Me too. The fact that the "troll hints" point in so many directions makes me think that the six boots were shown at the same time for a reason.

Past experience has taught me not to get my hopes up so much. I'll be content with just one character confirmation for now.

How are those 2 tweets hinting at Ermac. The first could be Johnny Cage or Shang Tsung and the second....I fail to see how that has anything to do with Ermac. It could be anyone.

I'll go mental if it's just the Goro gameplay trailer.

Did anyone notice the pair of eyes in the first pic above the green like-ball? I'm calling Reptile on that one.

Its Johnny Cage as a Seidan, the first picture represents his control over his own powers. I thought Liu Kang was presented in the second picture, but notice the arrow going counter-clockwise, that might be showing a backflip, instead of a bicycle kick, but I could be wrong. So many hints at so many times, we might be getting the "6 foot" reveal after all!

Yeah, he really has been hinting at a lot of characters kinda all at once. That's why I'll just stop the speculating as to not to get disappointed when he finally decides to drop the ball. I'll take whoever it is at this point.

But I think having the 6 boots is a little far fetched.

yep, its definitely Johnny Cage!, the eyes are too human to be Reptile and ermac has no pupils.

Am i the only one who wants to see more new characters and more info on the previously released new chars? I mean, we can speculate that Kotal and D'Vorah look evil, and that Cassie will be good, but we don't actually know for sure. Is D'Vorah actually from Outworld or just allied with it? Details like this, you know? Still, just one day left if this is to be believed.

So out of the existing characters, there seem to be two that come to mind.

Ermac's eyes were always glowing green in MK 9 and he uses green TK energy and projectiles.

Cage also uses green energy projectiles, but his eyes are brown. But, if his MK 9 ending is made into canon, its possible that his newly unleashed power could potentially change his eye color.

Other male, green energy-using characters....

....looks too human to be Reptile, especially with the eyes.
....looks too normal to be Quan Chi.
....looks to. young and smooth to be Shang Tsung.
....doesn't have the face paint necessary to be Nightwolf.

So Ermac, Cage....or completely out of left field with a new, unique moveset.....a younger Shujinko. Or a new character entirely.

Yeah, that totally narrowed it down, lol.

But as said before, these are a lot of hints pointing in different directions. All potentially towards characters I like, too. I wonder....

I would be extremely happy if it was those 6.

Except that Boon said in a tweet that the boots are a mix of new and old characters.

The internet would crash if that were to happen.
