Carlito unhappy with WWE push:

Carlito is unhappy with his current status on the WWE roster, reports F4WOnline.com.

The WWE wrestler feels that while he should be nearing a main-event push, he's stuck in the middle of the card and in a romance storyline that does not play to his strengths.

According to one source, additional frustration comes from the fact that WWE officials actually tell the wrestler to "act like The Rock." Carlito feels that such an instruction will prevent him from breaking out as a top star.

I think Carlito is missing the big picture. Obviously he'll be moving on to face Edge after he beats Orton.

How? He's right. This angle isn't going to lead to him becoming a big star. He kisses Trish a few times, comes to her rescue, and just in general comes off as a generic babyface. None of this plays to his strengths at all. He got over because his cocky, laid back persona was entertaining on it's own (as well as his willingness to bust out moves that the crowd hadn't seen him do before). Heel or face, he had a devious, scheming edge about him that was reminiscent of a somewhat different Stone Cold. Plus he was funny.

Now, he's been relegated to generic, clean cut, heroic babyface who rescues the girl and kisses her. How does this play to those previous mentioned strengths? It goes completely against his character and doesn't help him one bit. Plus, there's no long term plans because Trish is gone in a few weeks.

And act more like the Rock? That's just retarded. He got over on his own, not because of stupid angles and gimmicks but because he oozes charisma, he's perfectly acceptable in the ring, and he's fantastic on the mic. He was going to be a breakout star by the end of the year and this angle with Trish has damaged his momentum.

The WWE doesn't like people getting over on their own, which Carlito was doing. Triple H is supposed to be the top face on RAW but Carlito had a damn good chance of getting the bigger pops by the end of the year. He's had his legs cut out from under him and has every right to be unhappy. He's getting a sort of Christian Lite treatment, but nowhere near as bad.

Ah, I wish he was still around. Actually, he really missed his chance in the WCW. He was not my favorite, however I would love to see him and Goldberg face it off, if not Sting or someone. Him and Brock Lesnar would be a good match, he could F-5 Vader easily. Vader only weighs 450.

I only wish he was, due to the fact of having another "big guy" around. I remember Taboo Tuesday 05, Batista gave him a 450 pound Batista Bomb. I agree that he is totally out of shape and obese (he could have been 500lb+ when he faced Batista). Like I said, I only want to see Vader in wrestling, just to get his ass kicked, lol.

Maybe if that happens, we could get guys like masters and nitro off the air, and get some good people on raw and smackdown..it seems that since he took over as vee pee, talent has just sucked beyond all reason. Case in point, Chris Masters. I mean, c'mon..the man has a full nelson for a finisher! wtf? I can step behond someone and do that too! Masters is a joke! Get him off RAW, fire Johnny Ace, and get WWE back to what is used to be! Is that too much to ask? Anyone?

K, Hardy picks up the win, so now he's 3-0, but this was by DQ. I can't stand Melina. Only good thing about her is her entrance. I know I'm echoing everyone else here, but I'd like to see the divas actually wrestle instead of all them being T&A. Espically Maria. I don't know if it's just me, but I see a LOT of potential in her. Take her down to OVW for a couple months, let her get a lot of in-ring time and practice, and she could, in theory, be one of the top divas on RAW. In time, she could almost replace Trish. What do y'all think?
