HIS NAME!!! his name is Alberto Del Rio!!! But you already knew that wink

So no returning Christian. We better at least see Christian play a part in the Edge/ADR match that's bound to happen.

Eve winning the title is the worst thing ever. Completely swerved me. Expected Awesome mudda fuggin Kong to wreck shit up.

Booker T eliminated that fast? Seriously? Da fuck? And JoMo out so early? bleh

So we've got four people (Miz, Punk, Orton, Cena) who are likely to get title spots. I could see a fatal four way working out. Taker/Barret, a fatal fourway for the title and ADR/Edge. Looks good to me

The winner is ALBERTO DEL RIO! But you already knew that. Excellent!

Great, as I predicted. If you erased Hornswoggle out of your mind and Kane being buried so fast just a few weeks after losing the Heavyweight Championship, it was a great Royal Rumble.

Notice how unless a returning start wins the wwe always have the winner in a segment where they're involved with someone not champ or in the rumble. eg del rio-hbk or orton kicking vinces head off.
All in all good show i think, had del rio as my pick until miz retained the i though jomo but didnt happen.
I dnt mind Miz retaining but he's starting to remind me of y2j just minus the assclown rants abit to much, y2j was the best whinning whinging little girl heel i think they should tweek miz abit more before a mania

So Jerry Lawler vs The Miz at Elimination Chamber for the WWE Title. Jerry "The King" Lawler vs Coles boyfriend. Pretty cool if you ask me. I so want Jerry to punch out Michael Cole.

God I'm sick of Lawler. Really hope he hits Cole so they can get rid of his ass. Either that or he goes back to being a full blown awesome heel commentator.

I was actually rooting for King in that mini rumble just so that I wouldn't have to see him in the Elimination Chamber. Jerry "The King" Lawler in the most sadistic match in professional wrestling? No thanks

If WWE wants to gain any respect they need to keep Nash and Booker T and send the show back to attitude times. This PG crap has gotten really boring and no one has a decent character. Really "Dolph Ziggler" "Jack Swagger".... THOSE ARE THE LAMEST EXCUSES OF WRESTLERS I HAVE EVER SEEN. Gangrel had more talent in one toe, then they had... And if Gangrel has more talent than you... that is saying something about you. Gangre was a terrible performer but his character was cool. They need to drop the fact that they think starting a little powerful faction on each brand will get people interested. Honestly I stopped watching wrestling a while ago but have recently been tuning in a few times just to see what is going on and The whole Nexus and Core thing is the fucking dumbest idea ever. What ever happened to good ideas for teams/stables. DX, Hardy Boyz, Dudleys, Christian&Edge/Brood, APA, Rock'N'Sock Connection, Ministry, Brothers of destruction (who on occasion still wrestle together), New age outlaws, Headbangers. Now we get these dumb groups of people who just appeared as a part of these groups and had no stories prior to this so we know nothing about them since they are all CM Punk (who had a prior story) or Wade Barrett (who hasn't)'s bitch. They can't develop anything on there own because they are too busy slaving around and gangbanging anyone who gets in there way. It's not entertaining. I am sorry if you disagree with me, but honestly it's not. watching a match to just be followed by 7 guys coming down to beat down the winner just because he took the last of the koolaid backstage is nothing interesting.
I'm betting on a Taker VS Sting match at Mania! And I'll mark out to hear Stings "crow" music and seeing Sting in the rafters with a crow.

That teaser was excellent, but I can't imagine it being Sting now that Flair's in TNA.

Probably a new guy. I'm sure every RAW the video will become increasingly explicit, so I can't wait for next week.

I am pretty sure since you can somewhat see his foot steps that it isn't Taker. There is just something about it that doesn't seem like him walking.

Also, I have seen a few people discussing an angle where Taker returns on 2/21/11 and during his return Sting comes and strikes him with His trademark bat, to spark a rivalry for Wrestlemania. I also found a picture of Sting holding a card with the undertaker on it and it says "Streak" where the number or Joker of a playing card would be in the corners. That very well could be photoshopped but it is a close up picture and honestly with the return of Nash and Booker T at the royal rumble I would not be surprised to see Sting, another former WCW member, join the WWE

I also heard it might be Sting and that their both gonna retire at Mania.
If it does happen that it's Sting and Taker at Mania that is another dream match I can cross of my list.
But as always it's just a rumor.

But we'll see how things play out.

Yes that would be the image. The site I found it on was a cropped version that did not have the Wrestlemania logo at the bottom. The Image looks amazing though.

And after the staredown that Nash and BigShow had at the Royal Rumble as Bigshow was entering and Nash was leaving, I would not mind seeing them tag-team it up

First off, it's not official anything and how many times have teasers been cool? Unannounced surprises are the only ones that actually work. Main Event Mafia? Last time Jericho came in? No surprise there, even if Jericho coming back was cool, it went downhill really fast, he was top card right away and then went down until a few months.
The good shit was Nexus coming out of nowhere and such.

For the stuff about talent, you're so wrong you're head should've exploded.
Ziggler and Swagger are very talented, Swagger has little charisma, but he's got legitimate good mat skills and Ziggler was simply handed a gimmick that was going nowhere, but since he's been given mic time it's being going so much better for him... Comparing him to Gangrel? And saying Gangrel was better is plain brain-damage worthy. Guy was given an "okay" gimmick, no wonder Edge/Christian and the Hardys were introduced with him but broke away fast and he faded. Both of those groups' strenght were not their "vampire" or dark gimmick, it was that they were doing stuff in the ring that nobody else was in the company, same with the Dudley's.
Now, APA, Brothers of Destruction and a few others you named were good, but the New Age Outlaws sucked and it was only the association with DX that brought them anywhere and the Headbangers, even if they were fun to watch for the gimmick, were sloppy, couldn't talk to save their lives.

You have no clue what you are talking about at all.... The Nexus appearing was possibly the worst "surprise" ever. As I said in my other post, watching a match only to have 7 untalented pieces of crap come out to the ring after the match to beat up the victor is not entertainment.. It is plain boring. Jericho could have been interesting if they actually tried to make him out as the Jericho he was before he left. Regular Highlight Reel scenarios and such.

Second about the Talent, I was so right my hands should have exploded while typing from the overflow of correct I had in them. Ziggler is terrible, all around. I have no idea where they found him but honestly, I would rather have the freaking Gobbledy Gooker become a regular member of the roster. Swagger is not talented either.
Edge and Christian were good for their in ring skills? honestly, you really think that? Maybe Edge was but Christian is just bad when he is not in a Tag Team Match. Christian was awesome when with Edge, plus they were very humorous to watch. They had good in ring skills together but honestly, and this may seem to you like a ridiculous way to keep track of the time for this, but Christian hasn't been entertaining since he lost his long hair. Not like "OMG HE HAS SHORT HAIR HE ISN'T FUN TO WATCH" but he just hasn't been fun to watch. It has been the same crap over and over again, kind of like the NEXUS.

If Gangrel wasn't talented they wouldn't have made him go undefeated for his first couple of months in the WWF. He was released for reported weight problems, not due to a lack of talent. If you compare him to any mid card or a few of the top card performers (Miz,Ziggler,Swagger, etc) he is much better. But then again that is why every single thing about WWF (not just only the attitude era) was better then the current WWE. Before you ask me why he was released when he was brought back by JBL for the Undertaker feud and why he was signed to be in a stable with Kevin Thorne on ECW but was released, it was because his weight problems continued.

You're kidding about the New Age Outlaws right? you honestly have to be joking when you say they sucked but you find Swagger and Ziggler talented. The New Age Outlaws were an awesome tag team, and just like The Dudley's went to the WWF Recycling bin known as TNA to beome the top performers on there. Since TNA has had Hogan,Nash,Booker,Sting,Dudleys,NAO,StevenRichards,Xpac,Scott Hall, Mick Foley, and many more... it honestly has become the place for washed up WWE stars that stories have probably reached their limit there so they start fresh in TNA except TNA always feels the need to reference to things in the WWE.

Honestly what is next? Are you going to try telling me that you thought the Spirit Squad was a quality stable?

Ziggler vs. Edge was a quality match at Royal Rumble and Ziggler is a quality wrestler. He is a better in ring talent than Edge. His only downfall is on the mic, but that's what Vickie is there for. Swagger... not talented? That a joke? Swagger is a real wrestler, much like Kurt Angle and other amateur wrestling style competitors. He's also a big guy, and his size coupled with that make him a key player in the future of wrestling.

Swagger and Ziggler are better wrestlers than Billy Gunn and Road Dogg (who is a terrible wrestler).

Not really. The match may have been quality but only because of Edge's in ring talent. Edge has become top card in singles since splitting with christian, and WWE clearly pushed him for that because of his talent. That and he has more mic skills then Swagger and Ziggler could ever hope to have combined. Sure he is a douchebag on the mic most of the time, but then again, he is a HEEL most of the time. That is his job.

Vickie has barely any mic skills either. Her segments of talking always go the same way. She comes out acting like an arrogant bitch then gets put in her place and decides to scream like a cat being boned by a Giant Black man named Petal.

Swagger, sure he is a "real" wrestler. But too bad Kurt Angle has already had that. He is a boring recycled gimmick minus the gold medal. His size is nothing compared to that of others. and honestly he holds about as little talent as Kenny Dykstra did.... Size doesn't make them a "key player" in wrestling at all. Look at Rey Mysterio. He is small AND TOP CARD.

Road Dogg and Billy Gunn as the NAO were good wrestlers. I have no idea where their talent went ever since they went to TNA. The VKM and 3LK were pretty terrible except for the fact that Ron Killings is extremely talented.
