First character on the bottom row kinda looks like Kai, I really hope it is!!! Also for the dog tags, I hope they are the girl's own, and not her mom's meaning....mommy died :(. Is that Ermac 2 slots over from Sub-Zero? The hype train is on full throttle now

I don't think he's playing us.. He said several times in the newest interview that a large portion of the roster is made of new characters, and older characters will have aged.... so while we might not recognize some of the silhouettes, it could be because some of the classic returning characters have brand new looks...

Character under D'Vorah is a Terminator without skin.

Rorschach is under Kotal Kahn.

The terminator is looking a lot like Kenshi to me. Maybe it's just my eyes but zooming in I think I see his blindfold and the straps, the shoulders are armor.

I could see the "terminator" being one of the cyber ninjas, having made upgrades/stripped down, or a new one all together.

I could also see that first spot going to Reptile, and the one two down from Sub Zero being Ermac.

Well if they listened to the fans about the females' skimpy outfits, I don't see why they wouldn't listen to complaints about unoriginal characters that share special moves.

Finally someone with sense. The silhouettes IMO are a farce because how many fuckin years have people been guessing the roster, sometimes with amazing accuracy, when E3 rolls around? Rhetorical, shit's been happening since MKDA and even then they did shit to hide the characters.
