I'm gonna have to disagree with u on a few points there. JR and the King are 100 times better then any WCW team of commentators.
JR knows all the moves, and if he doesn't, he makes them up on the fly.
The King is the PERFECT compliment to JR, they play off each other so well.
They are the best team to call matches in the last 10 years, and perhaps the best team ever.

Tenay and Tony were alright commentators, but you're right, JR and The King rule. I still get a kick out of Lawler, even if there are times now when I think he's more annoying then when he first started. Not as annoying as Tenay, fuck that guy thinks he knows so much, when he don't know jack!

Official WWE Smackdown Preview for next week - Huge Debut:
Will the Undertaker agree to join forces with the Dudley Boyz and Paul Heyman? Undertaker will make that very decision this week on SmackDown! According to Heyman, the Deadman has two choices: Align himself with the men responsible for kidnapping Paul Bearer, or never see Bearer again!
General Manager Kurt Angle said he was going to call the Board of Directors and have John Cena stripped of the U.S. Championship. Will Angle succeed? Find out this week on the show.
Plus, this week's SmackDown! will mark the anxiously anticipated debut of Kenzo Suzuki. See this Japanese Superstar in action on SmackDown!
All this and much more next Thursday night at 8/7 CT on UPN.
Update On Holly/McMahon Argument, RVD, More:
Arn Anderson has recently been pushing Billy Gunn and Bob Holly to get more TV time on Smackdown, since he says they get good crowd reactions when they come to the ring. So, RVD was bumped off the show and Arn Anderson put Holly and Gunn in to face the FBI. RVDs recent late arrival for a WWE event probably doesnt help him out too much in the WWE agent meetings.
To update on what we posted yesterday, about Hardcore Holly and Vince McMahon getting into a dispute backstage at a house show, Holly apparently very carefully complained to Vince that he and Gunn were being split up for a match right when they were being pushed as a tag team. Somewhere during their conversation, his calm complaints elevated to Hardcore Holly reportedly standing up to Vince and actually yelling at him. Many think of Holly as extremely brave. Since you would have to be to stand up to Vince like that.

the website doesn't truly give KBB its just desserts. You just have no culture...you'd have to get it to understand it which will cause a liking feeling of the KBB...
To break it down here is what it's all about.
1.Each and every person has a gimmick of some monster...with a complicated orgin to go along with it.
2.They have stables.
3. Some characters atre actually killed off.
4. Weapons include chainsaws, swords and axes.
5. It's every 1950's-70's Sci-Fi & Horror film

So... if that is NOT wrestling, what is?

I thought SmackDown! was great last night.
the Cena/Booker T/Angle segment in the beginning was fun. Mordecai was awesome like always, I'am really liking this new charater, At least the WWE are going back to giving their wrestlers actual gimicks now.
Undertaker vs Booker T was a great match. that bump Taker took off the top rop was pretty sick. and this new storyline with the dudleys and Paul Bearer is really interesting. can't wait to see where it goes from here.
and what the hell was Eddie Guerrero, our WWE Champion, doing fighting a basham?

No idea, but man was that sad! Now that he's champ, he should get good opponents. Like I told my friend last night, if Vince ends this whole roster split crap, and puts the guys all under one banner and lets them fight on both shows, we'd get better matches/feuds, and an all round better product in my opinion. I wanna see Benoit vs. Eddie for the title, Taker/Kane/Mordecai in a triple-threat hell in a cell or inferno match.

Hell yea! Those matches would OWN! I think the only way to get Smackdowns ratings up is to reunite the shows. But who knows if that will ever happen again.

I was like 0_0 when I saw him start to fall back, lol. It's one of those "oh shit, this might hurt" moments, lol.
Speaking of sick bumps, anyone remember in WCW when one of those peeps from ICP was wrestling Mike Awsome on top of a bus. The ICP dude took an awsome bomb on top, then slooowwwlly started to slide of the edge. He couodn't decide what to do, lol. Save him self, or sell the finnisher and hope Mike catches him...Mike didn't catch him, lol. He slid of the side off the bus and Mike was like "noooooo..." and the ICP dude fell to the ground head fist onto a speaker or some shit. LOL! That wast too good.

I saw NWA-TNA Impact today. It was pretty good.Vince was right when he said TNA is just straight wrestling.Alot of the moves they perform are amazing.Their charcters aren't too memorable though. And the ring is a hexagon shaped ring there are alot of ring posts.Although okay show.

I agree with you 100%, JR and king need to retire with the little dignity they have left. Mike Tenay should replace either of them, fullstop. This guys got the right idea

That was Shaggy 2 dope and he went ahead and took the bump. The thing with mike awesome is he is terrible with those awesome bombs. He injured vampiro very badly and doesn't always make his bombs land right. Shaggy is pretty known for his bumps. He was knocked off a steel cage in one of his matches and broke his nose. Made me chuckle when he slid off the bus because mike awesome looked panicked at first. He even tried to grab shaggy's foot before he fell.

Oh No!! Biblethumping is bad, lol!
fedegita, JR and The King rule. Mike Tenay is a smartass so-called know it all, and the other idiot, Tony Shiavone, was in WWE years ago and was so bad that his broadcast partner Jesse Ventura had to carry the team. So you just never mind praising those 2 idiots and jump on JR and The King's band wagon!
BTW, what did anyone think of TNA Impact? I never got to see it, because Canada's Fox Sports Net doesn't carry it. I know Drfatality liked it.

Eddie Guerrero/Anemia, New Dudleys Ring Attire, Heyman:
Eddie Guerrero has been suffering from a mild case of anemia, which is most likely related to the massive loss of blood in his match at Judgment Day with John Bradshw Layfield.
Paul Heyman's girlfriend gave birth last weeek to their second child. (Dear Lord, he reproduces!)
From what I've been told, the Dudley Boyz will be sporting new ring attire within the next few weeks.
WWE vs. NHL; House Show Cancellations:
Zap2It is reporting that WWE SmackDown! beat Game 5 of the NHL Stanley Cup finals. SmackDown! drew an overnight of 3.0 off of hours of 2.6 and 3.4. SmackDown!'s ratings ranked fourth for the night, ahead of ABC and WB but behind NBC, Fox, and CBS.
A WWE RAW brand house show in Cologne, Germany for October 9th has been cancelled with no word on the reason for the cancellation. While there are no more RAW brand shows in Germany, SmackDown will be putting out two shows in Munich and Oberhausen over the weekend.
nWo & DX Return Updates, Goldberg/WWE, WCW; More:
As of right now there are no apparent plans for the returns of the nWo or DX in WWE.
It is not likely for Goldberg to return to World Wrestling Entertainment. He has shown little interest in the company as of late and did not enjoy his previous day-to-day role within the company. Goldberg is currently exploring his vast amount of options over in Japan along with Steve Austin.
From what we've heard, there are still no plans to bring WCW back in the fold even though WWE has already used the Great American Bash name for the upcoming Smackdown PPV, as well as Halloween Havoc which will take place this October. Vince actually has some ideas for WCW, but he fears that if he associates WWE with a brand that has failed, such as WCW, it will not work out the way he wants it to.
Major Backstage AJ Styles News, X-Division, Raven:
Raven and Sabu were backstage at this week's TNA Impact! TV tapings and both worked the Gauntlet match that took place after the taping was over.
AJ Styles has been requesting for some time to have himself put back in the X-Division so that he could work with the current crop of workers in that division. He actually had wanted to devend the NWA Title against workers from the X-Division but that didn't exactly work out.
The plan was made for Styles to go back into the X-Division not only because it was what he wanted, but he is now in a position where he can be featured on Impact! TV. There is a lot of feeling that with AJ being showcased in the X-Division, working good matches in the six-sided ring, maybe the company can get that division as hot as it was when TNA started up. It would also help create a unique feature for TNA that WWE does not have at all.
Vengeance Main Event; Benoit, Edge, Hirohito:
The current plan for Vengeance is for Chris Benoit to take on Edge in the main event. Because of the new WWE PPV schedule, Vengeance is a RAW PPV this year.
Two men not expected to be in the lineup are HHH and HBK. HBK will be taking time off to stay with his wife, who is pregnant, and HHH is expected to be filming another movie.
Hirohito was also considered as an opponent for Benoit, but this is no longer the plan, as Kenzo will be on Smackdown! after all of the backlash WWE recieved over the gimmick.
TNA Management Happy, Impact! TV, Raven/Sabu; More:
TNA management and the wrestlers within the company were said to be very happy with the way the crowd reacted to the product last night at the first Impact! taping.
There is a lot of feeling that the Impact! TV shows will come off a lot different than the PPVs, and one wrestler has said that it felt a lot more like a big league production rather than a "glorified indy show."
The company is making sure that everyone who appears at the tapings on-air has a contract with TNA. They have recently signed Raven to a deal and are currently trying to get Sabu to sign as well.
does anyone know wether the Great American Bash will be showing on UK television?
Smackdown was poor i think... Mordercai sucks ass, Paul Heyman makes my blood boil and Angle is becoming such a wimp.
Raw was good though...can't wait for bad blood. i think that Jericho and tyson (Problem solver) should be put in a match against each other. Anyone think this will happen?

Do you usually get all the WWE PPV's there?? I imagine that both PPV's will be shown in the UK. I agree with your match suggestion, but we'll have to wait and see.
DrCube I was not joking, that's what the report said, Heyman's a daddy. I can't believe someone like him is aloud to reproduce, lol!

Here we have Sky Box Office (Satellite TV only) or Front Row (Cable TV only) programs on these you have to pay to see.
We have a channel called Sky Sports too, here you don't have to pay to view the programs shown.
With me so far...
The big WWE events are shown on these channels Sometimes they show on the PPV Channels (Survivor Series, Royal Rhumble and Backlash tend to be on these) and sometimes they show on Sky Sports (Luckily Wrestlemania is one of them)
i know that Bad Blood is showing on Sky Sports but im thinking that The Great American Bash will be on the PPV channels.
Another thing is that it might not be showing over here at all (this happened last year with Insurrection)

One last news update:
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
- Many are very pleased with Trishs current work with Tyson Tomko and Chris Jericho, it is said that many look at her as one of the most talented divas in the ring.
- There hasnt been much talk going on between Vince McMahon and Bret Hart as of late that we are aware of. We will keep you updated on this as things progress.
Thanks to Adam Lebow for the following:
Rob Van Dam wasn't on TV at the Smackdown taping in Toronto but fans of RVD will still be able to see him in Toronto. RVD will be in Toronto June 19 and 20 for the annual Comicon Festival in Toronto. Admission is 15 a day or $10 for anyone 15 or younger. For more information on the Comicon, which will be happening at the Queen Elizabeth Building on the Exhibition Place Grounds, go to www.torontocomicon.com
Former ECW Talent/TNA, Sabus Contract, More:
According to sources within TNA, Sabu has been signed to a deal for TNA. The deal was apparently signed about two weeks ago. However, Sabu has been telling people that he is in fact not signed to a deal with TNA. He said to deal with him for independent wrestling show bookings.
Shane Douglas and Jerry Lynn are working backstage in TNA as agents, helping out in several different areas. The plan is for Shane Douglas to stop working in-ring for TNA, and strictly play a backstage role. He would also help with promoting in the New England area once TNA starts to do house shows. Shane Douglas did a great job with bringing in crowds to old XPW and ECW shows in the Pittsburgh area in the past.
Summerslam Ticket Sales, Honky Tonk Man/Foley Heat, More:
Tickets for Summerslam in Toronto went on sale today. They are apparently selling very well. The password for tickets on Ticketmaster.ca is Toronto. These ticket sales arent really surprising to many, since Toronto has always been a big money maker for WWE.
- Honky Tonk Man has updated his website with a new commentary. Very interesting stuff. I knew wrestler's autobiographies were pretty jaded, but this takes the cake. Apparently Mick Foley printed and said some things that didn't sit well with Honky. Check it out athttp://www.thehonkytonkman.com
Various Newsbits: Foley/Flair, HBK's Contract, Vengeance Main Event, NWA-TNA; More:
There is strong considering of having a Mick Foley vs. Ric flair program in the fall, due to the real-life heat between the two stars.
Regarding the rumors of Sean "X-Pac" Waltman returning to WWE, the general feeling is that if Triple H and Shawn Michaels don't go to bat for him, he has little to no chance of being offered a deal.
Shawn Michaels's current WWE contract expires on 6/6, but he's expected to sign a new one shortly.
The rumored main event for the Vengeance PPV is Chris Benoit vs. Edge for the World Heavyweight Championship. As for Summer Slam, Chris Benoit vs. HHH is being penciled in.
Raven, Glenn Gilberti, and Sabu have all signed new contracts with NWA:TNA.
NWA:TNA is paying $15,000 per week to air "Impact!" on Fox Sports Net.
Juventud Guerrera is said to be interested in returning to TNA, but the company refuses to return any of his phone calls.
The Rocks Next Movie, Hogans Daughter, More:
DarkHorizons.com, a site covering the movie industry, has reported a rumor stating that Warner Brothers is considering bringing back the Dirty Harry movie series, which starred Clint Eastwood, and they would like to bring Dwayne The Rock Johnson in to play the role. Again, they are saying its just a rumor at this point, but boy that would be wild if it happened.
Earlier this morning MTV ran a news story on Hulk Hogan's daughter, Brooke Hogan. In it, they spotlighted the huge career her father had, and how Brooke says that its time for her to step out of her fathers shadow. She also proclaimed that she can "be Britney Spears times 10". Other news bits included her getting rejected from "American Idol" as well as "Star Search." They also showed her playing a piano and signing, with Hogan in the back round singing along to the words and crying. They also did a tour of their house and Brooke said that when she was younger she couldn't date because boys thought her dad would beat them up. It was a pretty interesting story. At the end it said her debut album would be in stores in September.
BABE OF THE YEAR 2004
I know I'm a girl but i'm looking forward to seeing who will be WWE's babe of the year (especially since the 2003 winner has become majorly big headed).
Who will all you men be voting for and who do you think will win?
Due to her popularity at the moment and her playboy appearence im guessing Torie will be the winner.
