I actually saw Raw last night for the first time sence last year. the only good thing about it was the Kane/HHH/HBK segment in the begining, The Highlight Reel segment and the Main-Event which was a great match IMO. I still think Smackdown! is a better show.

I can't wait to see where this Lita/Kane pregancy storline is going. but not it a good way, I have a feeling something stupid is going to happen. yesterday way before Raw ever started, Me and Alpha were Joking about Lita being pregant with Kane and how we won't be surpised if the WWE actually did this and as we watched Raw, low and behold! the WWE actually starts a pregancy angle with Kane. jeezes fuckin christ!

I won't be surpised if at Vengeance, Matt Hardy wrestles kane and the winner has to pay child support.

That Kane storyline sounds weird.The WWE gives Kane a bad name.Kane is supposed to be crazy like he was when he first came to the WWE.

Hulk Hogan, Brooke Hogan, HHH/RAW News:

Hulk Hogan made an appearance on ESPN2's "Cold Pizza" this morning. Hogan mentioned that he is thinking about returning to wrestling, but at this point is more focused on the career of his daughter Brooke. On the show, Hogan talked about Andre and also helped get his daughter over. He also mentioned that he does not allow his daughter to date.

PWInsider.com is reporting that Triple H won't be leaving WWE for his movie any time soon. Apparently there have been a few problems with producing the movie, and as of right now there is no real rush regarding when production will begin.

UPN Angry At JBL (Spoiler Alert), Smackdown, MSG; More:

Smackdown's 3.0 cable rating last week came in at #60 in the primetime rankings. The show consistently does better during the summer as far as overall rankings go, as most of the competition during that time is mostly reruns.

The MSG Network will be presenting a special on the history of Madison Square Garden tonight from 10 - 11:30PM. It will be interesting to see if pro-wrestling gets any sort of mention on the show, as MSG is and was one of the famed venues for pro-wrestling.

Officials at UPN were not pleased at all with the promo which John Bradshaw Layfield did at the Smackdown Tapings this week. In the promo, Bradshaw rips on CNBC for firing him, but it is unknown whether the promo was toned down or if it will be edited. We'll have more on this later on today if possible.


Rikishi's WWE Status, Austin/Hart/Chyna On TV, Lesnar/NFL:

In today's edition of the St. Paul Pioneer Press, it was reported that a feature on Brock Lesnar's attempt to make it in the NFL will be aired by ESPN sometime within the next week.

Word has been going around that Rikishi has been let go by WWE, though as of right now those are just rumors as Rikishi is still with WWE right now, but still on the "disabled list" with an ankle injury.

Goldberg's appearance on PUNK'd from 2003 will air Friday 6/18 at 11PM on MTV.

Bret Hart's appearance on Mad TV from 1997 will air Monday 6/21 at 1PM on Comedy Central.

HHH's appearance on Mad TV from 2001 will air Friday 6/25 at 7:30PM on Comedy Central.

Chyna's appearance on Mad TV from 2000 will air Saturday 6/26 at 3AM on Comedy Central

HHH/HBK Street Fight, HBK's Time Off, Benoit/HHH; More:

There had been a lot of talk of a Chris Benoit vs. Edge match to headline next month's RAW Vengeance PPV, but lately there has been no internal talks concerning the match and nothing was done on RAW this week to progress the storyline between the two.

As reported earlier, the tentative plan for Summerslam is to have Chris Benoit defend the World Heavyweight Title against Triple H, and it is believed that the build towards that match will begin very soon as it was also hinted towards on RAW this week.

The Triple H vs. Shawn Michaels Street Fight scheduled for Madison Square Garden on June 26th is expected to be changed due to Michaels abscence from WWE TV as of RAW this week. As reported yesterday, Michaels will be taking a couple months off to be home with his wife in preparation for their upcoming child. The angle done at RAW this week was done in a way to write Michaels off legitimately for his abscence.


Rock/RAW News, Spyhunter Poster, Bradshaw/Howard Stern:

John Bradshaw Layfield will be on the Howard Stern radio show this Friday morning at 7:30 AM EST.

The poster for Rock's upcoming movie "Spyhunter" has been released. The poster features Rock in the background wearing a leather jacket, with a nice looking silver car in the front with machine guns firing ahead. The Spyhunter logo is on the bottom as well as "The ROCK." The movie will be in theaters in 2005.

As we have been reporting, RAW will be in Miami next week which is Rock's hometown. Rock has already mentioned that he will definately be at the show if he has a free schedule, and there is a lot of feeling that WWE set up the possibility of his return to RAW perfectly, with the Triple H/Eugene angle where Rock can come in and be there for Eugene when Triple H turns his back on him.

Summerslam Main Event News, HHH, Christian Injury Update:

While there is still a lot of talk going around of a Chris Benoit vs. Edge match at Summerslam this year, some sources are saying that the chance of the match happening is still 50/50, as Triple H may be looking into having his rematch with Benoit. The original plan for Summerslam was for a Benoit vs. Triple H singles match, but now there are a few other options as well.

In a recent article on WWE.com, Christian said that he may be out of action for around another month due to his injured back. Doctors are currently encouraging Christian to take a few months off to allow his back to heal, since he could end up needing surgery a few years down the line. From what has been said, Christian wants to avoid surgery at all costs, and he'd rather not wrestle for seven or eight weeks, than to have surgery and miss a year.


More On Chavo Guerrero Sr.'s Firing From WWE:

As we reported, Chavo "Classic" Guerrero Sr. was released today from his WWE contract. Management grew frustrated with his rejecting of recent storyline ideas to inject more humor into the broadcasts. Chavo apparently felt management was pushing things too far, trying to humiliate him, such as suggesting he parade around on TV in women's underwear. The final straw was that he missed both Smackdown house shows this weekend without giving anybody an explination of where he was and why he didn't show up for work.

It's not clear what this means to the status of the WWE Cruiserweight Title, which Chavo Classic held until being released.

As has been reported, Chavo "Classic" Guerrero, Sr. was released from WWE yesterday. He made his final appearance for WWE at last night's SmackDown! tapings.
It had been mentioned that Chavo missed the house shows on Sunday and Monday. Many backstage were worried that something might have happened to Chavo, but it turns out that he merely blew off the shows without a good reason. Thus, WWE had no choice but to fire him. Considering he lucked into his position, it is rather surprising that he would take his role for granted. Some sources have also noted that Chavo would turn down various ideas in booking meetings, which did not help his situation.
Guerrero did not try to argue his way out of the firing; he accepted it and moved on.

I though Chavo was pretty entertaining. sucks he got fired.

I wish the WWE would get new wrestlers.Im tired of seeing these old wrestlers wrestle.JBL is going to get fired soon...

That was pretty crazy when we joked about it. THe Hardy's and the Kane/Undertaker family will all be united.

Benoit/Kane Rematch, Benoit/HHH, HHH/Eugene, Rock; More:

As an update on the Vengeance and Summerslam PPV situation, since plans internally within WWE are changing constantly it appears now that Vengeance will be either Chris Benoit vs. Triple H or Chris Benoit vs. Kane, but not Benoit vs. Edge. Since the Benoit/Edge storyline was not furthered this week on RAW and the fact that Edge does not have enough intensity or drawing power right now they may hold off that match until they can feul it by a big Benoit/Edge breakup. The Benoit/Kane rematch seems logical and from what we've heard there is discusssion going around of a possible Submission or I Quit match between the two, which would directly play off the finish of their Bad Blood match in that Benoit couldn't get Kane to tap out to a submission hold.

There is also some talk of having Triple H vs. Eugene at Vengeance which would stem from something happening next week on RAW that would set the match up. Right now there are plans for Rock to enter the mix and cause the Vengeance match to take place. This would also help set up Benoit vs. Triple H at Summerslam.


Backstage WWE News: Undertaker Turning Heel?; Eugene & More:

WWE is apparently considering turning The Undertaker heel, or at the least a tweener, so that he can work a program with Eddie Guerrero over the WWE Title. If the plans do go ahead for him to take a heel turn, it's likely he'll continue his alliance with Paul Heyman and the Dudley Boys. He may play a tweener so that he can go back to being a face after the potential Guerrero program.

Nick Dinsmore, who plays Eugene, has said to be impressing many backstage. Many feel he deserves the sucess he's getting as he's doing such a good job. However, the only concern some have is that the character could be getting too fast a push, which often causes people to get sick of the character.

You know, I beleive it. Those people really dont have any to reason to lie. And before you think or say that 'they have alot of money to make if they lie', they are in the process of developing a case for it. And plus they say they are using the exact same storyline from one of their shows. Im sure that means they can produce the episode they have and sue their ass. If they dont, then they have no case. But it is extremely odd to know they pitched that show and then they stole the exact same idea.

Its sad that the best/funniest storyline to come along in awhile, WWE didnt even come up with it.

Just finished watching Smackdown. God, it sucked. Heyman is soooo boring. They totally glossed over JBL's actions, although everyone knows. And I finally agree with the rest of you, Mordecai is sucking no end of ass. One cool moment though was Funaki trying to rap. Hi-larious!

I though SmackDown! was pretty good. MUCH better than Raw IMO.

I enjoyed JBL's promo alot, I think it was his best one so far. it was pretty funny that he kept on bashing the crowd like he did. I think the WWE has actually been doing a good job with the JBL Charater. I proabally won't be TO upset if he actually did win the title at the bash, but I would perfer Eddie to retain.

The Cruiserweight match should of been longer, I was really starting to enjoy it. I'am gonna miss Chavo Old, he was pretty entertaining.

I wonder how they are gonna book the "Bearer gets covered in cement if taker don't do the right thing" stipulation at the bash. should be interesting.

and Mordecai kicks ass. I wouldn't mind a Eddie/Mordecai feud.

I enjoyed the Cena/Angle segment. That was pretty entertaining. Kenzo...blah. I was looking forward to this guy, now I'm not so impressed. Maybe I need to give him more time.

I also like Rey Rey getting the cruzer strap. Hope some more lights start coming out. I enjoyed the cena/mr.420 vs dupree/book match. Book can still work and I still appreciate his match "manerisms." Kinda' wish the ending would have played out into it's own, but the Taker squash had its purpose...I guess. Man, taker is such a tool, now. Though, the "cement" jive is kinda fun, if not retarded at the same time. Looking forward to seeing how that gets played out.

I'd like Cena to lose the US strap sometime after the Bash, then maybe get thrown into a good storyline before a title shot. Meh, here's to TNA and lucha's on the latiiiino channel.
