tna may not have better "writing" but its matches owns anything the wwe has shown in years.

they wont be at the same level as wwe because its a different type of show. targeted towards the real wrestling fan, where as wwe is more for the casual viewer.

if it was or not doesnt matter. they need to forget about the wwe period. stop nabbing up every wwe reject just because they were in that companie...stop worring about the wwe and worry about going out there and doing kick ass shows.

You said it yourself though... all TNA does now is see what leftovers they can snag from WWE and then try to downtalk WWE in "new and exciting" ways. It's old, and frankly it's just pathetic. If they've really signed The Bashams and putting them on a PPV, then that's just the last straw really. They're awful. If it was aimed at the "real wrestling fan", then they'd stop this crap. Maybe it was aimed at a real wrestling fan, but now they're hopelessly trying to compete with WWE and reminding me of WCW.

I consider myself a REAL wrestling fan, and in my opinion WWE has more real wrestling than TNA, and it's always been this way.

On the favorite finishers, I must say shooting star press, crippler crossface and tiger driver are my favorites. Dragon Suplex and Pedigree are great aswell and the super kick is quite useful and always looks nice.

AND, on title reigns, I LOVE long title reigns. I hate short ones, they always take away the prestige of the belt. Long title reigns make the belts stronger.

AND ON A SIDENOTE, Scott Steiner did a frankensteiner off the top rope at Lockdown. Holy fucking shit :O I knew he still had it!

Haha, yeah, i was like "GG SCOTTY!!" tongue

I do my best to not gawk at female wrestlers, and try to take them solely for their in ring talent. But, damn, anyone see gails camel-toe last Sunday? Holy shit, simply amazing, lol.

Holy shit! Team 3D won? Awesome grin.

As for my favorite finishers? They're Go To Sleep, Kennedy's finisher, Canadian Destroyer, the VanTerminator, Shooting Star Press, and Vertebreaker.

Lawlz. It's called the J.F.K (Just Finished by Kennedy)

EDIT: Hmmm.. I think the pedigree is a pretty sweet way to end the match. I've heard of CM Punk's move "Go 2 Sleep", but I've never seen it. What's the actual wrestling term for it? lol

The actual wrestling term for it IS Go To Sleep. It was invented by KENTA and CM Punk ripped it off. It's an AWESOME finisher, and KENTA always made it look brutal (and probably stiffed brutal too).

LOL! What I thought was amazing is how they kept going on and on about it! I mean, he finally does one decent "wrestling move" right for the first time in years, and everyone's like "Oh wow, that was amazing, let's see it again", and I myself, was like "Wow he did one wrestling move, let's throw a party"! grin tongue sleep glasses wink smile

** Any way, early Backlash card and predictions **
The Following Matches Have Been Announced For WWE Backlash:

Fatal Four Way For The WWE Championship:
John Cena vs. Randy Orton vs. Shawn Michaels vs. Edge
Winner: Well, I think like everyone else that Cena might retain. If he does what he did last night on Raw, he'll retain, if not, I look for Shawn Micheals to win

Last Man Standing For The World Championship:
Undertaker vs. Batista
Winner: Taker retains of course

3-on-1 Handicap Match For The ECW Title:
Bobby Lashley vs. Umaga, Vince McMahon & Shane McMahon
Winner: To quoate Zentile, oh who really gives a fuck! sleep

World Tag Team Title Match:
The Hardyz vs. Lance Cade & Trevor Murdoch
Winners: The Hardyz I hope retain, they deserve a nice long reign

WWE Women's Title Match:
Melina vs. Mickie James
Winner: Again who cares, but I pick Mickie James sleep

Fatal Four Way For The WWE Championship:
John Cena vs. Randy Orton vs. Shawn Michaels vs. Edge
Winner: Cena wins of course, probably by pinning Orton. I predict this match will completely break up Rated RKO.

Last Man Standing For The World Championship:
Undertaker vs. Batista
Winner: Taker retains of course, but it would help the match if something different was to take place. A Heel turn by Batista or a run in by a top heel to cause Batista's loss would be nice to see.

3-on-1 Handicap Match For The ECW Title:
Bobby Lashley vs. Umaga, McMahon and Shane O Mac
Well, Lashley will retain, which is very sad.

World Tag Team Title Match:
The Hardyz vs. Lance Cade & Trevor Murdoch
Winners: I'm sure the Hardyz will retain, it seems WWE wants to make it's tag team division strong again.
WWE Women's Title Match:
Melina vs. Mickie James
Winner: Melina retains.

Whats wrong with the WCW. I LOVED wcw. They were the superior company and, if it wern't for there douchbag owner selling them , they might be taking over WWE. They needed to stick around for maybe 2 or 3 more years when the big boys (I.E. Stone cold and The Rock) left WWE. After that moment, WCW would have taken over. The only reason they lost money was because it was the ending of the ATTITUDE era of WWF, right befor they got rid of DX. I STILL think that TNA will be dominate in about 5 year. They ARE in EVERYWAY better than WWE. Better talent, better story, better ring, Better PPVS, and Better Divisions. All they need is GOLDBERG and it would be the perfect WCW replacement (you know, since the WWE owns the rights to the NWO). And, yes, go ahead and yell at me for liking Goldberg.

i was shocked to see scott do that. it kinda came out of nowhere, lol. he probably loaded up on pain killers before the match, lmao.

im still waiting on cena to do a "wrestling move". people are acting like its a big deal for scott to do something like that, because it is a big deal. he was once considered one of the best wrestlers around. the man was a frigin suplex master. it was disappointing when he went heel and became a close line machine.(and the injuries as well) he stopped taking a lot of bumps, and stopped doing his best moves...one of them being the frakinstiener. so to see him come out of the blue and hit that move for the first time in around 10 years was awesome.

unlike cena, who has NO wrestling ability what so ever.

Pain killers? Ha, he's a jacked up, steriod abusing freak! So, yeah, it is always amazing when he does a "wrestling move" cause he ain't been able to have a decent match since god knows when! grin tongue

Any way, my favorite finishers and/or moves:
1) The BME from Daniels
2) The Canadian Destroyer
3) The Last Ride
4) Stone Cold Stunner
5) The Anaconda Vice
6) The DDT (when Jake Roberts did it, it meant something!)

Not a heel turn from Batista, that would be too predictable, I like the idea of another heel, maybe Kennedy, to interfere.

It's the most senseless move in wrestling. Everytime I see it I just roll my eyes.

It's a sunset flip piledriver.
