1) People aren't getting mixed up, you're just arguing semantics. The final version of the game is what we're talking about and that goes with every game. Same thing as saying Scorpion wasn't in Injustice, he was in Injustice Ultimate Edition. Or Rain is not in MK9, he's in MK9 Komplete Edition.

2) Wasn't a big fan of the white pony tail. His main from that game is my personal favorite look of his. To each their own.

I'd love for Sub-Zero to be given his MK3 unmasked/MKDA primary costume back.

His MKD stuff was sweet too - I didn't like the poinytail though something like this would be cool, or the Vincent Proce look...not exactly that but, something similar would be cool.

I also still really like MK9's version of the Dark Raiden Costume. I'd have someone create that for me as a Halloween costume if I had the extra dough.

I wouldn't mind something like This one either, reminds me of a mix between MK2 Raiden and the first Mortal Kombat movie.

Overall, I think I'd like to see them take some bigger risk. His primary is fine taking small liberties here or there, but particularly I'd like to see the bigger risks taken with his alternate costumes.

Sub-Zero: MK Deception Alternate

I like the design. And for such a game being about a new generation, he looks like a new Sub-Zero. Yes, the white ponytail is there, but I really see it as a Cyromancer thing, and NOT showing of age.
But, the player can see it for whatever it is.

The only change I want is the leg area. I don't want to see a completely baggy pants. Remove the aladdin boots and give him the good ol shin guard ninja toes wear.

Since we had Ninja retro costumes in MK9, I'd like to see the MK 1 retro's for Liu Kang, Sonya, Johnny Cage(considering if they are playable), Kano and Raiden.

Yeah, I know strange pick, but it's kinda like MK3 unmasked, with a little tweek; and maybe with the new graphics, and a darker artstyle it can be awesome. The MKDA alt/ MKA primary is also fine, but his new MKX default looks kinda similar so, what would be the point?

Baraka: MKD primary.
It's just brutal.
The MK2 savage look would be fine to, but MK9 primary was sort of like that, and it just didn't was .... that... creepy.

Reptile: MK4 alt.
Reptilian, (classic) ninja in one.

Scorpion: MKDA kata teaser.
It's a mixture of his MKDA costumes, basically his alt costume exept for the burning skull, it's my favorite for him.

Kenshi: MK9 alt(ish), something like this.

Raiden: MKD primary.
It's kinda like the MKDA primary, but I prefer this one.

Noob Saibot: MK9 primary.
I don't think it can be any better than this.

Smoke: MKD alt. Actually I'm a fan of the MK9 alt, but he got his neck twisted, so if he makes the cut, it's either a robot, or a creature like this. (MK9 story ending sort of works with the enenra stuff)

A good revamping of Raiden's MKD Alt would be nice.

MKDA Shang primary.... not necessarily back, but something among those lines. Herman Sanchez is probably my choice for designers. He made Shang ok, and he made me believe in Kotal - while not being at NRS.

MK1 Raiden. Enough with the same outfit everytime. Come to think of it, enough with mentor/fuckup Raiden at all. bring back the give-no-shit explode your world thundergod.

MK1-2 ninja masks. The current Subs looks off, the Scorpion one is meh.
