We have nothing to bitch about, around 30 characters with 3 variations, around 15 stages, so many game modes, over 100 brutalities, x-rays, different towers, online, just crazy!! It's just one or two characters for me that would make this game perfect: Baraka and Fujin / Havik.

That's one of those fatality ideas that sound great but for some reason will never happen :'(.



I don't get it, why do people keep saying "WOW! Over 100 bwutaltiezzz yay!!" It's just weird to think that more means better. It's not always the case, sometimes it is good like in the case of MK9 with the extra modes but in the case of brutalities it's not as great as it sounds. MKA had over 60 characters and how was that?

Brutalities in MKX are nothing special, they are just watered-down fatalities which is ironic because they were hoping to change what brutalities were in the past and make them their own thing but they ended up just being shitty fatalities, IMO.

I think I'll be meh about this MK. I remember when that awesome marketing trailer with the epic Mileena/Baraka battle went out for Deception.

I was excited, because the game incorporated a lot of things that I liked. The characters, the stages, the story. I liked Deception. I enjoyed MK9 as well.

There hasn't been a whole lot with MKX that I'm particularly thrilled for. I am always happy for more MK, but I'm getting the feeling I'll be looking forward to a new one soon.

Ed saying that there are no Stage Finishers felt like a huge kick in the nutts
today.

I would rather have Stage Fatalities then Variations casuals 90% of there sales will try them all pick one a stay with it.

Maybe cut down the quitality and Brutalities

I'm a little peeved we're not getting Fujin as a playable character after seeing that Story Mode footage, because Jesus Christ he's a fucking badass.

However, considering the story of the game, if you fuse together the comic and the story mode you really do (as the writer put it) get a sprawling epic of a tale. I mean, just from what we know so far alone, we have 46 characters confirmed to be taking part. That is fucking insane when you sit and think about it.

Well, there is the "?" slot on the select screen and I doubt it's just random select because Shaun tacos already said in the story stream there will be an unlockable. So far the only 4 characters we know are in the game but we have not seen a breakdown in a stream from are Jax,Kenshi,Sonya Blade and Jacqui. I doubt any of those will be the unlockable so it might actually be Fujin, he does have a voice actor after all.

The weird thing is, if you would've asked me one character that was a no brainer to be in once the announcement was made, I would've said Fujin. I would've thought you were nuts if you told me he wouldn't be in once we knew this was a retelling of the MK4/MKDA/MKD timeline. Now here we are. I really hope he's in, but watching Kitana makes me really skeptical.

Was this legitimately confirmed? I'm not touching those videos with a ten foot pole, but you can tell me this.

Im still not sure man. Maybe in terms of graphics and gameplay it looks like the best mk. I really like the variations, i sayd that from the beginning they anounced that. online progress seems intresting, good thing they added that. If just the region lock wasnt there... In terms of story i kinda gave up, but the 6minutes stream looked promissing.

In term of design and stages idk. Stages do not remind me of mk. Design is too much injustice like (mk characters should not behave or act like dc characters) music i dont care anymore.

about the rodter im quite dissapointed. most of the requested and logical characters are not in the main roster but come as DLC... im not sure yet, still mk3 and mk9 look to be my favorites.

After seeing Kenshi I am really psyched. Sonya looks like she will be difficult to master, but very rewarding when you do. I'm gonna have my daughter play the mobile game to hook me up with skins. Sky Temple looks incredible.

Gameplay is the most important feature in a video game. And from that aspect alone, this is already going to be the best MK. All the other silly shit and arguments about the roster and things are down to preference to be honest. If you can respect the game and the graphics and the overall replay value and other things they've put into this game then it's also the best MK to date. So people crying over the roster are only setting themselves up to not enjoy the game to be honest.
