Hmm, I seem to have double-posted for some reason.

Maybe Khrome breaks someone out because he can shapeshift his arm after all. Khrome has the ability to see through Skarlets' eyes. The same goes for Skarlet, who has the ability to see through Khromes' eyes. Both uses it to find each other throughout the story i.e. Skarlet is in prison or asylum or whatever.

Anybody got other character ideas? With new powers that MK hasn't put on yet? Besides just earth-type powers?

I didn't pay money for them to tweet that lol??? I was around when Khrome was announced on this site. I was trying to find more concrete stuff regarding Khrome and then went and looked up the tweets. I'm only paying for art commissions regarding Khrome.

So how would it be if everything was the opposite in mirror realm and with everything in world like a mirror. What if Khrome was created by Shang Tsung's sorcery and that's the reason why Khrome can shapeshift into other human beings like Shang Tsung?

I wouldn't really bank on things like the mirror realm or dreamrealm being canon. A lot of the challenge tower was just quick little "whatever"s.

I understand the need for product and roster development and to give a new experience but I am going to say something a bit extreme.

I really feel the next (maybe the next two) MK games shouldn't introduce any new characters...

I can see perhaps a character or race that has already been referenced. Perhaps the equivalent to Skarlet (Hornbuckle with a new name?), one of Onaga's holy men or an angel (Ashrah reference). Nothing more. I feel as if NRS needs to focus more on how to establish the desired path for the lore to avoid another MKA debacle. I really wasn't even bothered with Onaga because most of that was the Kamidogu and actually a pretty interesting plot device. On a side note, I feel the Kamidogu will be back in some form.

A big part of this is the timeline reset. The fans have this expectation of all their characters to come back. I feel as if it would be a mistake to deny them this. The roster is already huge and we are already part of a cycle where some characters go multiple games without being playable.

I would be surprised if we see any MKD characters at all. I could see Havik or Hotaru but no others. Still, the expected MK4 crew and the pending MKDA additions leaves an already overcrowded bunch that are within the scope of fan desire.

I think it would be best for NRS to start killing more characters off and leaving them dead, for now. More deaths would certainly get us all wound up in one way or another and its not like they couldn't be brought back. As of now, all characters are pretty much still in play. Even the dead ones...

Since the Red Dragon, how about new members since Mavado and Hsu Hao are the worst. Well... Mavado is okay I guess, but he needs a new moveset.

Anyways... how about...

- A soldier who can manipulate metal and iron even turn himself into liquid metal. And I'm NOT talking about "Khrome" either!

And for the Special Forces OWIA
- Scientist working on molecules and can shrink his size from small or to big

His story is that he's a failed attempt of Shang Tsung trying to create a saurian/tarkatan hybrid. He's a viscous creature trying to prove he's above "minion" status by travelling the realms. Powers are the acid spit and the tarkatan blades and teeth.

According to the translated bio, he was a saurian (and Reptile's brother) but was experimented on by Shang Tsung to be a hybrid saurian/tarkatan. Personality says he's good. Can spit acid and has a tarkatan blade on his left arm.

Her bio was a google translate and has the problem mixing both Netherrealm and Outworld together. She was found by Scorpion with no memories of her past. Scorpion took her to Shao Kahn, apparently Kahn adopted her and wanted Ermac and Scorpion to train her. So she has the powers of fire and telekinesis. Scorpion feels a connection for her.

I honestly wouldn't mind maybe other character from Chaosrealm, Seido or Edenia (preferably Edenia). Maybe a soldier or a a swordsman or something not related to Edenian royalty.

Khrome. Make him a Sulsa from Korea rather than a Ninja.
