We will have an Outworld's Game of Thrones. We need her vision as a "normal" outworlder. Because probably we will see "good" and "bad" as typical Earthrealmers, but I want to see her point of view of all the conflict. Her wins, her mistakes, her alliances and her rivals.

Few characters can evolve more than her with that storyline. I want other characters like Mileena, Rain, Tanya, Hotaru... fighting for the control of Outworld. But we need more than few Kotal Kahn, with his uprise and downfall. Someone that at the end still breathing in Outworld...

I agree wholeheartedly. I think it would be a big missed opportunity story wise if they did not include her.

Li Mei could show how the war in Outworld is affecting the people. Li Mei is a must for MKX IMO. If Kotal is a harsh ruler, Li Mei would show how it affects the people. Her variations could be based on martial arts and acrobatic stuff, her sword, and her sparkle powers.
