After looking at the eyes/green orb more.

I am thinking it is Johnny. The eyes/face look too human. I would be extremely hype if it was johnny because it would mean he finally harnessed his true powers.

Ermac has (in recent iterations) been shown with the mummy wrap mask because his face and skin is grotesque. He is a body that is comprised from multiple spirits, he is more mummified than alive. Those eyes and face are very alive.
EDIT: Then again, you can see a photoshopped line (running horizontally) above the green orb and below the eyes that cuts off the face just below the eyes. Perhaps to hide a mask. So idk maybe it is Ermac.

Good question. I dont know how to "reverse google search images" like other people have successfully done for the shadow image.

it is the same orb but Boons tweet has been doctored to add a "galaxy-esc" effect to the center of the orb and obviously the set of eyes.

EDIT: just for reference -- if you type in "green energy ball" or "green energy orb" it does not give you this image.

Just found out how to do it, and only 1 result came up with only the orb image, not the person in the background with what Ed Boon posted.

Found the full image of the eyes. I guess it's not an actual character model.

I cropped the eyes and reverse searched them on google and It's not from a character render.

It's a stock image as well.

Hmm, keep hearing Cage or Ermac. My guess:

That's his forceball and this time he is in his human skin disguise. The hint of his true reptilian nature under the human skin is in the green eyes. Similar to how he was in MK1-Trilogy.

Considering all the other hints across the past month, just my own guess.

Anybody else feeling cheated or something after knowing that these past images are just doctored images quickly thrown together? I feel like it's means nothing now after knowing it's source and how even that doesn't give a hint of anything. I dunno...

To everybody, I wouldn't get your hopes up. It's entirely possible that Boon's trolling for days and is hinting at every character EXCEPT the one getting revealed to throw us off the scent....

I think it's entirely possible it could be YET another MK1 character (even though I wish for my own sanity they'd show us someone else) but something in my gut is telling me it's someone else.

I think it gives more information that if it was an actual NRS-made image.

These are stock photos found from google. We can learn more about the image and how it is represented by Boon because we know what he typed into google.

For instance: he typed in "shadow of a man" into google and found that shadow image.

Whatever hint he was trying to get at must have reminded him of shadows.

Y'know...I'm actually a little excited for tomorrow's news. And I usually don't get suckered into things like this...because tomorrow could mean ANYTHING.

But this time, I believe.

Because if these things do mean something....then we're going to get a gameplay trailer showing off these hinted characters like the Sony e3 trailer.

Followed by Goro doing something stupid with PREORDER NOW slapped at the end.

I am moving away from thinking it will only be a goro trailer. And reluctantly moving onto massive 6 person reveal.. must prepare myself to be let down

The hints are getting further away from any character I want in the game. That's why I don't get hyped or expect anything beforehand.

It's really weird that I'm not excited by tomorrow's (proposed) reveal. I think it's because after all the false reveals, hints for weeks and lame Goro reveal that I'm not getting hyped. Usually my pants would've exploded by now... :( Fingers crossed its Sonya.lol Awaiting shade...
