Do you suppose we can use Jax's arms on female KAKs, or only males?
I ask this because, I'm thinking of creating Battle Angel Alita.

This is awesome. Every part, of every MK character, from every appearance they had, and then some!

No more playing Smackdown with MK characters, and customs. We can finally make our fan art come alive!

YEP!!!!

This KAK mode is going to OWN!! I think it's the best already and I'm hungry to get my hands on this mode hehehehe.40 more days lol.

I have a question that I hope they do, for the body types. You think they'll have a body cyborg type to match the Cyrax helmet? or Cyber ninja helmets?

I hope so.We will see.smile
The cyber ninja parts will probably be divided into Torso/Pant/etc. like the regular ninja stuff is.

It's kinda like the armor/weapon sets in Diablo, minus the special abilities/effects.

The smackdown! series is still better (if the not the best) because multi-layer system>Single layer system.

If KAK had a multi-layer system, it would no doubt be up there with the Smackdown! series CAW mode.

MK:A's will own Smackdowns in so many ways man, before I was estimating, but now it's a fact more or less after what we've seen. The options tear up any wrestling game thus far compared and we haven't even seen the finished product yet.

This is going to be the best KAK for many, many reasons.

What game can you make a freaking cyborg? lol come on now lol.

Thanks General_Baraka, that's proof right there baby!!grin

Yes, this WILL be the BEST KAK ever created so far.

I can't WAIT until MK8's KAK, say they bring it back forget about it!smile

Erm...the only way i can see people creating good look-a-likes is because they have them already inputed in KAK, while the CAW mode lets you add objects over other objects, so you can make really great costumes/masks etc.

For example lets take a look some spawn help pics:

You can see various shapes to make the right mask and to have a sort of metal feel by have different colours of gray/silver with each shape. You can also see the upper body is made out of shapes and a womens corset type thing(i don't know what it's called.) All that would have been impossible to make without the layer system and various shapes to choose from.

Now i don't see KAK making a spawn costume unless they have it already made. Just remember that (apart from the hair) you mostly have to make your own costumes in the CAW mode, but i'm seeing more of a pick n' choose with KAK.

I truly think you haven't seen what the CAW mode is like, because multi-layer system>no multi-layer system. I don't see how anyone could disagree, as it only makes it better.

Oh and if you go to caws.ws they have a cyrax CAW wink

lol, you know about Cyrax and how much he's one of my favs huh?

Anyway, the layers are cool I must admit but there are a few things I want to comment on now. One, is MK:A's isn't finished yet so we'll see ...even without say a layer option as deep as that I know they have em to a point which is good. They still give you lots of selection as for creativity, well that's up to us.I'm sure there will be some players on here that make insane shit from MK:A's KAK that nobody would think possible.I know I'll make insane shit with it since I love art.

MK:A offers the most amount of heads that I've seen in any game just about well wrestling and fighter anyway then any other game so far.I mean all of those pics are only some of the heads, that's a huge amount to select from.A perfect balance of different items body wise such as ninja, cyborg, holy, western, skin tight looks, modern looks with jeans etc, etc, etc.The list is endless but surely you know what I'm referring too.

The different faces are also bitching with tarkas, zombies, undead, robotic, cyborg, skulls, flaming skulls, vampire, deformed, clowns, etc, etc.Now that's a great breed of KAK right there and a lot of those are lacking in Smackdown games.

The styles gig is awesome, that we already talked about. To make your own style as oppose to just choose wrestling, karate or submission like the other games is a hell of a lot deeper and adds much more depth to you KAK.This is like NO other game so far fighter or wrestling game, the fact that you can literally make up your own combos from scratch IF you want, there are default ones for the casual or lazy lol fans already made.

LOTS of oldschool characters from MK and other already made and you can customize them to your delight.

Overall, MK:A's will be better I believe for many reasons. You'll be able to make spot on characters, we've already seen this with talented artists at E3 and that versions was HARDLY finished, Malone the guy that gave the E3 report directly while there said he created Khameleon and I must admit he did a FINE job at doing so.

I've played and seen Smackdown's KAK my friends an obsessed wrestling fan and he even said this looks better overall for what it's worth.

Partially. You said you couldn't create cyborgs but you can (sort of) and he just happened to be Cyrax.

While it is true that they give you alot of selection, but is it enough? What happens when i have created my Akuma for example, i am happy with him; his face structure is right, the hair is right, the attire is right etc etc but what happens if i want that symbol he is known to have on his back? Uh oh, problem, and it might be a problem to can't be dealt with. What i'm saying is that while we still be able to create good looking KAKs, little symbols that characters may usually have on their costumes/attire may become a nuisance to perfectionists(like me) and characters that have alot of different symbols maybe very hard to do.

I'm sure there will be some players on here that make insane shit from MK:A's KAK that nobody would think possible.I know I'll make insane shit with it since I love art.

Oh don't worry, i will make some insane shitwink I'll be on this more than main game my friend.

The different faces are also bitching with tarkas, zombies, undead, robotic, cyborg, skulls, flaming skulls, vampire, deformed, clowns, etc, etc.Now that's a great breed of KAK right there and a lot of those are lacking in Smackdown games.

Tarkatas: Yes
Zombie:....I didn't see a zombie face, but i'll turn something in to a zombiewink
Undead:......isn't this like zombie, if not i still didn't see it.
robotic: Yes
cyborg:Isn't this the same thing as robotic......
Skull:yes
Flaming skull:yes
Vampire: I think there is only vampire teeth, but thats a good thing.
deformed:???
Clowns:????????

Oh and you forgot reptile facewink

The styles gig is awesome, that we already talked about. To make your own style as oppose to just choose wrestling, karate or submission like the other games is a hell of a lot deeper and adds much more depth to you KAK.This is like NO other game so far fighter or wrestling game, the fact that you can literally make up your own combos from scratch IF you want, there are default ones for the casual or lazy lol fans already made.

Didn't SC3 let you create your own combos(never played it), but i think Pride FC was the first game to create your own combos, but MK:A's is undoubtly better. No arguments here.

LOTS of oldschool characters from MK and other already made and you can customize them to your delight.

Are you getting paid to say this? lol it just sounds something in an ad campaign would say.

While we will be able to create good looking KAKs, symbols(like i said) may become a problem and people with lots of symbols on there attire are going to be very hard to make.I'm very nit-picky about my work, it must be almost perfect before i post a formula up and i feel that some things my become a distraction.

Now don't get me wrong, i will enjoy making KAKs but i feel there something empty about no multi layer system, it was something in CAW that made all other create mode obsolete because it added a level of customization like no other.
