Unfortuantly, it looks like the only real criteria one must meet to be in this game is to be old and on Vince's good side. It's already been stated that the Macho Man will NOT be apart of this game. The man had just as big an impact on the early wrestlemanias as Hogan and the Warrior, and will still not be apart of this game. Besides, I wouldn't look for anybody working for TNA to be apart of this game(Mick Foley was removed from the game because of this). So I wouldn't bet on the Steiner brothers......maybe Rick,.... nah, I guess you can't have Rick and not Scott. That'd be like having Axe and no Smash.

Stiner def needs to work on his speach it's terrible.
Anyway here's some news.
Tommy Dreamer has a blog on the WWE Universe site answering the fans' top ten most asked questions. Dreamer is asked if he watches TNA. The ECW Superstar is actually a loyal TNA viewer as he watches their show every week. "I do every week," Dreamer said. "I really am impressed with the way Rhino and Team 3D have (sic) stepped up their already impressive game." Dreamer then pokes fun at Brother Ray's weight. "Brother Ray seems to even have lost some weight," Dreamer said. "A Christmas miracle. An angel has gotten their wings." He's also asked why he loses all the time, "especially to guys who suck." Dreamer said, "Well just like in life every time you get knocked down, it is most important to brush yourself off and get up and fight back." Dreamer's also asked where Colin Delaney and the ECW Originals are. He still keeps in touch with them, usually via text-messaging. "I do keep in touch with them. Usually thru texts. For some reason or another all are no longer in WWE. They are all doing well and miss their fans," Dreamer said.
Al Snow is scheduled for TNA's iMPACT TV tapings tonight and tomorrow night in Orlando.
Former WWE Superstar Big Daddy V blamed his doctor for costing him his job with WWE during an interview with Phil Strum of the Poughkeepsie Journal. "Actually, the way I got released from the company this last time, it was a blessing in disguise," V told PojoSlam.
"My doctor really got me fired. The very next day, Hollywood called me. Now, I'm focusing on one thing. My ultimate dream was to become an actor.
"I'm going to concentrate on that for at least another couple of years before I go back to WWE. Of course, I'll go back. You know what I mean? That's my home. I'll go back eventually."

All Japan Pro Wrestling star Akira Raijin will be making his TNA debut at next week's tapings in the X Division Title Tournament in a match against Consequences Creed. TNA signed Akira after a tryout match a few months ago.
- There were no major injuries coming out of TNA's Final Resolution pay-per-view last night.
- The woman playing Governor Sarah Palin on the TNA iMPACT skits is actually former WCW wrestler Daffney. She also made an appearance for TNA earlier in the year taking part in the Awesome Kong fan challenge.

Fucking TNA...
They stumble into the best angle in the history of the company, they start it off like it could actually be THE angle that seriously puts them on the map and increases ratings... and they FUCK it up worse than they fucked up Angle's signing with the company.
They wasted Angle and the Main Event Mafia, I doubt they'll ever actually cross the stupid line unless they completely change the bookers.

Even more news.
The word going around WWE over the past 24 hours is that former WWE Women's Champion Victoria (Lisa Marie Varon) is planning on retiring from wrestling shortly, meaning she would be leaving WWE as a performer. There was a rumor over the Survivor Series weekend that she had given notice to WWE officials but we can't confirm that.
Victoria has been with WWE since 2002 and is currently involved in several projects outside of wrestling in the Louisville, Kentucky area where she lives including her own custom body shop for cars.
Some great news.
WWE crew was overseas in Iraq for Tribute to the Troops. Former ECW personality and WWE.com writer Joey Styles punched out former WWE Champion John Bradshaw Layfield, busting him open under the eye.
JBL is one of the senior members of the WWE lockerroom and has a reputation for being somewhat of a bully. According to several sources, JBL picked out Joey Styles to be the target of his hazing during the Iraq tour. JBL was messing with Styles all week, including calling him condescending names in front of other WWE employees and spilling a drink on him intentionally.
After a few days of abuse, Joey Styles had enough abuse and confronted JBL, who had been drinking at the time. The altercation turned physical and Styles dropped JBL with a punch to the face. Several wrestlers had to step in and break it up.
At last night's RAW tapings, JBL was unusually quiet while Styles tried to play down the incident and did not want to talk about it. While some companies would fire an employee for an incident like this, there are actually some people within the company that feel Styles standing up for himself might actually score him some points with Vince McMahon.
WWE will be releasing a new book on Tuesday called Showdowns: The 20 Greatest Wrestling Rivalries of the Last Two Decades. As the title says, the book looks at the greatest wrestling rivalries from the last two decades. Among the rivalries profiled include Rock vs. Austin, Hogan vs. Savage, the Monday Night Wars, and Austin vs. McMahon.
- WWE SmackDown Superstar Scotty Goldman's (Colt Cabana)brother is a director for Family Guy. His brother did a Family Guy style drawing on Goldman
WWE returns to the Nippon Budokan in Tokyo, Japan on July 7th & 8th, 2009. Tickets go on sale January 4th, 2009 at 10 AM.
Scott Hall is scheduled to face Tracy Smothers at Juggalo Championship Wrestling's 12/20 event in Pontiac, Michigan. Raven will also be in action on the show against 2 Tuff Tony.
- For those who have been wondering, we can confirm that the following wrestlers appear in the upcoming film The Wrestler: Ron "R-Truth" Killings, Ernest "The Cat" Miller, Johnny Valiant, The Necro Butcher, Romeo Roselli, Nigel McGuinness, Tommy Suede, and Manny Yarbrough.
- Matthew sent the following: Prior to his knee surgery, Bret Hart was filmed for the upcoming wrestling documentary Bloodstained Memoirs. The film will also feature Chris Jericho, RVD, Mick Foley, The Great Muta and others.

LOLWUT. Emmanuel Yarbrough is a pro wrestler now? That's awesome. I was just watching Yarbrough vs Hackney yesterday wondering what the hell became of him.

hmm, well, considering this was before Raw aired this past Monday that the taping and this incident occurred, and the fact that Joey was on Raw, guess it means he's still got a job

Holy fuck Jeff Hardy is champ. I remember when he used to be a weekly jobber on WWF superstars along with Matt, and Scott Taylor(Scotty 2 Hotty). Congratulations to him. I don't see him being champ all the way til Mania though. He'll probably lose it at the Royal Rumble (this is the only time I ever watch wrestling, I love the Royal Rumble match)

no kidding
i'm late with this... oh well
I'm psyched that Jeff finally got the strap. I've always been a fan, even through all his out-of-the ring drama... drugs, suspensions, etc. I was beginning to think that he'd never get a championship run.
I kind of feel bad for Matt though. I mean, he's never gotten into any of the trouble Jeff has, and has been dedicated to wrestling moreso than his brother. Of course, he's not over with the fans like Jeff
I can't help feeling like they'll do an angle just to have those two go at it though. Yawn. Seen it before. But I'm guessing they'll try to say that it was Matt who attacked Jeff before and cost him his title match (can't remember which PPV that was)
and yeah, what the fuck (no abbreviations) is up with Dolph Ziggler? isn't he stealing Ken Kennedy's gimmick? and he looks like Billy Gunn when he was doing that 'The One' shtick... meh
