie's eyes...now that I edit it like that...

Members of the MKteam. However, the image does look a bit edited. Could have been a crappy picture that they tried to fix up. It's hard to find a good picture of any of them really. google or yahoo image search their names, with a"mortal kombat" to see what I'm talking about.


Could be wrong though.

Because of the electric looking line, I'd say Rayden has something to do with it.

Mortal Kombat is key to their independence like always.

It's noob.com It's Ed's site, IMO it has to be Ed's eyes...isnt that a no-brainer?

From images I've seen around the web, the eyebrows are what mainly look different, and the part above the eye lids sag too much.

Ed's eyes are a bit more round with thicker eye brows.

The inner part of Ed's eye brows point up too, on the noob.com image, they point down.

the eyes remind me of Sub-Zero for some reason.

Uhhhh... The owner of the eyes is irrelevant, duh.
The point is is that they're going to be taking MK in a radical new direction, drawing inspiration from Haunted House. Only, instead of navigating your disembodied face around hallways, the arena is now moon craters. And instead of ghosts, it's evil interdimensional aliens.

I've noticed something weird.
The Moon is starting to look like it's Forming into Earth. And The "O" On the word "Noob" Is Tilted. Weird.

I think the tilted "O" is just how the font is rendered. Otherwise you can't really tell since you can't compare to the rest of the O's since the rest of the O's are substituted. Still, I'm going to assume that's just how the font's O is.

Yeah the moon is starting to get that shade of blue that the Earth has... weird, maybe they're merging in some sort of connection?

I noticed the Moon looking like Earth after Mineout suggested it on page 4. I don't remember, but was the moon ever smaller on the page? Kinda like to scale? I assumed it was, now it looks like it might be the same size, maybe a tad smaller, not to scale. But I assume that the the symbol kinda shows the Earth being linked to the Moon through a pulse? Maybe about another tournament that links the two.

In another thread some members were talking about the animals, so maybe it could hint animalities. Or maybe the characters who had these animalities may return? If so that'd be Kabal, Noob Saibot, Reptile, Rain. But that list seems odd to me. The whole idea. So I think maybe if we look closer it's not the animals, it might be something about them.

I have no idea.

I was just watching the "look to la luna" video, and if you notice when the camera leaves the earth and goes to the moon there's a lightning striking, I think it has something to do with the lightning on the site...maybe I am wrong but that's what I think...

Check out the reflection. It has no pulse line and the moon doesn't seem to be 'morphing'.

Hey, it could be Sub-Zero with an older costume and that he went back to his religion look, chinese/korean or whatever he looked like in his MK2 ending. It also could be one of the other ninjas supporting a familiar costume...Human Reptile, maybe? Hate to say this but, it could be a new ninja.

Interesting theory about the biblical reference. Jesus returned from the dead, so maybe it doesn't refer to a "new" savior figure, but rather a returning one? Not that I'm big on Liu Kang coming back.

Weird theory I'm just going to throw out there without any evidence: Maybe The Great Kung Lao will be the revived figure? Or it could be someone entirely new, which it should be, haha.
