Well... I personally don't hate either of them, I said this before, Jax will always have a place in MK for me, I'm just not sure he really needed to be in MKX. I don't hate the character and never hated him, sure I think he is a boring character in terms of story but I always like him regardless of his boring story.

Jacqui seems to be great and like if she is truly a fast kickboxer type character, I might actually like her even more and she probably could become a fav of mine.

Like you, I am going to give Jax a chance and wait till I actually play the story and play as Jax to decide whether he is still a boring ass character or if they improved his story. Although I still believe he didn't need to be in MKX.

As far as Jacqui go well I won't judge her without playing with her myself because videos don't prove anything to me.

Who gives a crap if she's black! Why are you constantly bringing in race every time you talk about her. You just don't like blacks or whatever. You don't like her or Jax don't play them. I'm not a fan of Jax either but him and Jacqui looks good

There's a whole world of difference between disliking characters for various reasons and going out of your way to hate them at every opportunity and hammering on and on and on about how they're taking the spot of your one of your fav.

I don't have Cyrax, Stryker, Rain and Noob Saibot in this game. The only character I like playing as left is Kano. There are a few characters I don't think I'll play as because they don't seem to be the kind of characters I like in fighters, but I don't go around saying they're wasting spots for my guys.

Are they in the game just so people don't bitch about no black characters?

I would much rather have Havik, Rieko, Fujin or Bo Rai Cho but I understand having Jax just to have another grappler but his daughter is meh.....

Her Fatality looks great but as stated many, many, many times in the thread she looks boring and is a waste of roster space.

Anybody else think she looks like Tasha from Walking Dead?

Bland, what can I say, was hoping for Jacqui to show something unique and impressive . Fortunately, it was pretty short so there might be more to her. Jax was always meh so wasn't expecting anything, looks great though but what MKX doesn't.

We saw 2 projectile moves, her X-ray and parts of her fatality that ended in a way no other fatality has ended before. There's literally nothing to talk about yet except how awesome her fatality must be.

All the people talking shit about Jax and Jacqui for the sole reason that they 'took a spot' of one of their precious favourite characters are hilarious. I'm currently suffocating in the mounds of salt in this thread. Keep it up haters, you can entertain me for hours

I agree with this. There is need for different kinds of characters/playstyles. So so what if there are people who don't like grapplers or slow and strong characters. Others do... and they also need their choices.

I was suprised how much I liked playing with Jax in MK9, because I hardly ever played him before that. I went from Kabal, Sub-Zero, Cyrax to Jax, Nightwolf and Sindel in MK9.

Jacqui just continue to interest me more than Cassie. Really looking forward to seeing her in the game.

Both of them look great. Jax a bit moreso but I don't see why people would complain about Jacqui. She seems similar to Jax in that Brawler/grappler style but with her own twist.

Jax's powerbomb in the X-Ray was glorious and both of their fatalities seemed pretty cool too. Definitely looking forward to seeing them shown off.

Jax looks bomb but Jaquie still looks lame.

Welp. They exceeded my expectations. Especially Jax, since he seems pretty badass in the Story Mode

Jacqui fighting Ermac, the guy who tore off Jax's arms? This got me interested. Now to come to think of it, it would be nice to have both Jax and his daughter in MKX especially Jax who I presume should be his final time to act like a badass before he retires again to the sunset. It makes sense on a story point of view.
