Even if you're a Batgirl supporter, you know in your heart there were better choices. There was enough Bat characters anyway.

Why do people keep saying Scorpion will be one of the remaining 2 dlc characters? I know he is Boon's favourite MK character, but honestly that's meaningless and in no way a reason why to put him in. MK is my all time fav fighting game, but let's keep this game strictly DC. BTW if they include Scorpion how the hell will he pull of Fatalities on the DC characters? IF you're thinkin toned downed fatalities like in MK vs DC, better not put him in. X-rays are only for MK9. So in conclusion for me the remainig two DLC are gonna be Martian Manhunter and General Zod. The first for being a popular demand by fans and playing a important role as a Justice League member and the second for commercial reasons, knowing that the Man of Steel movie is coming out this next month. Although If given the chance I would have loved to see other superman related characters like Metallo or Bizarro or even why not the gorgeous Power Girl.

Like I said, Batgirl is a better choice than people already in the game. She deserves her spot. She's an amazing acrobatic fighter with grace and finesse like a dancer. The game doesn't have that right now.

Funny, because I've seen way more requests for Poison Ivy than Batgirl. And that's not just on this forum, I mean on anything Injustice related.

Better choices than Lobo and Zod? Absolutely. However people actually asked for Lobo, and he's the only acceptable DLC so far for many people. Zod can go die a in a fire because chances are, he's just marketing for Man of Steel.

I don't have a favorite. Well I do but he's already in the game (Solomon Grundy). But when I say a better choice I mean 2 things.

1. A character people actually requested.

2. What that character could bring to the table in terms of uniqueness.

MM and Black Canary far surpass Batgirl in both of those things.

Batgirl is fine. She is a DC character. I think they will make her play differently than the rest of the roster, or at least I hope they do. Better choices is an opinion.

I'm sure they'll probably have an easier time making Batgirl play different than the other Bat characters then they will Zod from Superman. Then again, they were able to make Shazam and Black Adam play differently, so here's to hoping.

You haven't seen anything from Batgirl, you don't know what she'll bring to the table gameplay wise. So far no one in the game plays like any other. I doubt Batgirl is going to come in and suddenly have nothing to offer.

Don't confuse highly vocal minorities for masses of people wanting a character. Again Batgirl is a character that means A LOT to A LOT of people. Just because they're not holding campaigns on websites of get her included doesn't mean no one wants her or cares.

Really the only failing I see in this decision is Martian Manhunter's continued exclusion.
