THQ and WWE will be making an official statement tomorrow confirming the next WWE videogame, WWE SmackDown vs. RAW 2007.
This will become the first wrestling game that will appear on the next-gen consoles Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3. The game will also be available on the PlayStation 2 and PSP. Not only does this mark the first time in the franchise's history that a SmackDown! title will appear on two consoles at once, but the first time that the game will appear on a platform other than Sony.

IGN’s website have confirmed the release of SmackDown vs. RAW 2007 and also confirms the game will be released for the PS2, PS3, PSP, and XBox 360. This is the first SmackDown title to appear on two system generations at once, and a platform that is not Sony. The game is scheduled to be released sometime this year.

Nice way to close out SD, and even better to see a clean finnish. Rey/Angle should be the main, but whatever.

SD vs Raw 07 looks pretty nice. TNA just had a photo shoot and promotional shit done for their game, so that's well under way as far as development goes. It's going to be nice to see another wrastlin' org in the VG business - well, in america, at least.

Hopefully, the TNA game is actually worth playing... with midway making it I'm not to sure.

It's weird that the TNA game has been announced for awhile but hasn't had one screenshot yet, but SvR 07 already has a video.

Hey guys. Ridiculous how the CW title match has been removed from Mania. Fucking stupid.
Cant wait to see the ladder match, I swear I have no idea who's going to win it. last year it would be either Jericho or Edge but this year... there's just no potential strong heel to hold the contract. I predict... either Shelton Benjamin who wins his first world title (a very short title reign though) thanks to the briefcase, or RVD wins it and wins the world title at the ECW one night stand.

Hopefully Triple H kills Cena in their WWE title match and becomes the 11 time king. Enjoy Mania brothers.
