They have drafts in wrestling now? Interesting, so how does that work exactly MKGeek? I figure I ask you since you're MKO's wrestling guy lol
Does it work like sports like baseball, football etc do or differently?

On RAW, Jericho was never going to become world champ. With Cena, Batista, Triple H and Orton on it, it would really be impossible.
On Smackdown!, his title competition consists of Edge, Undertaker, Jeff Hardy and CM Punk. It's much more likely for him to win the world title there.
Of course right now both titles are on RAW... I'm guessing Cena might drop the belt back to a Smackdown! star eventually? I don't see H losing the title soon now that he's in this huge feud with Legacy.

it actually was a good show, a bunch of fun matches. John Cena vs. Jack Swagger was actually a great match. You know, it's not so much that I hate John Cena, it's just that I hate what he stands for (the PG era of WWE.) I mean I don't like his in ring ability, but I don't exactly hate it

you seem to forget that despite those people, he was World Champ on Raw, but i see your point. it's just that his feuds with those guys, i just don't see being all that epic

the 'Draft' if you want to call it as such, is basically all three Brands ECW, Raw, and Smackdown, do Superstar/Roster trades to "freshen up" feuds and titles pictures and basically the show and product, though i say it was kinda of a fail this year
Swagger looked solid on RAW; hopefully this will restore some of the failing faith Vince and others had in him. He's got pretty good potential I think, the segment with Cena was well done.
Jericho was only champion at that time because the others were involved in feuds with people. Remember how fast Jericho lost the strap once Cena returned from injury? Yep, that's just the way it goes. Edge/Taker/Hardy/Punk are not title hogs and aren't shown as these "invincible" forces like Cena, HHH and Batista are. Smackdown will be an infinitely better show that RAW now; not looking at those three bury the rest of the roster will be awesome.

Jericho's title reign started because he took the belt from PUNK, not one of the hogs (H, Tista, Cena, Orton). And of course, he lost the title to two of the hogs: Batista, and then Cena. So you see my point, I really didn't forget that Jericho was champ at all.

for tna i'm glad christopher daniels has returned. he and aj made the x division what it is today with the help of amazing red who i wish would return from his injury.
also i was surprised to see balls mahoney on tna because i did not know where he went after being fired from wwe. hopefully balls and spike could form there team just like the good old days of the original ecw.

I just really hope that they do things completely different now... I'm tired of seeing the title hoggers have the titles, and I'm tired of seeing lame stories. This year had to have been, by far, the lamest year of rivals I've seen between popular wrestlers...
I seriously hope they change a few people's "alignments" if that's what you call them, to wrestlers you'd least suspect turn heel and face...
And let's see some blood for once goddamnit. At times I hear myself repeatedly saying "I miss the Attitude." I think that if Shawn never became a hardcore Christian, and Cena wasn't bringing little kids to start watching... I think there could have been another chance for this era to come back again...
Though yet, I don't think I really want to rant about something that will never come back, so I'll stop. But they better seriously change a few things now that the draft is over.

well, all i've got to say to you is, WWE 24/7 VOD and/or WWE/F DVDs cause now with the way things are in WWE, you'll just have to get used to it, and it ain't going back to the days of yesteryear. so just get over it, or stop watching
After putting the world title on Sting, I didn't think TNA could make a less-appropriate man into the world champion. I was dead wrong.
Mick Foley. New TNA world champion.
Can't wait to read Foley's book on this chapter of his life and see how he justifies this decision...

YAY...ole part time Foley as new TNA champ. What's the payoff for this? Foley has turned into more of a wild card as of late, so what happens now? Does he play both sides, continue this BS with Sting?
But, to be quite honest, Lashley makes perfect sence in TNA. I'm not talking storyline wise, it just plays to his strengths. He makes the most money, doing the least amount of work, and doesn't even have to worry about how bad his promo's are, cause most everyone else's in the company's just as bad.

I'm stealing that joke for practice Saturday.
Lashley's debut was actually fairly interesting. Not only was it a surprise, even though he's a young guy he seemed to be siding with the MEM. What's the deal with that?

wonder what the MEM requirement is?
any way, i thought the deal was that someone was joining Jarrett's side not the MEM, so what gives?

- Evan Bourne kicked ass last night. Happy he won. Was surprised at how long it lasted. That's a good thing.
- Natalya looked hot, that match should of never of happened was not funny.
- Squash match for Kozlov, hope he meets Henry or Swagger soon.
- Tyson Kidd needs to start pulling weight soon, to much cameos and talk.
Overall not a bad show.

There were various reports this week that former WWE tag team champion Paul London was scheduled to wrestle at this week's TNA iMPACT! tapings in Orlando. London was set to team with former TNA X-Division champion Amazing Red as part of a new tag team. When London did not show up for the show, it fueled speculation that his TNA run was "over before it began." We've received word that London has pulled canceled several upcoming independent bookings for this weekend, citing a back injury. Amazing Red was backstage and ready to work before TNA received word Paul London wouldn't be there.
- Taz is set to make his debut with TNA Wrestling as soon as his no-compete clause with World Wrestling Entertainment expires. As TNA has hinted in recent weeks, Taz will be coming in as a mentor/adviser to Samoa Joe and is expected to eventually transition to the announcer's table.
