Funny, for all the hate Raiden's gotten for his role in the story mode, he's been in the lead all day save for the 50-50 this morning.

Shao Kahn was a god. He was like Raiden, but for Outworld, advising Onaga before killing him and taking his place which means he lost his godhood. And now he is dead.

So it's not 100% true. Gods can die in MK, but there are some steps in between that needs to be taken before it can happen.

Plus, Raiden bites it at the end of Armageddon: "Thise were my last words before I die."

Can we just get Ermac vs Rain already? It's quite obvious who won this match..

Anyway, I vote for my 2nd favorite character, Ermac.

The guy has so much potential, he has a very good chance of making it into MKX.

Ermac already had his moment in the spotlight in the previous game's story mode. Rain hasn't got that opportunity yet.

Ermac had the chance to be in a canon game other than Armageddon (Deception). Rain had not.

Ermac has a suitable replacent for MKX : Kenshi. Rain is too unique to get one.

Anyway we have a character that we've seen maybe a little too much recently (making him lose all his mystery and charisma) against a character that has not yet been used (only as a DLC; c'mon...) enough despite his amazing design and moveset and his incredible storyline potential.

Time for the wheel to roll. Rain all the way !!

Rain climbed up to my 3rd favorite character after MK9. It looks like his popularity generally rose and it's nice to see that he came that far. Don't think he will get this one tho. Ermac has quite a big following here.

Ermac is awesome, but Rain is one of my top 5 favourite characters.

But yeah, Rain is awesome. I hear so many complain about his gameplay in MK9, and though he isn't one of the easiest characters to use, I think he is incredibly fun to make combos with. ^^

It's ironic that he looks like he's imitating Ermac's MK9 victory pose, with the floating and everything.

That's his winning pose from MK9 though. And UMK3-MKT as well







And I had him floating because he IS the Prince of Storms after all. If I could do some cool water effects under his feet, I would, but it's not something I have mastered drawing yet. :P

Frist of all, perfect artwork for him Jaded, that is just the way I want to see my vain prince, but with some more evil face-stuff, this one looks like he's with good-intensions, but drawing facial stuff is hard. I like his hair and what he wears very much. AND, it's funny to see you call yourself Incubuslord on Deviantart, since i'm known there as Gancanagh, a similar creature from folklore. My other usernames are mostly about Incubus (not the band tho), such as Sincubus and Incubus22 lol.

I voted for Rain, I like both characters very much, but I want Rain in X more than Ermac, but this one is very close for me.
