Haha, Randy's a tool. I see that TNA will have a jackass'esqe comedey as a lead in once the TUF season ends. BTW, I believe TUF is signed for at least six seasons, so that's potentially great for TNA. Be funny if Puder gets big and wrestlers for TNA. IMO, I think Puder could be the next MMA / Wrastlin' hybrid in America - japan has these dudes all over the place. In fact, MMA events in japan can label a fighter as a "pro wreslter," lol, that's awsome..

WWE.com confirms Randy's suspension yesterday, but then at the Smackdown tapings they announce Randy will fight in the first round of the King of the Ring tournament. confused

I wonder if King of the Ring is going to be Smackdown! only, since Teddy is the one bringing it back. Lashley? Hardy? Who can win it?

Also, I won't spoil it, but a 'big' debut on Smackdown this week.

<3 Sakuraba and Yuji Nagata.

Though I dunno if the crossover could work quite so well in the US because pro wrestling is often so far from looking like a shoot fight that Puder would be like this normal athlete fighting in MMA bouts, then this crazy guy throwing down hurricanrana's on Jeff Jarrett or something and it might be kind of weird and just seem like he's breaking kayfabe. I'm keen to see Puder in TNA anyways. His ADHD promo's will be hilarious, hah.

Also, regarding Orton... They say he assaulted a guy at a bar and got in trouble for that, but a 60 day suspension is also strike two in the wellness programme... Just sayin'.

Tomko actually quit of his own accord because he wasn't being used, so he decided to take matters into his own hands, quit WWE, go work in Japan to better his skills, then come back to WWE once he's better. That's great. Japan is going to love this big guy with scarey looking tattoo's and a freaky beard running around dishing out stiff "legitimate Asian businessman" kicks. He could be huge. He may even get so big in Japan that he'd be better of staying there. Even though he's not particularly skilled right now, I hope that guy goes far. I look forward to seeing some of his matches in Japan provided he works for New Japan or NOAH or another company I can get hold of tapes from easily.

Colt Cabana also wrestled a dark match jobbing to Matt Hardy! Whoo! He's awesome, I hope WWE realise the asset they have in him. Colt Cabana uses Barry Manilow's Copacabana as his entrance theme btw, which is where I first heard that song so you can can thank Colt Cabana for my Barry Manilow Appreciation Thread. tongue

I've been trying to watch WWE and hope they come up with good story lines. But I can say after that god thing that WWE Raw is a joke! Vince McMahn is out of ideas. WWE SmackDown is all I watch now.

In the words of Christian Cage:
There is a company like WWE that is lacking direction and there is TNA.

Evelution, the spirate squad, taking shots at the late great Eddie Guerraro and Mike Hawk Dextrem, is that all he's got?

In the words of Bubba Rey Dudley, AKA Brother Rey, it's easy to be a 10 time WWE champion when your the boss's dauter's husband.

TNA's taking ova.

TNA! TNA! TNA!

Harry Smith, son of the British Bulldog Davey Boy Smith and Grandson of Stu Hart, was in Chicago last weekend and agreed verbally to terms with the WWE. He is presently in Europe until May and is expected to start with the company at that time.

Wow, this should be interesting! All they need to do now is sign Teddy Hart, and make a new age "Hart Foundation". wink

Now here's one for you all: When will this year's 'Draft Lottery' take place, and what will be some 'big surprises' from it?

I'm not sure when it is, but if they are serious about making Flair champion again, he's going to do it on Smackdown!. Aside from him going to Smackdown!, I see Rey-Rey or perhaps the Undertaker coming to Raw. Probably Flair, Masters, and maybe Kane or Big Show to Smackdown!.

"A face of fear with tribal tattoos carved into his face, Umaga is an unpredictable and violent savage hailing from the dangerous Isle of Samoa. Managed by braggadocios Cuban entrepreneur Armando Alejandro Estrada, Umaga has quickly turned heads with his raw strength, primitive mannerisms and intimidating presence, the likes of which has never been seen outside of Samoa... until now." - WWE.com

Bwahahaha! This "Umaga" shit is horrible. Not worse than having a Japanese guy running around yelling "I choppy choppy your pee pee!" I guess, but God, this is terrible. "The dangerous Isle of Samoa"? Samoa's freakin' safer than half of the US! "Tribal tattoo's carved into his face"? It's sharpie! If it were traditional, those grooves would be at least an eighth of an inch deep and you'd see it because his face would look like the tred of a car tyre. And to my knowledge, Samoan's don't even have full face Moko's, only Maori's do, so it doesn't even make any sense. It's like having a Korean guy wear gi to the ring with Kanji on it. On top of that, "primitive mannerisms" "the likes of which have never been seen outside Samoa"? I'm sure Samoan peeps wouldn't take too kindly to being referenced as more primitive than the rest of the world. And why does he have a Cuban manager anyways? Well I guess that one doesn't have to make sense, but still... The bizarre stereotyping is like Mr. Fuji 2K6.

Though, there are a huge amount of Samoan wrestling fans here (you can walk around town and see them in all their Wolfpac shirt-wearing glory) so it'll be interesting to see what they make of him.

I'm thinking that maybe this character was a direct result of the New Zealand tour last month. They were exposed to a lot of Maori culture (featuring peeps with real full face moko's) and all anybody around here has to do is pick up a newspaper to see the name of our country's biggest sports star and captain of the national rugby team plastered all over it in huge letters - Tana Umaga. Meh.

The new guy on Smackdown is fucking huge. That is cool.

He did some really fucking lame moves, that was not cool.

But he did rip the turnbuckle off like a dress on prom night, and that was cool.

I missed quite a bit of SD - watching the Suns / Lakers game. Didn't see Dalip, hope he doesn't kill somebody. Also, I'm really sick of seeing rest holds until comercial break...lame shit, man. I don't care how someone "grinds" in a head lock, it's still weak and shouldn't be done for five fucking minutes.

Edit: Oh sweet! Jarret, Jackie and Tenay will be on Quite Frankly with Stephen A. I love that show, lol. Double sweetness for TNA getting a hook up. I guess it airs the day of TNA's first thrusday show. Awsome.

Oh, and Orton is a little bitch.
