Wish they would answer something like this. I'm surprised netherrealm tweeted this out. I find it hard to believe they are going to reveal actual plot points during a stream. Guess we'll see.

I think they said that just so #KombatKast could trend.

They won't answer anything too important.

They already have questions planned for the stream, doesn't matter what you ask, they already made their mind on what to answer.

I find it kind of "weird" that people think NRS will truly answer their questions.

People always ask lots and lots of questions that are actually good and they can be answered like when they asked about a demo 2 streams ago before we knew that there will be no demo.

They didn't answer that because, Yes you guessed it.

they already know what they are going to talk about before you even ask, The reason they do this, is just to stroke their ego with the whole "WOW KombatKast is trending."

Bingo. I don't know that it's about ego stroking so much as it is marketers doing their job, but yeah, anyone hoping for something substantial to be answered should lower their expectations. I'm sure they'll look at the questions, but they're looking for ones that benefit them in how they market the game, not satisfying fan curiosity.

I would ask... "why go thru all the trouble of redesigning a character if they are just going to be an NPC story cameo?" But I already know the smartass answer I'll get. "Why not?"

-- Will characters interact with their relatives at all?
"Yes, you'll see some of that."

-- How long is the story mode?
"About the same length as MK9, give or take"

"Yes, there will be lots of easter eggs for those fans who want to find them."

-- Will you be able to do fatalities in story mode?
"You'll just have to wait and see."

"Can't say but it wouldn't be MK without someone biting it."

Then of course we'll get the obvious questions they love to answer so much.

So is the next stream story mode stuff? I remember they did one for MK9 where they did a playthrough of the first couple chapters.

I think they'll show us some of the new characters and maybe reveal one character(Wishful thinking)

I think it'll be normal gameplay like always then questions and then the 3 matches that Seth rogen loses

This seems rather dumb, but here's some questions:
- Will the game stay true to its Asian origin with all this focus on Special Forces?
- How will the matches work: are you able to choose from several characters and variations?
- Will Baraka play an important role or will he be a lackey?
- Will any characters turn from good to evil and from evil to good?
- Will Goro live?

Asking myself the same thing. The game comes out in a month, ill figure out the story on the 14th of April lol
