People sure like to ride Erron Black's dick for some reason even though we've seen about as much of him as we've seen Jacqui, but I guess "generic masked cowboy" is all the rage.

I'm not apologizing for when I joked that he'll be just like Boba Fett in that so far all he's done is look halfway decent design wise but I'll bet he just gets taken out by a blind guy and doesn't do anything important but we'll forever hear about how "badass" he is.

To me Jacqui has the best face second to Sonya, she looks very good.

Ignore the Jax hate, the casuals like him, he is nearly Top 10 most played in MK9, above lotes of fan favorites like Reptile, Ermac and Baraka. For some reason I see a lot of hate towards him, must be because people think that he is taking their favorite's spot.

That and I've seen some other really stupid reasons for why people don't want Jax in the game. Things that were flat out incorrect, unfounded, or were true of other characters that people wanted in the game.

yeah,top tier in MK2 along with Mileena,top in MK3 too,this is not opinion it's a fact,looks mean nothing gameplay wise,judging a character by their look is shallow,take Bob in Tekken 6,o h yeah the fat guy!!,laugh all you want,hes top tier,same with Rufus in vanilla SF4,Moloch and Drahmin in DA,etc....

Sonya was one of my mains in MK9, and I gotta say that I'm actually more hyped up for Jacqui than I am for Sonya, considering we know next to nothing about her. Sonya's a bit predictable, I know what to expect of her, so while I'm definitely glad she's in, I'm not really super excited for her. Bascially I know she's gonna be good, so there's not much left to wonder.

Jacqui, on the other hand, looks pretty cool and I really wanna see what those forearm attachments do. I never really played as Jax, since I hardly ever use the brutish characters. While I'm sure she'll have some similar moves, I'm hoping that she'll be a lot more agile and quick, and her kickboxing will hopefully factor into that.

Plus, I think she has the best face in the game atm.

Jax has that rank cus of how good he is. Not cus of how popular.

Gameplay isn't all that matters to me either, hence why I don't give a shit about tier lists. I play as characters I like or am drawn to for whatever reason, not because they are top tier or anything like that.

No shit. They're played more in tournaments because they're broken. There were so many Kabals in tournaments it was unbelievable, but the tournament scene is not the entire community. It's a very small % of players. Jax was good, yeah, but other than cdjr and Tyrant I don't really remember many good Jax players.
