While I agree 100% with what you say, I feel that it's sort of in poor taste to bash the character like that.

This comment has really irked me. bbfreak328, I understand you're entitled to your own opinion, and I don't doubt that I have no chance of changing it, but I personally feel that Casilde bears a great difference to Nitara.

I would post an in depth response here, but I don't want to litter the voting thread with unrelated conversation. I'll reply in the contest discussion.

Also, thanyou for your comment Sanguinius, while you agree with his opinion, (which is fine ) the fact you are sticking up for Myself and Casilde in a sense is greatly appreciated!

Sorry guys, I couldn't help it..... I lost to a badass KAK... Congrats Kuwinda... All of my battles were tough, and Keile held it high to tough competitors. I thank to all those who let her make it this far.... I will keep on saying this, there is some tough KAK in this tourney, and it shows. Kuwinda rocks, and so does MALICE.... and many more.... Anywho, my vote for this match goes to:

Adsler is so original and creepy, Terek is a wonderful character as well, I wish both could advance because they're both superb

Another similar scenario, both really are lovely, but I preferred Merrick because MK doesn't have a healer type character, Casilde is still wonderful though and has one of the craziest costumes.

Just looked ahead at tonight's (or tomorrow morning's?) matches, and man are they good ones! I may have to break out the old coin toss, as much as I hate to.


In regards to my earlier comment, how was that "bashing" Casilde? I never said she was a bad character. I just stated that she reminds me of Nitara, and I feel Merrick is more original. Nitara was actually a pretty cool character and comparing another character to her isn't a diss at all...

@bbfreak: I saw it as bashing because the way you said it implies that Casilde does not deserve the votes she gets over Merrick because she is too similar to Nitara. That is how it comes off, regardless of intent. I get the light-heartedness of your comment, but it still sounds pretty bash-y.

Well, first off: Nitara sucks(okay, maybe that's just my opinion but that's besides the point). Secondly, the wording you used makes it seem as though you believe the character IS a carbon copy of Nitara(The whole confusion thing). And finally, I assumed(I know, I know "make an ass out of myself")that by claiming disbelief in a character winning, you were making a stab at said character. That could just be because I noticed similar comments earlier in the tournament as well.

I hope you realize what you just did there Sanguiny.

Very tough call here. I love Adsler's design and personality, but it seems to me like Terek's fighting style, Fatalities, and story are a better fit for MK. He can use a better entrance taunt, though....

Merrick.

One of the best in the tournament, I think. His reliance on buff/debuff magic gives him a unique play style, and his personality and story are very convincing and well-developed.
