One problem with that, Muhammed Hassan is gone from the WWE and he ain't coming back.

*yawn*

Thanks for taking the fun out of it. Anyway, he may return. He left the company on good terms and they've left an opening for Hassan's character to return as well, though it would have to be on RAW because UPN would cry like the hypocritical morons that they are.

Sorry to burst the bubble!! LOL! grin

Any way, you're likely right, if he did come back, and god I hope he doesn't, then it would have to be on Raw. I think not just because of UPN, but maybe cause Vince realized the character was retarded, is why he's not around any more, and cause he wasn't getting over as a character.

If they brought him back under his real name, or maybe give him a 'Sheik', like character, that would be cool.

You're joking, right? Hassan was way over as a heel. For a time he was the best heel RAW had to offer. While I agree his Smackdown run was fairly stupid, his RAW days were glory. People despised the guy, and that's what he was supposed to make them do. How can you honestly say he wasn't over? You're always defending Cena... and Cena is not over... a mixed reaction is not a very good thing if you're trying to play a massive heel or a massive face role, as Cena is. Hassan was a big heel character, and he was booed heavily. That was his role, and he achieved that better than anyone on RAW while he was on the roster.

Anyone remember Mordecai?I think he maybe "God".I saw Cena on Jimmy Kimmel a few nights ago.I still don't think he has star potential like Stone Cold or The Rock.He just dosen't have that "aura" about him.It seems like the WWE is trying to force a new star.It dosen't work like that.

I agree Hassan was a great heel...and I don't know how anyone could say he wasn't over. Everyone booed him A LOT. You might think that's a bad thing but it's not when your a heel. The worst thing is no reaction at all...and Hassan always got his negative reaction out of the crowd.

muhammed hassan was one of the greatest heels of all time. first of all,he was an italian posing as an arabic. that takes skill, and you could tell by his horrible arabic grammar. second, he made EVERYONE hate him. he got the best heat off the crowd cuz he knew what he had to do, and what to say, not like mark henry who repeats the same ass crap all the time.

I think Angle is going to win, to further solidify his status as the best there is, but same could be said with Benoit. This could also be a great push for Lashley or even Hardy.

Alright, I'll give him that. I despised the shit out of the guy. And you're right, he did get a good heel reaction, but for you guys to say he is one of the best 'heels' is going a little far. The character was starting to get a little old after awhile. He was ok on Raw, but was crap on Smackdown, and I don't think that was anyone's fault but his.

Well..........I look at it like this:

Round 1:
1) Angle/Orton = Angle
2) Hardy/Booker T = Booker T
3) Benoit/Finley = Benoit
4) Lashly/Henry = Henry

Round 2:
1)Angle/Booker T = Angle (as if there's a doubt)
2)Benoit/ Henry = Benoit

Finals:
1) Angle/ Benoit = hard to decide, both guys are good, Anlge could become a two-time winner, or Benoit could win it.

I don't see Angle winning this. He's already won KotR once, there isn't much point in him winning it again when they could make something out of one of the other guys by having them win it instead.

I hope Finlay wins it, but you know...

I hope Booker T wins too. He's in dire need of a main event push and a good title run before he becomes another Chris Jericho. He could use a haircut as well, but that's just me missing 1998. Though with the way he got jobbed out by Triple H in his last title match it makes me think maybe WWE just don't think of him as world title material. Maybe he's already become a Chris Jericho. sad

Maybe Lashley or Matt Hardy could be a good next U.S. Champion!

I hoping Mark Henry or Booker T wins!

IF he had left on good terms, he blew it by not showing up to Ohio Valley or Deep South (or wherever he was supposed to show up) when asked by WWE. But I agree, he was a fantastic heel.

As for KOTR, Benoit or Angle should be the ones to win it, but since it's WWE, I doubt they will.

Nah, they aren't going to crap on the KOTR by having Mark Henry win it! Now Booker T on the other hand, I can see it, but who will fued with Boogeyman?

As for Lashly or Hardy, Hardy deserves to by a contender for the US title, but I don't know about Lashly. I mean, don't get me wrong, "Black
Lesner"...sorry, Lashly, did perform well in the MITB match, but he's still too green around the gills as the saying goes!

ECW PPV News: Malenko/Benoit, The Sandman, RVD, & More

-- Local advertising in New York city for this year’s ECW PPV lists Terry Funk, RVD, and Chris Benoit for the event.

-- The Sandman has signed for the event. It's said that he signed a large deal that would prevent him from working for any other competing events during the time around the ECW PPV as they don’t want another event like Hardcore Homecoming popping up.

-- It looks like Dean Malenko will be returning to the ring at the PPV. There were some reports out a while ago that Malenko and Benoit wanted to have a match dedicated to Eddie Guerrero at the PPV.

-- Tajiri will be flying in from Japan to appear at the show.

Well, I'm glad Kane is going back to "freaky Kane" finally. It's been long enough, really. However... does RAW even have another tag team that isn't the Spirit Squad? I think it's very amusing that all five of them are considered to be the champions though, but when you consider who we're talking about, no other way makes any sense.

But honestly, RAW lacks tag teams now. Val is injured, and they'd never push Viscera/Val anyway, despite them being fairly over as faces with the crowd. I just have to wonder who they have lined up to face the Spirit Squad now that the Show/Kane team is apparently no more.

Yeah im happy to see Kane back to being a monster. He kicked ass tonight. He looked like he belonged in an insane asylum, he usually doesn't look THAT crazy.
