True. I've been a big fan of Sektor since day one and I understand that the MK Team doesn't really like him all that much which is why they didn't use him all that much but after seeing him in MK9 and how amazing they made him, I thought there might be a chance that he becomes of those characters NRS likes and wants to bring back in future games but now it looks like they scavenged him for parts and shared his parts across the off-springs, lol.

I hope if he does die we at least get to see him going out like a complete badass.




I don't know, I honestly don't know. I don't want to believe that Sektor just dies and since he isn't that important of a character they'll more than likely keep him dead for at least 2 more future games which just sucks.

I guess it's as you said, let's just sit back and see what's going to happen and what info he'll release. It won't matter either way because if he is lying then all of his lies will be exposed in just 10 days :).

Dude, I heard these rumors like a week or two ago on gamefaqs. It's not new info.

They all originated from this same guy, it's just being posted by different people in different places. He was the guy who originally posted the bios and got banned from GameFAQS a month ago.

He has a point though, i mean, if a big rivalry is going to be formed because of Quan Chi abandoning Shinnok.. I figure they would've had Shinnok at least acknowledge it, or show a scene where Quan Chi leaves through a portal or something. And people trying to disprove him are mostly just because they really don't want to be disappointed if what he says isn't true.

Really hope he's legit though.

If Reiko wasn't playable in the "demo build" then he wouldn't have known about the axe.

Liu Kang and Shinnok are apparently unlocked via story mode even though they just showed us who's on the entire starting roster? LOL. Why would they reveal two unlockable characters, show them off on stream, have them in the final roster and not even bother to mention "Oh by the way, you can't play Shinnok of Liu until you beat the game even though you know they're already playable."? Yeah, bullshit. Let's move along folks, this guy just wants attention.

But he said Kahn's hammer was what Reiko uses a boss before, not just in cutscenes. Neither his excuse there nor his knowing about the axe changes that.

Honestly don't remember. Who knows. Wouldn't be the first time NRS changed weaponry before release. They've done it before to people, particularly in Armageddon.

To be fair, people called JamessMK a liar due to some "contradictory info" being presented at different times, so it's only fair this guy gets scrutiny for the same misinformation.

This is exactly why i'm not just dismissing his info. Prior to the Erron Black reveal with the tarkatan blade, i didn't believe anything that had any minor errors at all. But James had inconsistencies and yet still, in the end, obviously had inside knowledge.

Deception, Armageddon and Deadly Alliance say hello. lol Wouldn't be the first time they pulled this crap.

Wait, do we still think JamessMK had any inside info when he said himself he never actually played the game or anything? His roster list came after the GameFAQS post that was already being posted around the internet, so you can't really give him credit for that at all, and he'd already said in the past that Baraka and Fujin would both be playable.

The thing that confirmed it was that he said Erron Black used a tarkatan blade prior to the reveal, which could not have possibly been guessed. And as far as i know, wasn't said anywhere else.

Reiko was going to use the devistator that Fujin ended up with.
