She's definitely Jax's niece since Cassie calls mocks her about following "Uncle Jax" unless she wasn't being literal, although I'm not sure how she wouldn't have been.

I really do not see Jacque being an interesting character so far with anything that would make her stand out. I hope something happens to her that gains her either a cool new look or an interesting power type that would be visually appealing in the game. I don't want her to simply get her uncle's cybernetic parts or anything, but I don't see her being a well-picked character with how she's presented now. I see her as only a supportive role for now.
