Mileena was mentioned as having been captured by Kotal and then escaping,right?(please correct me if i'm wrong)
My only theory is that,at some point before KK's chapter,Reiko made a deal with him,he betrayed Mileena,probably because he didn't want to get killed off,and made an accord,thus,securing some sort of power within outworld. he probably realized KK was too powerful. Notice how he's not assisting Mileena. (nor does she mention him,at all)

I have a PS4 for so just spent about 30 minutes trying to find the stream, I'm guessing he stopped streaming/playing after he was banned. sad This sucks. I'll keep looking and put something up if I can.

I was being sarcastic, but I do see your point. If it's not by Reiko, then why put his name in the treaty without consent at all? Is Kotal actually using his name as a political tool to keep Reiko from fucking things up in Earthrealm?

Guys, the stream only showed about 3 and a half chapters. The big bad still hasn't been revealed. No character deaths yet.

So in other news...

Anyone else catch the joke about the sky in Outworld?

One of the newbies mentioned Outworld looked fairly normal, and expecting the sky to be purple or something, and another makes a comment about not to believe everything he reads on the internet.

The gag being... in the previous game (and other previous games) the sky in Outworld was purple, before the more reality-based art style of this one.

I see what they did there.
