We all have to agree that DC isn't really the versus type of game you would see against MK.If anything I would have liked to see Midway strike a deal with Microsoft to make MK vs KI,now that would have peaked my interest.But MK is now dead.FATALITY.

I hate to break this to you Boon but people didn't play MK because of it's fighting mechanics, it was the characters, gore and mythology that carried it. Now all you have is a game that plays like shit and looks like shit.

You the people said there was to many characters in the franchise that were not needed. MIDWAY did you a favor, by doing this. Maybe not giving you the MK8 we all hoped for. But defiantly sumn you'll remember for along time. It's etched in stone. Midway succeeded. They brought you all sumn totally unexpected as was said after the release of MKA.

Is this what they meant by a new fresh start? *sighs* I remember complaining about certain MK characters being left out in past games, and now, well Im sure there will be even more cuts to squeeze in the DC roster.

This is something I would have expected from them back when Capcom was doing the crossover games, but now?

Im just wondering how the storylines are going to work out, and also adding new MK characters for this game would be pretty dumb. Id rather have older classic characters if they will be going against established DC characters.

Listen...I wasn't all that excited about MK8. But this is interesting enough to make me care. One way or another, good or bad game, this works.

If Midway needed to ride on the back of DC to get people interested in MK again...well...they did it.

What pisses me off most is that with this game it will hurt midway so badly that they will panic and rush out another game to try to bring back all the fans that left, and it will be to late. And Mortal Kombat will be done. I was hoping to buy MK games for the next 20 years or more. But i guess good things dont last forever. All things must come to an end sometime. Just sucks it has to be now.

I'll just go back to playing my klassic mortal kombat games and make that Mortal Kombat Gold Arcade Cabinet ive always wanted.
