No idea about Jeff. When I've seen him and Matt together, Jeff looked a little taller, but not by much. Also, I believe Matt is the older of the two brothers.
I thought Raw was ok. I agree with everyone that says the Iron-Man match next week is going to suck ass. Right away when I heard that I thought, fuck not again, a ppv match on free tv, that blows. Oh well, I guess we'll see next week. I figure it may be a bit better than SD's was, because Raw is live, but we'll see.

Major Hulk Hogan/WWE Update, Big Lawsuit; & Much More:
WWE recently filed a lawsuit against Marvel Comics so that they could maintain the rights to the "Hulk Hogan" name as they launch their WWE 24/7 Video On Demand service.
Bloomberg Newswire ran an article today in which Marvel claims that WWE's rights to the name expired this month, though WWE claims that they own the rights until March of 2005.
Without the Hogan name, WWE cannot market and distribute the WWF, WCW, and WWE matches that they want to use as part of the WWE 24/7 service.
WWE had originally licensed the rights from Marvel Comics back in 1985 when the company came forward saying that Hogan's ring name was infringing on the rights of the "Incredible Hulk" character, which was created by Stan Lee back in the 1960's.
The original agreement between the two sides covered the names "Hulk Hogan", "The Hulkster", and "Hulkamania."
One of the main reasons why WCW often pushed the "Hollywood" Hogan name rather than "Hulk Hogan" was due to the legalities of the actual Hulk Hogan name.
Larry Zbyzsko is trying to file a lawsuit against WWE for the use of the "Living Legend" name and hopes to add some more points in the lawsuit since the company has called Randy Orton "Living Legend" on some recent shows.
Sources close to Eddie Guerrero tell us that while Eddie was not very happy about losing the WWE Title to Bradshaw, he was relieved of not having the pressure that went along with being the champion any longer. Eddie was concerned that a lot of fingers were pointed at him for the poor business that Smackdown has been doing, and he won't have to deal with as much of that now that he does not hold the brand's top prize.
Big Show was on comcast sportsnet talking about his return and more. Big Show said his return would be in September somtime. I'm in camden county so I get this when ever it is on because it takes place in Philadelphia. Also talks about NBA career When he played in College. Also Talks about why he is out it is because of a injured knee cap.
Official WWE RAW Preview (7/26) - 60-Minute Iron Man Match:
The following is an article from WWE.com:
The Legend Killer hoped to reduce the five-time Intercontinental Champion to another T-shirt statistic, and he seemed a three-count away after a low blow and an RKO. But a groggy referee was slow to make the count, and Edge mustered enough energy to barely kick out. When Orton went to his finisher again, Edge reversed it into a winning and slightly illegal pinning predicament.
While the fans in Washington were treated to a highly competitive Intercontinental Championship defense, those live in Pittsburgh next week will witness the biggest RAW contest of the year.
In a 60-minute Iron Man Match that begins promptly at the top of the hour, Chris Benoit will defend the World Heavyweight Championship against Triple H. Whoever scores the most decisions in the allotted time will walk out with the title. But one question remains: Can the Crippler even walk after the vicious beating taken at the hands (and feet) of Batista? Find out on RAW on Spike TV at 9/8 CT.

Yeah, like either somone from Evolution or maybe Eugene. I guess we'll wait and see.
To answer your question black_dragon, I don't understand the concept of E-feds, but apparentlly the WWE wants to close down all E-feds, I believe to make their own. It was reported on one of my news sites. Any way, try google or another search engine to see what you can find.

The WWE seems like they get worser and worser every week. They really need to start listening to the fans instead of looking down at them.It would improve the WWE alot. The WWE is just ridiculous now:
Triple H always in Main Events
Stars who deserve a push never gets it.
Releasing Good Wrestlers

Lame plot lines
Useless Diva show

Im going to stop watching wrestling for awhile.Including After Burn.I'll still check this thread out though. It's more exciting to read backstage news than watching the WWE.Until the WWE gets back on there feet im going to watch TNA:Impact.

Yes, please do keep coming back. I like chatting wrestling with you. Since you are going to stop watching WWE for awhile, I'm curious to know if you'll watch WWE 24/7 when it launches? When I get an update on the exact date of lauch I'll post it. Twnpnews.com has some info on WWE 24/7 if you want to check it out.

Interesting TNA News:
TNA took out a bunch of ads on several cable systems during RAW last night. They bought a bunch of ads to air in different wrestling markets to make fans aware of TNA Impact! TV, which was probably a smart move for them to spend that kind of money to get the word out on the show.

*Bubba Ray Dudley pinned WWE Tag Team champion Billy Kidman.
*Backstage, Funaki interviewed Booker T and Kurt Angle. Angle told Booker that he was going to name him the new United States champion next week once he had it cleared with the Board of Directors. Funaki said that that wasn't fair, so Angle fired him for not knowing "how to speak English."
*Backstage, The Dudley Boyz came up to Spike Dudley and noted how they all have title shots next week. Spike blew them off and said that he didn't want anything to do with them. They promised they wouldn't interfere next week as long as Spike didn't interfere in D-Von's match with Rey Mysterio later tonight. Spike agreed and walked off.
*WWE champion John Bradshaw Layfield came out and said that since he's in Philadelphia, where the Rocky film was shot, he was laying out a Rocky challenge for someone to try and defeat him and if they did, they could have a title shot at Summerslam. Out came Mike Kruel (USA Pro/ECWA who has worked a lot of dark and TV shots for WWE) who Layfield beats easily. Layfield says that he guesses he doesn't have a match at Summerslam. The lights go out and the Undertaker gong hits. Undertaker comes out and faces off with Layfield. Undertaker chokeslams Layfield and takes the ring mic. "You...me...Summerslam." He says and walks off.
*The divas came down for their Fatal Four Way Lingere match featuring Sable vs. Miss Jackie vs. Torrie Wilson vs. Dawn Marie. Kurt Angle came out and fired all of them.
*Rey Mysterio pinned D-Von Dudley. Bubba Ray Dudley tried to interfere but Paul London and Billy Kidman came out.
*John Cena pinned Luther Reigns after Booker T attempted to interfere, but it backfired.
*Kurt Angle came to the ring and called out Eddie Guerrero, telling him it was time to apologize because "You don't cross the boss." Vince McMahon's music hit and he came to the ring. McMahon told Angle that he lied to all the fans about his injury, but more importantly, he lied to Vince. Vince said that he was going to get a humanitarian award for making a handicapped person a General Manager, but that is out the window because Angle lied. He told Angle that he was fired as General Manager, but was back on the active roster. McMahon announced he would be facing Eddie Guerrero at Summerslam. Guerrero came out in his low rider. McMahon got in the car and made it bounce.
Guerrero left and McMahon came back to the ring. He told Angle that he had to apologize to everyone he fired tonight, and brought them out. Angle apologized to Funaki and Tony Chimmel but refused to apologize to the divas. Vince told him he was going to have to join the "Kiss My A**" club for the divas. Angle refused and offered to kiss Vince's A**. Vince said No because he has a "Special A**." He gave 10 seconds to kiss or apologize. Angle apologized. Vince said that Angle now has to apologize to him. Angle got on his knees but instead low blowed McMahon. Everyone checked on McMahon as Angle escaped.
So there you have it. Oh, and credit for the results goes to WrestlingInc.com, the number one place for wrestling news!

Wow, SmackDown! has started to build towards Summerslam while Raw didn't. Looks like SmackDown! is going to be the one to carry Summerslam. I have a feeling that Raw's matches are gonna suck.
Anyways, JBL Vs Taker for the title, and Angle/Eddie II sounds awesome. Undertaker better damn well win the WWE Championship at summerslam which I have a feeling he will anyways. I fuckin can't wait for that.
Anyways, as for SmackDown!, sounds like a very good show to me. I'am glad that they're letting the cruiserweights get alot of airtime on SmackDown! and Undertaker shows up!

IMO, most of the matches at SS will suck. And I doubt SD will hold SS on its own. Only decent thing about it is the Dead Man, but he is facing that ass Bradshaw. Oh well, maybe it will turn out good. But I really have no high hopes for it.

well, the reason why I said that JBL/Taker would be awesome because of the fact that Taker is in it and could very well win the title from JBL. don't know about the actual match though. it might either be sucky or at least be a decent match. who knows. the only thing I care about is Undertaker winning the title.
As for Raw, I don't see what exciting matches Raw could put together at Summerslam that has already been do before. it seems like all the wrestlers whom they are feuding with have already fought each other couple of times before. with SmackDown!, you got Taker in the main-event which I'am sure everyone is happy about. not to mention Angle Vs Eddie, a cruiserweight title match, and possibly London/Kidman Vs the dudleys. also the fact that SmackDown! has a more talented roster than Raw which is why I think SmackDown! could possibly own Summerslam over Raw.

Well I guess The Undertaker will have to win, I don't see JBL having any chance to win this thing, but we've all seen shit happen before (Eddie Guerrero beating Brock Lesnar) so we never know...
The RAW roster is really limited right now IMO, they've always got the same guys doing the same matches over and over again and I really can't see how they will put something different on Summerslam. They'll probably have Shawn Michaels back which means he will most likely face Kane but the main event will be the same-old Benoit VS Triple H for sure... and Coach will have a PPV match against Tajiri as usual hehe
Aren't there gonna be any interpromotional matches this time?

No, those were a one time thing. And I swear I am so fucking sick of seeing those two(Chris and HHH) that I could puke. So much damned reycling.Oh, and from what I hear, Bradshaw is set ro be a longterm champion, and I swear I will robbly stop watchin it if that happens.

Raw is still ok to watch, and SD is still mediocre ate best. Summerslam, like all of the last ppvs this year is going to have a mix of good matches from both shows and shitty matches from both shows. My friend and I will be watching as always.
Drfatality, to answer your question about WWE 24/7, I don't know what the format will be. The net says that you can set it up to view what you want to see, so everyone will watch something different, this leads me to believe it'll be a regular channel. When I find more details I'll post them here.

Edge Refusing To Get Haircut, Edge/HHH News; & Much More:
As reported recently, Edge has been told by WWE management that he needs a makeover since he hasn't been connecting with the crowd in the way that he was pushed to be since his return to the ring.
They have been asking him to cut his hair, but he's been refusing the request. There is a lot of feeling within WWE that the "long blond look" is outdated and because of it they had Test and Christian cut their hair off. Edge has always joked about his appeal to women saying that if he cut off his hair, that appeal would be all gone.
WWE also wants Edge to change or modify his ring entrance.
HHH had been very high on Edge that he got him off Smackdown just so that they could work together, but it hasn't come about since then due to the fan's reactions. Many have noticed that Edge gets booed in the more "hardcore" arenas such as Madison Square Garden, but the feeling is that most of the booing is due to Randy Orton always being put over everyone and fans liking him more because they think that he's "cool."
Jeff Hardy/TNA Huge Push:
Jeff Hardy will return to TNA tonight on PPV. They will most likely be announcing that Hardy has signed a contract with the company, though nobody really knows whether that has been done or not. The company does, though, want to give Hardy a big push on PPV and Impact! because of the reaction he got in his past dates with the company. The question is whether the reaction will stick long-term when fans realize that he's not the same Jeff Hardy that he used to be.
Latest On Plans For ECW Return, Bret Hart Trashes Flair:
Bret Hart was recently on the WrestlingObserver radio show and stated that even though wrestlers claim the best in recent history are Hart, HBK, and Flair, Flair is considered to be a legend due to a misconception of his wrestling. Hart went onto claim that Flair couldn't lace the boots of Curt Hennig or Dynamite Kid.
Tommy Dreamer became yet another WWE wrestler to turn down rumors of an ECW return in the public media. However, unlike others, he claimed that as much as ECW revolutionized wrestling, a return would fail on the modern scene. On Byte This, he also informed fans that he is working on a book based around ECW.

I don't believe this story one bit. I recently just read an interview with Edge and he said that he would LOVE to cut his hair but mangment told him to hold off on it until the right time. this came right out of Edge's mouth.
this is why you should take EVERY piece of news with a grain of salt. some of them are just bullshit.

This sounds awesome, lol. Angle going insane? It's great. The firing everyone story may be old, but I've never seen it before since I'm a recent made fan, so I don't mind. Sounds better than most crap that has been happening lately...
