Ah, so you are going to do something with Scarack. Yay! ^_^ I mean....cool!
As for the sketches:
Raven
It's not too bad. It sort of has that Lin Kuei-ish touch with the loincloth thing and the mask. I'm glad you're trying to go for individuality with the Lin Kuei warrior outfits as opposed to things be more generic.
Dessein
Dessein pretty much looks like the cheeky pirate Tarkata that likes to flip people off. I will say that it's definitely a change from the usual shit. It's neat.
Kane
You definitely pulled off a combination of both Gollum and Ephialtes. He looks crazy alright.
Livia Throne
It's a nice drawing. She sort of has the whole Baroness thing going on with the shades.
Sun Xin
This one is just ok. I don't care for it too much, but it's not too bad. What is the thing coming from his arm exactly?
------------
Well, it's some interesting stuff. I look forward to the rest of the story. Keep it up!

Oh ok. I thought he was holding a Rochin (Okinawan short spear/machete).
For the secret character bios:
Kai: I'm surprised you brought Kai back. The bio itself is rather standard, but I wouldn't be surprised if you have something up your sleeve with him.
Dairou: I'm glad you have him back. His bio is very mysterious, and I hope to see what you do with him.
Nitara: The bio is fairly standard, but I'm glad you brought her back.
Kreed: I'm surprised you had him live. I'll see what you do with him.
Sektor: Well, with Kynkaid's ending, it was coming. It'll be interesting to see what you do with him.

I've read all of your story (Rebirth, Korruption, and this) and I must say I'm thoroughly impressed. If the MK team has another 'we can't think of stories' phase, just submit your material in, and I think you'll have a new job, my friend. You've taken a great MK story and developed it into something even greater. I just want to say kudos to you and I'm hoping to see the endings soon.
As for my opinions on your new characters, I'd have to say my favorites are Amaya, Morgana, Selene Cage, Kreed, Jackal, and Kagato. Although I like all of them. I also thoroughly enjoy what you've done to the already-existing characters, as your bio's are long, well-thought, and continually interesting. If MK were to take an in-depth turn such as this, I would be pleased to say the least. Thanks for your enjoyable contributions to this site.

I'm glad you have an update X. Here is my review for your endings so far:
Dairou
It's a very interesting ending, and it's cool that you've had him step up and take action.
Sareena
I really like the dynamic here with Smoke trying to tell Sareena not to give the amulet to anyone. I also like the stuff between Sareena and Ashrah. Good job.
Drahmin
It's pretty good.
These endings to me seem like extended bios. Nevertheless, they are good, and I look forward to more.

Well, I'm certainly not complaining. I'm glad to see more endings, and here are my reviews for them:
Ashrah
Like I said, I really like the dynamic between Sareena and Ashrah. Ashrah really has that sort of "grey area" to her character, which I like. Very nice touches here, and I like the idea of Sareena being built up into a more prominent role.
Smoke
It's an interesting ending, and I wonder what would happen if he does try to escape the Netherrealm.
Sektor
It's an interesting way of going about his ending, and I understand what you were saying in the MK: Resurrection thread about the cyborg characters. I'm just not sure if we pull something like that off. But still, it's a neat approach to expressing the character.
Well, I look forward to more as usual. We posted another bio in Resurrection, btw. Hopefully we can get some more things done and posted soon.

Ok, we have another batch of endings. Great.
Sun Xin
It's a pretty interesting ending. I still say that these two characters really came off in a strange way, because I wasn't expecting this particular sort of thing. I guess considering the kind of life he has to live, he'd want to die a worthy death.
Synclaire
It's a pretty good ending, and I like that she still wants Li Mei dead. She serves as a symphathetic antagonist to her, and I'd like to see where this goes.
Havik
I like the ending, and when I got to the part with the Sceptre of Ma'at, I saw the other stuff coming since you talked about the apparent backstory that Havik has. I wasn't aware of those bits until you had mentioned them. I'm probably not going to touch into his backstory for the stuff that Paragon and I are doing. Nevertheless, I like the touches here and how you connected Havik to the Sceptre of Ma'at.
Please keep up the good work. I'd like to see more.

Livia Thorne
It's a pretty informative ending. Despite her family's alliance with Shao Kahn in the past, she could be sympathized with since she simply wants to protect her family and all that. I'm glad that you're having her go to the main story, and I wonder what you'll do with her from there.
Kira
This is a good, solid ending. The part where she makes a deal with Fujin instead of simply joining him out of survival really shows her cunning personality. That's a nice touch, imo. I also like the small touch of Kira finding Havik to be frustrating. Although both believe in anarchy, what separates her from him is her disciplined and tactical approach to such.
Raven
As I stated a while back, the character is pretty mediocre. But for the sake of the ending, I guess I could say you did what you could with her. Other than that, I can't say too much else. I think it's a bit interesting at least that she's trying to get the Dragon Medallion in her possession so that Raiden won't get it.

Selene Cage
It's a very nice ending. It steps Selene up, making her tougher and having this story bit come full circle with her defeating Jax. We also get signs of Jax's anger problem.
Jax
It's a good way of ending his story. I like it quite a bit, and big kudos to you for actually making him interesting.
Kenshi
It's a very nice little twist, and I definitely didn't expect that. Kenshi is definitely one of those characters that has good potential, but it seems as if it's hard to determine what the potential is for exactly. But, I'd like to see where this all goes.

I went back and re-read all three topics, and I have a question:
In Jackal's latest bio, it says "Few know that it was [Shao Kahn's] love for a woman...and her death...that would lead him to renounce his father and join the Dragon King."
But Jackal also says in an earlier ending I think it was, that he killed his mother during Kahn's campaign against Edenia, after he had poisoned Onaga and taken the throne.
So how many wives has Kahn had? Three counting Sindel?
And is there any particular signifigance to the fact that Mileena reminds Jackal of his mom?
