just i hope they make MK10 as epic as 9 but better and modern 2d fighting more characters, it would be cool to have team fatalities,

What would be cool is if they did a proper mortal kombat game out of Puzzle Kombat so the characters have big heads and perhaps it was a child friendly version so there was no blood but there still were fatalities such as:

Scorpion
-He pulls off his mask sets the opponent on fire and they collapse into a pile of bones

Sub Zero
-Freezes them into a block of ice and he uppercuts and it explodes into a thousand pieces

Reptile
-Pulls off his mask and uses his tongue to pull the opponent into his mouth and swallows them whole

Kitana
-She kisses them and they inflate and explode leaving no trace behind(no guts or body parts)

Johnny Cage
-Does his Super Green Uppercut and they go high up off the screen and they disappear.

and so on.

i will love to see a Mk vs Street Fighter with fatality on both sides And be able to Create your Own fighter lol....

Only idea that came to mind lately is kind of inspired by SC games. I would make characters having to face their destiny (Or sworn enemy) if you will as a boss. Or before having to fight the two last bosses on arcade or story mode.

I want a Mortal Kombat prequel set on Earth that totally focuses on an earlier iteration of the tournament. All new characters save for those who would be alive during that era. I'd be fine if it was a one-off. After all this re-imagining I just need something different.

-QUAN CHI (New look) and be either the main villain or side villain to Shinnok
-SHINNOK (BOSS) with the ability to morph into his MK:MSZ demon form
-TANYA - needs to become more evil and be the Sindel of MK9

-KABAL - (with his MK9 ending look)
-JOHNNY CAGE -needs to have an important role
-SONYA - also needs a major role in the game and explore more about her and her father and they should continue to develop Sonya and Johnny's relationship

May I suggest making up some characters like have sons and daughters of characters Ex: Lui Kang and Kitana from MK9 or Sub-Zero and Frost from MKA. Just passing some suggestions.

Maybe you should do something similar to MK vs DC and put MK to the test against like DBZ or SF

A game i would like to see is a prequel to the first game. A game that tells the story of before number one. Like Great Kung Lao, Where scorpion came in. Something like that. My Idea for a name was Mortal Kombat: Origins. Some characters would be like Kitana, Raiden, etc. I want to learn About scorpion before he died.
Also Some characters to include are: Kitana Human Scorpion Great Kung Lao Shao Kahn Jade etc.

Another Thing I would like to see in the story would be Kitanas life and her growing up although that would take quite a while. I would like to see Scorpions Life before he and his clan were killed. I want to see the forming of the Shirai Ryu and their breakoff from the Lin Kuei. I want to see life of Rain and his father. I want to see the events of what happened before Mortal Kombat 1.

Mabye like a shaolin monks type game only instead of lui kang and Kung loa, smoke and sub-zero and their adventures in the lin keui

I think the mini-games that have been introduced so far should remain in the game such as the "Test Your Might", "Test Your Sight", and "Test Your Luck".
These mini-games I feel should remain exactly the same with the exception of "Test Your Luck" in scenarios that call for fighting an opponent with no arms,
I think a better way of visually presenting the scenario would be to have the character's arms tied behind their back instead of cut off, the same with heads. Instead of the head being cut off, the character's eyes should be blindfoled.

Another mini-game idea that could be added to "Test Your Strike" could be instead of hitting the brick in the middle, you could have the items or targets
rotating on a conveyer belt at various speeds. And in order to succeed in the challenge, one would have accurately hit the moving target on the coveyer belt.
The purpose of this challenge could test how accurately and precisely you could strike your assigned target. They're also could be varying speeds that the conveyer belt could move increasing in difficulty. There also could be various items to break through, such as wooden boards, diamond bricks, solid stone, a steel anvil etc... That way you would not only have to be required to conjure up enough energy for breaking the object, but also be accurate and precise in your strike to hit the object.

Another mini-game idea could be "Test Your Speed". In this mini-game portion, you would be given varying time limits to break down an inanimate object or target. There could be varying time limits that decrease over the level of difficulty. There could also be varying targets to breakdown or defeat such as a punching bag, human sized metal safe like the ones at banks, a cut-off tree trunk, a statue etc.. then the challenge could get harder to where you could have an actual opponent to defeat within a certain time limit, and they're varying degree of difficulty could be the intensity in which they fight back, taking away how much time you would have to defeat them. They opponent's that would face would increase in their level of difficulty. You could throw hidden characters in this portion of the mini-game. And this portion of the mini-game would force one to ultilize effective combos, juggles and strategies learned in the "Entry Mode" . This would be the case in order to pass the most difficult level challenges in the smallest time limits.

Another mini-game idea could be "Test You Knowledge". In this game, you would be required to enter in default button combinations of certain combos, specialty moves, x-ray moves, hari karis, babalities, stage fatalities or fatalities.You could be given certain time limits in order to enter them in correctly and the degree of difficult could increase by decreasing the time limit throughout the stages. There could be prizes, koins awarded, unlocking of gaming modes, certain features such as "Hari Karis", "Shows Respect", "Shows Mercy", "Second Chance" energy boosters, and so on and so forth.

Those are just some ideas I think could give the mini-portion of the game some flare and different dynamics.

A mk10 game I would like to see would have better programming, I mean when Freddy Krueger in MK9 with his giant claw-finger things, the went through the floor and thats because the base of the characters is the same base figure but they should fix that. It should be 2D. I mean everyone likes 2D. 3D figures though, 2D gameplay. But anyway, I have a good storyline for future mk games:

Mortal kombat... the tournament... hes been corrupted. Shao Khan tried to harness the lin kuei technology of moving soul from human to machine. He wanted to reverse engineer it to blast the souls out of the combatants for Shang Tsung to collect. Everything went wrong... It blasted the souls, but not so they could just wander, waiting for Tsung. They split. The souls split, one part stayed in the original body, some were left untouched and formed copies of combatants. Other parts fused, clashing into other souls, making new combatants with new abilities. Some found the empty lin kuei units, they became cyborgs. Also, the essence of good and evil was separated. evil and very admirable forms of combatants were made. Ermac... the being made of souls was effected the most. His combined strength of souls allowed him not to split. He didn't, but the souls did. They were still within the same body, but many versions of each. Eventually the evil versions would rule ermac, he became a being of pure rage. Ermac defeated Kahn. He now rules the tournament. He must be beat.

Well Rainmaster you seem to love Ermac. I like your idea about the Lin Kuei Plot/storyline.

I'm not a huge Ermac fan but I came up with the whole Lin Kuei machine and Shao Khan thing and then I remembered that Ermac was made of souls and I needed a way to work that in. Anyone who read it would be "Well Ermac is made of souls so would he be an army or what?" I just needed a way to work it in.
So about the whole "quote" thing:

1. I don't know what a "quote" is, if you mean the "Touching wires causes instant death. $200 fine" thing, it's my signature. Anyone can have one, whether it be words or a picture.

2. To get a signature you just go to settings and put a file or just type a sentance or to. What I mean by file is type the name of a downloaded image.

On topic: Many users must have posted that type of ideas but i wouldn't be against a prequel to characters like Scorpion and Sub Zero. A little like their Legacy episode i guess.

I would also love the rivals black and red dragons have their storyline start to heat up a bit. For the rest i need to come up with more ideas but Fujin, Shinnok, Nitara and Tanya should have a bigger role or a renewed and better storyline of their own that they could exploit for the couple next games.

They increased my power but not so I could defeat them. I am forced to run the Mortal Kombat tournament. With me on their side, the trio forced me to call all kombatants from any points in history, including dead ones using time rifts. They did this so they could see more death for their amusement. Please kill them, anyone, stop the terror.

Okay guys my idea is Shao Kahn forms an allience with Quan Chi,Shang Tsung,Baraka,and The Black Dragon.In story mode you play as Lui Kang.Shao Kahn and the others are creating the ultimate merge!They are merging all the realms together.It is up to Lui Kang and his friends to save the world!

it tells some about Quan chi and shinnok and how they became the DEADLY ALLIANCE. i think many pp would like to know more about them now that they play a bigger role in MK. here u go,

they could start with quan chi, and tell how he became the most powerful sorcerer and necromancer in the Netherrealm. than it shows how shinnok has been defeated by raiden and the elder gods and thus banished to the deepest regions of the Netherrealm. Shinnok endured constant torture from the Netherrealm's overlord, Lucifer. until he encountered Quan chi. Quan Chi would aid Shinnok in overthrowing Lucifer and taking his throne, becoming ruler of the Netherrealm. As payment for Quan Chi's efforts, Shinnok endowed him with incredible powers, making him arch-sorcerer of the Netherrealm, and made him his most-trusted servant.
