I wouldn't say that. It wasn't as good as the last three, but it was ok none the less. Match of the night, imo, and some of you might disagree, was definately Taker/Batista World title match, followed by the MITB Ladder match, then the Cena/Micheals WWE title match

No way, the whole "heel" thing has been done to death with him. Besides, it wouldn't make sense to just all of a sudden turn either one of them heel.

You can try youtube, but WWE apparently goes on there and takes off all the videos to do with them

Third and last post of the day! Some News/Rumors:
** We finally have an update on MTV’s Wrestling Society X. A source close to the network is saying that there are no plans to air the tenth and final episode of the season. So at this point in time, the original marathon, which was aired on 3/13, is being treated as the final episode (#9).
As far as the Wrestling Society X roster is concerned, if their contracts aren’t extended by 6/13, they will automatically be released from their contracts and free to sign elsewhere. Those who were on short-term deals with WSX have already been release, such as Colt Cabana who signed with WWE this past weekend.
In a side note, wrestler’s that are still under contract haven’t been paid since last November when they filmed the first season.
** Ring of Honour star "Classic" Colt Cabana recently signed a WWE developmental deal and was backstage at Wrestlemania over the weekend. He has done some work for the company in the past and is expected to be assigned to Ohio Valley Wrestling imminently.
Cabana has worked with current rising star CM Punk and is best known for being one third of the Second City Saints along with Punk and WWE developmental star Ace Steel, who incidently trained the pair. He and Punk were also ROH tag Champions in the past where Cabana complemented Punk's serious character by being a little more lighthearted. Cabana has been no stranger to Europe over the past few years and has done some work for MTV Wrestling Society X under a persona of "Matt Classic."
** Andrew "Test" Martin's name has been brought up backstage in TNA. Some feel he's strong coming off WWE television, although at this point it's just a talking stage.

i can kind of see LAX being like the NWO but not as high of a caliber as them i think it would work if they had more members and kind of like a diverse thing like somebody in LAX can go for the X division title then the heavyweight and tag team and dominate TNA

That sounds like a pretty decent story line, but I was thinking in a more vague way. I guess I just meant that they need some major conflict to keep people interested, a catalyst if you will. A real story line of any type would be a nice change in modern wrestling. The whole WWE vs. ECW vs. WCW vs. Vince and company thing is getting realy tired, and T.N.A. doesn't seem to realy have any type of connected story line. It just seems like a bunch of disjointed wrestling matches to me. Then again, maybe I just excpect to much.

I would love to see a revolution in the industry, but, realy, who can they hire to make it happen? I doubt the Jarret family (spelling?) has the money to buy wwe talent away from them, and most wrestlers wouldn't leave the spotlight even if they did. You are right though, Test does sucks butt. We need something reminicent of the N.W.O. in my opinion.

The Jarretts don't have to worry about the money issues, it's Dixie Carter and family who handle the financial part of TNA. ROH stars could sign onto TNA and TNA can start to finally establish their own talent. TNA has so many starts just asking for their chance to shine, and instead, they push the older more established WWE stars, but that hurts as well as helps them.

Yeah, I realy know nothing about who makes the financial moves, I was just stating that they undoubtably have less money to pay stars, hence the big ones will tend to leave or never show up at all. Plus they won't get as much coverage their. I see what you are saying though. I guess the problem lies in the considerations between instant success and long term success. You have to admit though, without Sting they likely wouldn't have made such leaps and bounds. Regardless of his current level of talent, he is an icon, and he is one of the few greats to never wrestle in the wwe. It seems a bit reminicent of what W.C.W. did near the middle to end of their run. I just hope that pushing the more established guys, can help to get the up-and-comers noticed too. I suppose they have to find a balance between being grass roots, and paying the bills. I just hope they can offer the wwe some serious competition(as the N.W.O. era did in W.C.W.), it would make both shows better for it.

TNA has a few years to go yet before they can ever compete with the WWE. I like to think of them as WCW 2.0, or WCW Lite. And, yeah, Sting has done allot for them, but in the previous time before he came on, they did fine without him. Back in their early hey-day, there were more "TNA Stars" then there were "Ex-WWE Stars", now it's the exact opposite. TNA needs to push their own talent, instead of using them to elivate the Ex-WWE guys, and the Ex-WWE guys, need to do their part to help establish them.

I understand what you are saying TheMkGeek. And I hope that does happen. I think guys like A.J. Styles, and Samoa Joe deserve alot more credit than they get. I just hope that the W.W.E. doesn't run them out of buisness. I realy think there needs to be at least two strong federations all the time. I think it is the best for everyone involved if there is alot of competition. Not to mention the fact that there are so many talented wrestlers out there that won't get a shot at the bigtime if there is only one big company.

im sick of the show revolving around kurt angle.
what really pissed me off was when tna had the "this is tna" special...their number one moment was the signing of kurt angle. i guess they were trying to taunt the wwe? it made me mad because tna named their number one moment as signing another company's x star....like everything that happened before then wasnt worthy.

TNA was shit last night.
First match, interference.
Second match, interference.
Third match... submission match... boring.
I turned it off at that point because my eyes were burning from the lack of originality.

Hey guys, just got back from palma! It was the best week of my life, but since it doesn't concern wrestling, I'll just get right back on subject.
Wrestlemania. Just as I knew it, Kennedy won the ladder match, Taker won with a tombstone and Micheals did the job, but I certainly did not expect Cena to win with the STFU. God that makes no sense.
There were some nice surprises though, like Melina beating Ashley and the ECW originals beating the New Breed.

Sure did, brother. I really do mean it was the best, funnest, happiest week of my life. Funnest time with friends, great food, best sex I ever had... really, just awesome.
Anywho, I'm in a predicting mood. Or rather, wishing mood. I would really like to see Randy Orton face Cena for the WWE title in a singles match at Backlash, and then have Cena vs Micheals vs Orton at Vengeance (or whatever the next ppv is).
It's great to see Matt Hardy holding gold and beating Booker T. Maybe he'll finally get pushed again? I really hope so, but they should just put him on RAW now since he won the tag title.
I'm hoping Jeff Jarret picks up the win at Lockdown so he gets the title shot at Christian Cage, so Cage can retain. I really dont want to see Christian dropping the belt anytime soon.

I think Orton blew any chances of being in the main event, with all the crap that's been surrounding him lately, if any of it's actually true, so I don't see him in a title situation any time soon, but I do like your idea for Backlash, and Vengeance though. So, I ask you, Cena retain at Backlash and defend at Vengeance, or does Orton win and defend at Vengeance? And who would win at Vengeance?
Did anyone hear/read this:
** King Booker will be out of action for several weeks to tend to a knee issue he's been dealing with for some time. He's going to undergo surgery to repair the problems and is expected back by late June at the latest. That's the reason he was written off SmackDown last night by being tombstoned on a table by Undertaker. WWE.com is reporting that he'll be out of action "indefinitely" due to the tombstone, which will be the storyline reason for his departure.

Frankly I have been disapointed with the way Booker T has been used his whole time in the W.W.E. He was a tag team superstar in the W.C.W. and he was always seemed to be more of a fun character. Though he went through some awefull gimicks there too. (Anyone remember G.I. bro?.....ugg) I just think he is one of those people that should be appreciated for his atheletic ability and flair, even if it is in decline. Spinaroonie baby
Oh Cena would have to retain all the way. It wouldn't make sense any other way. I really dont see who the hell is going to beat Cena. Edge cant do it since their feud has been done and is over, Orton is in the doghouse, Micheals just doesn't have another title run in him, Khali is too worthless in the ring for even the WWE to put him in the ring with the money maker, and Umaga has been losing to the ECW champion. The few rising stars they have keep getting depushed for no reason and getting their momentum completely taken away. Namely Kenny Dykstra, Johnny Nitro, Carlito and Chris Masters.
Even with the trades and drafts and resignings, there's not all that much star power on Smackdown!. The only people I see beating Cena for the title are Kennedy if he chooses to go to RAW, and Umaga if he stops losing to Lashley VERY soon.
The rising stars of Smackdown! have also been nearly completely killed (with the exception of Kennedy and MVP of course). I'm talking about Matt Hardy, Chavo Guerrero and Shane Helms. Now Matt and Chavo are champions, which means their momentum isnt completely dead, but jesus Christ Chavo wasn't even part of Wrestlemania (which is ridiculous, because it's not like the WWE couldn't've just added a CW battle royal or something two weeks before Mania to have the cruisers in it) and he never beat Benoit. If anyone should beat Benoit for the US title, it's Chavo, not MVP. Greg Helms though... Lost his gold with no feud, and still isn't being shown as someone who is a peer to the heavyweight wrestlers. They need to get these three guys back on track, WWE doesn't know what their missing by not pushing them.

No Zent, I disagree, Shawn has one last title reign in him! If Taker did, so does Micheals, he'll get the title again before Orton.
** News On Taker **
-- The Undertaker has been told this will be the first long-term title run of his career. Vince told him he wanted to give him a long-run but needed a commitment to a full-time schedule in return. It remains to be seen just how long Undertaker can keep up the schedule as he is in need of a hip replacement. The idea of Undertaker/Batista was first pitched last August by Dusty Rhodes and Alex Greenfield. Vince approved it in September but said no decision on the finish would be made at that time, prompting many to think he wanted Batista to end the streak. In truth, Vince doesn't want the streak to end and so it probably never will.

Cena must overcome the odds of three other men going after his title! Lashley must do the same! Will the champions survive?
...
Hell yes they will... this is a bad joke, seriously. Why doesn't Lashley stay on his own show so I don't have to look at his lack of personality so much. I find Lashley the most difficult of the champions to hate (referring to pre-Mania, because you can't hate Taker really). But still... he's just... boring. And he's dragging Umaga down rather badly. Lashley is not going to lose. This is just making Umaga look pathetic and soon to be buried in midcard hell.
As for Cena, he'll win of course... even though I'd settle with any of the other three guys beating him. Maybe Edge will actually win since he's the only one that's actually on the Backlash poster. But, I doubt it.

Edge cant win, he's injury prone and well, injured. i wouldnt be surprised if an RKO on the outside early on takes Edge out of the match.
And TheMkGeek, Micheals had a title run in him back in 2004/2005. Now, he just doesn't. Taker does because he has a bigger fanbase, more respect in the locker room, and Undertaker toys just sell more. He's also bigger.
Dont get me wrong, I'd love to see Micheals win another world title, certainly better than Cena, Edge or Orton, but it's just not a bankable option.
