Yes and also no. I find him hit or miss.
For a long time I hated him. Right up until a couple of months ago. I was like "fuck OFF, you retard, stop senelessly flipping and spinning around like a circus act and WRESTLE or please go away and die" because flying is gayer than sweatervests and real men don't leave their feet. Every time I saw his spinny legdrop thing it made me want to vomit. Then he slowly started changing gears, and he still does that garbage, but it's balanced out by him actually doing some pretty boss stuff. I love his brutal free-kick style roundhouse knee. And his tendency to mount people and elbow them in the face repeatedly, which he actually makes look pretty decent. Too bad he doesn't win matches with that knee or TKO people with mounted elbows, but I guess that's WWE for you. Anyway, then a while ago in one of his matches I saw him shoot ankle pick somebody then stomp on their face, and suddenly I realised that there was more to him than just being some flippy indyriffic dipshit. That was the most badass move I'd seen in WWE in a long time, and it came from Johnny Nitro. Go figure.
Also, I realised he doesn't punch too often. Plus ten props for being smart enough to know not to use closed fist punches. So yeah. Between all of that and the fact that he does occassionally have a sound showing, I think he's actually quite decent. If he stopped senselessly flipping around like a dick I'd think he was great.

Well, speaking of games, I'm really excited about TNA Impact! the video game.
So far, the roster is confirmed to include:
AJ Styles, Samoa Joe, Booker T, Eric Young, Jeff Jarrett, Christian, Hernandez, Homicide, Jay Lethal, Kurt Angle, Sting, Rhino, Tomko, Scott Steiner, Abyss, Chris Sabin and Alex Shelley, and there are 6 spots left.
I'm hoping we get:
- Petey Williams
- Curry Man
- Kaz
- Team 3D
- Robert Roode
I think that would really be the ideal roster for a current TNA game.

I like the flippy stuff he does, but that's just me.
1-2-3 Kid isn't a legend, but I would imagine that he'd be fun to play as in a game. I enjoy him to an extent, but I know he has a lot of haters.
I was excited about TNA Impact, until I saw Sting pulling off a springboard DDT (AJ Styles style) in a video... that killed it for me.

Roode was seen in a screenshot, so he's in...Curry man probably not, Petey was confirmed, i thought...Team 3D were confirmed...and Kaz did motion capture, so he will probably be in as well...
Also, they will have Downloadable wrestlers and venues, so anyone they missed, they can update
Oh lol. Good point.

Still one can hope that Scott and Big D will be in it. As for Nash its all about the money so I'm sure if Vince shows him the color of his money than he would do it. And Scott maybe but you never know.
And since im so pro KLIQ I would really mark if Big D and Razor were in it but thats just me. New Generation 4 life!

Since Vince owns the trademarks of Big Daddy Cool Diesel, and Razor Ramon, it's a safe bet that they would be in the game.

Well, since Scott is in TNA, thats probably a no...
Warrior and Savage, as much as i want them in the game as well, will probably say no...
And As For Owen, His Wife owns his Likeness, and she despises the WWE for pretty much causeing his death, so he's a no for sure...
Other than that, maybe for the rest...

Steiner could still be in the game regardless of him being in TNA. As for Savage and Warrior, it's hard to know for sure. Owen's widdow doesn't own his likeness, I don't know where you got that from, and since Vince holds a trademark for the character of Owen Hart, he could end up in the game and there wouldn't be anything Martha could do about it.
Remember People, this is a "Legends" game, so it's got to make sense for the charaters to be in it. You can't just throw in random guys who aren't Legends like 1-2-3 Kid, It's got to be more old school guys from the 80's and early 90's

OK, but that was an early demonstration of the game. That move on Sting is in fact so absolutely illogical that I don't believe it'll be in the final product at all.
If it is though, you're absolutely right.

*i read a few weeks ago on one of the sites that the "best wrestler in the business" had a dark match with the wwe. so i rohvideos.comd this guy and checked him out. no offense to him, but i didn't think he was the "best wrestler in the business" from what i saw. he was decent for the style that he worked, but unfortunately that style caters to a very small niche audience. here's a few of the problems.
most people watch professional wrestling because it's professional wrestling. i would profess that there is zero chance that you're going to draw from the mma crowd by doing fake mma. i think most mma fans would be more entertained by the disco inferno vs. the honkytonk man, because at least they know they're watching a pro wrestling match and not some hybrid ridiculous let's do the mma moves and pretend that the moves hurt and insult my intelligence style. wrestling fans pop more for mr. socko and the people's elbow than they would for a fake guillotine choke hold.
the guy needs a gimmick. i'm sorry, but you can't sell a plain joe to fans that want sports entertainment.
also, for as good as everyone says this guy is, tna has at least ten guys better. evrybody puts over these roh matches like they're the greatest thing ever, but if you put aj and christian cage against the motor city machine guns for 25 minutes, and told them that you needed at least four stars, i'd bet my life that it would be better than anything roh has ever put out. once guys like aj and the mcmg's got out of roh, look how much better they got. there's something to say about the art of selling, which isn't really being taught to the up 'n comers. it makes matches so much more dramatic. it's what causes the fans to suspend the disbelief to a higher level, because now they become emotionally involved subconsciously when a wrestler can convey suffering and despair to them. i really should open a school someday and teach people how to work. i actually managed to make a pretty good name for myself by dancing around like some schmuck pretending to be john travolta for the past fifteen years. i think i know what i'm doing.

WHAT?!!?! Is that real?
I just got bored and I looked through this thread to see this. Please be true! I've been waiting for this for sooo long. Maybe I might start watching wrestling again.
