the one hes wearing here? If so, I totally agree. It looks pretty cool, but I think it's just a different artists interpretation on his first outfit. Although they could of made it a completely different outfit.

Yep. That should've been an additional costume. The newcomers need more, & I cast my vote for that to be Erron's second alternate.

Can I say how stupid it is that they decided Kenshi's name is actually 'Kenshi'?

Deadly Alliance made it pretty clear that it wasn't actually his name, both in concept art (where they called him 'the kenshi' ("the swordsman") and in Konquest mode.

Whatever.
NRS isn't known for being very good with Japanese names, anyhow.

I was imagining D'Vorah's alt would look similar to Queen Myyrah from Gears of War (specifically Gears 3).



Can't say I'm too excited for her alt either. Oh well. Her primary will do. I think she gets another from an upcoming pack? Hopefully she'll get something more to the look above.

Liking the Tournament Kitana oufit. If that is their idea of toning down the sexualized female outfits I can live with that. I love my female fanservice, but even I'll admit they got a bit silly with MK9.

As for Erron Black's alt, not sure what the big deal is. Dude's just rocking it shirtless and not even in that shameless of a way. Let fans of the male form use it and enjoy the show.

Reptile's alt looks pretty good too, though I still hope he gets a classic human ninja costume. That look is kind of a guilty pleasure of mine from growing up with the series.

Can't decide which of the standard Shinnok costumes I like better. Will have to see them in action.

Ermac on the other hand, yeah he needs a ninja/Arabic mask type alt. If this is the direction they want to take his cannon form so be it, but his masked form is part of his legacy and should appear in an alt costume.

Not really digging any of the 3 collector edition Japan themed costumes, but I guess it saves me money not paying for them so there's that.
Oh right the japanese costumes!

Shinnok and Kitana look ok but I know I won't be using those outfits that much.

Ronin Kenshi looks amazing though. This would be perfect for the possessed variation.

Nice straw man. That has absolutely nothing to do with those outfits. The entire game was fan service, it was to be expected. The humor we got in that game was in the form of babalities, Challenge Tower dialogue, and the jump scares in the Krypt.
