Shinnok barely has anything going for him aside skeleton hands, stupid clothes and being EEEbil.

This one's a flip of a coin for me. Kabal wins.

Shinnok, loved his MKA Konquest appearance and the overall great update from MK4.

Tough one for me.. I really enjoy both characters! But in the end, i'll go with Shinnok.. Maybe Kabal? Naaah. Shinnok gets it.

Shinnok is possibly the lamest boss character ever made for a fighting game. And his design is horrible! He is so freaking ugly, he's like a rainbow coloured zombie who can make skeletal hands clap... Absolutely one of the worst character designs in Mortal Kombat history.

Kabal on the other hand is awesome... maybe besides the pigtails...

One former Black Dragon,and fault elder god,these to be interesting,for my think,Kabal is better character than Shinnok,great powers like fastering speed when turning your enemy on every way,Shinnok just like Elder god with hands from underground,and i vote for Kabal!!

SO voted Kabal. His hookswords and Tornado Dash are iconic.

I'll be voting for Shinnok. I am anticipating his hopeful return in MKX, and I wasn't really impressed with Kabal in MK9.

Shinnok. He's been so mishandled in the series so far but may finally get his due in X.

Kabal, on the other hand, had his one big moment in MK3 and hasn't done much since other than slumming it with the likes of Kobra and Mavado and adding to Sindel's body count.

"sigh" As much as I love Kabal, I had to vote for Shinnok, as he's been underused so far.

Shinnok must be the winner this time because he is one of the strongest MK characters along with Queen Sindel,Shao Kahn,Shang Tsung and Raiden !

Never was big fan of Kabal, so he was done justice in MK9. However, I always was big fan of Shinnok. Something about image of the ancient allpowerful mastermind with signature powers appeals to me.
