sure there are others that should have been in the game first, however after playing as Lobo and finding he was better than a few already included, I'm actually excited to play as her. I think they've managed to make characters that are similar to others (Green Lantern and Sinestro) play very differently. Her look is interesting and they did need a few more iconic female characters in the game. First choice for DLC... nowehere near, but that doesn't mean I am sore on her being in. Maybe they will surprise us with the last two and they won't be Zod and Scorpian (I really hope they aren't) but if they are, there's always a chance of another lot of DLC or more requested characters being kept for Injustice 2.
