I think it will be one KAK per profile(which sucks huge balls).
In the E3 videos it loaded automatically when you went on the KAK icon in the select screen but they did have time to change this.

I think you will find them troughout Konquest mode ( like Shao Kahn's Helmet, Drahmin's mask etc).

ya but thats only gloves, probably for weapons they will put blades like barakas

The arm blade weapons will be available as weapons. The gloves are just for the look. There aren't bodyparts, only clothing to look like body parts.

Have you ever played the Smackdown! series? Same deal in their CAW mode.
