what do you mean with watching this year.
WM is the bigest ppv of the year, show some excitementglasses

2 years ago on WM it was Cena vs Big Show and now maybe they will face each other again but this time for the WWE Championship!!

Cause I don't normally buy any PPV's except for the Royal Rumble. I've really lost alot of interest in wrestling altogether. I haven't actually watched a RAW or Smackdown show in months(I think since October, I caught a glimpse of Raw like in the beginning of January). Things have slowly picked up a little bit. I really want to see Bret Harts speech more than anything. HBK vs McMahon, Orton vs Angle, Undertaker vs Mark Henry, HHH vs Cena, those matches don't appeal to me at all.

Whoa, 20 was WAY better than 21. Not just better, WAY better. But meh, that's just my opinion. And, it's not very logical to say that just because 21 was better than 20, 22 will be better than 21. Otherwise, wrestling would only get better and better and better and I think that's obviously not the case with wrestling history.

Besides Royal Rumble 06, I hadn't ordered a WWE PPV since Backlash 04. WM 20 was amazing, I absolutely hated WM 21. And the way the matches are shaping up for WM 22, I would definately never buy it at all. It looks to me that it will be terrible and a disgrace to every wrestlemania. Just my opinion.

Yeah, I know, how cool is that! He is one of, if not the best Canadian wrestler (sorry Benoit!)! He deserves it, but who shall they get to induct him?

**PWInsider reports that the Bret Hart-hall of fame deal was made on February 6. Bret had been saying he wasn’t interested, and always said he would never work for WWE again, however he decided that he would go in and do his speech. He is not getting paid, WWE is just sending him there, inducting him, and then he’s going home. Bret is not taking any money for this, and wants to use this as his farewell in WWE.

As of right now, Bret is not going to be involved in anything to do with WrestleMania, and it’s unknown who will officially induct him at the show.

Here is where things get interesting. TNA heard that Bret was going to be at the hall of fame, and set up a meeting between Jarrett and Hart in Calgary. TNA had very much intended to make a deal with Bret big enough to snatch him out from under WWE. However, due to a family emergency Jarrett couldn’t make the meeting. If Jarrett had made the meeting, things very well could have turned out differently.

Raw Spoilers for those who didn't get to watch last Night:
Spoilers: (Highlight to reveal)
WrestleMania Semi Final Match:
Big Show vs. Triple H: Match ends in a draw, but Vinnie Mac says that the winner of RVD/Masters will join these two in a three-way-dance to determine the #1 contender

Number One Contendership For IC Title
Shelton Benjamin vs. Eugene: Shelton, on his own, which is a shocker! Man he sucks ass!

Torrie Wilson vs. Ashley Massaro: Ashley

WrestleMania Semi Final Match:
Rob Van Dam vs. Chris Masters: RVD!! RVD!!! RVD!!!

WWE Championship Match:
Edge vs. John Cena (c) w/ special guest referee Mick Foley:
Winner and still champ, thank god, Cena!!

Also, Shawn Michaels will "retire", via orders of Vince McMahon.
He didn't actually retire, come on is anyone stupid enough to think he would?! He tears up the contract and throws it in McMahon's face!

Shelton sucks? Yeah... okay, you really make me question your tastes when you degrade the best pure athlete on RAW.

Just bought a Gameshark. As soon as I'm done with this post-Subway chicken bacon ranch cigarette, I'm gonna finally get Jake the Snake. Awesome.

I've made MNM, Savage, and the Ultimate Warrior. Where do you go to assign an entire moveset? Like, the old ones you could to a moveset, see who it was made for, and assign it. Any help would be awesome.

In the Create-a-Moveset feature, go down to the bottom and look for (I think) "Presets". You should find a list of 25 in there (they have to be unlocked though, which you do by winning 10 matches with any CAW in any mode).

Here's a list of which moveset belongs to which wrestler:

Agreeed completely. Just look at the main events.

Benoit vs Triple H vs Shawn Michaels > Batista vs Triple H.

Eddie Guerrero vs Angle > Cena vs JBL

I mean I was actually there at WM21 and I still think WM20 was a better all-round PPV. WM are generally the best PPV's of the year but then again that's not saying much cinsidering most brand only PPV's are crap.WM22 is looking to be crap. WM isn't even a shadow of what it used to be. No more Rock vs Austin or Hogan vs Warrior type main events. The matches that steal the show are the ones in the beginning/middle.

Awesome thank you. I figured they might be on that site, which is excellent. All the CAW's are really well done on that site. And the entrance I got for my Macho Man is beyond cool.

Any way! tongue tongue grin

** Both Dusty Rhodes and the late, great Eddie Guerrero will both be inducted into the Hall of Fame ceremony as well, as expected.

** WWE is advertising a Kurt Angle vs. Randy Orton vs. Mark Henry WWE Title match, with Steve Williams as the special ref, for the 3/12 house show in Lafayette, LA. Rey Mysterio will take on JBL in a best 2 out of 3 falls match. That would make it appear that WWE is going to go forward with having Orton beat Rey for the Mania main event this Sunday, which has been rumored around the company.
(OK, so now i guess I have to accept that Orton is beating Rey, which sucks ass, but that's just my opinion, and as to not get "heat" from y'all, I'll stop there)

Well, that just shows that our tastes are different. I personally liked Wrestlemania 21 better than 20. As for wrestling getting better and better, that isn't what I was saying, I just said that in my opinion 21 topped 20, and 22 will maybe top 21, I didn't say there was going to be this dramatic shift in the balance of the universe, and wrestling as we know it will get better, hell, I know as well as you that in the last few years, with the exception of a few ppvs, and television shows, that wrestling as been on a decline. Wrestlemania is like the only thing that a person looks forward to, cause there is hardly ever a "bad" wrestlemania.

Does anyone else think that making Eddie Guerrero a legend so fast is totally unfair?

What about Owen Hart, the WWE partially caused that death, so why isn't Owen in the HOF. He definately deserves to be in it.

Bret Hart recently spoke out on his decision to be inducted into the WWE Hall of Fame in an interview with Canada’s Slam Wrestling website. Below are some highlights from the interview.

On his decision to accept induction into the WWE Hall of Fame: "It took a lot of diplomacy," Hart said. "But I think we just softened. Vince McMahon called me up when I had my stroke in 2002, and I think that was a big step towards where we are now. I always appreciated the fact that he called me and that softened a lot of the bad feelings between us."

Why he agreed to do the Bret Hart/WWE DVD: "The title of the DVD was to be Screwed," he said, "and when Vince called me to partake in it, I said that I would never be a part of it. When I eventually saw it, it was nearly complete, and it was right up there with the Ultimate Warrior's DVD. I told Vince that my career was never about what had happened at Survivor Series or about Owen's death."

On his series of matches with Ric Flair: "Flair and I had pretty good matches, by Flair's standards anyway," Hart commented. "But on the day that I won the belt, and from that point on, we starting having really shitty matches. He sort of, accidentally-on-purpose, began screwing up the matches, getting the endings wrong. I found that this was happening consistently, and I ended up going to Vince McMahon and telling him that Flair was sabotaging the matches. They ended up calling us together to try and sort it out, and I remember him confessing to me that he was having problems with his wife, at home, that he was distracted, and he apologized for not being able to give me the matches that we had had before.”

Found this site

It has a lot of wwe wrestlers that haven’t been there in a long time, like Rikishi and Ultimo Dragon. Might be old news, but I never knew where they went.

I'm guessing Christian and Rhyno's appearance there was breif since this is still as recent as 2005.

Ok, Ok I guess I deserve some of that! As far as "we hate it how you sound stupid. No offense", well, I don't give a shit what y'all think of me, personally. I'm just as entitled to my opinions, honest as they are to me, as a fan of wrestling, free to criticize whomever I see fit, whether you agree or not. So I still stick by what I said. As for Bret, well, I changed my mind on that, I think he is a Legend, I'm just as happy to see him inducted this year into the HOF, as everyone else, maybe more, cause he's Canadian! As for Shelton, oh, I don't argue that he's got some great moves, and is a "pure" wrestler, but...and I'll stop there! And for some of the other stuff, that's just what I wish would happen, it would be better if it did happen I know it won't, but I wish it would. I've accepted the fact that Orton is unfortunatelly going to go to Wrestlemania and get a title shot, it still sucks, and I don't have to be happy about it, I think Rey Rey deserves it more, he's more entertaining than Orton, and has worked harder at it longer than Orton.

To Shadow619, regarding what you said about Eddie Guerrero, I disagree! He deserves to be inducted into the HOF, as does Owen, I agree there, and Dusty Rhodes. It's just that right now Eddie is going into this year. I'll say this, not all the inducties have been named yet, only three, so maybe Bret will push for Owen to be included as well.

We'll have to wait and see, only three of the usual or potential number of inductees, six, have been named, so like I said, maybe Bret will push for Owen to be inducted as well, and maybe he'll be the one to induct him.

While we're on the subject, what is your take on Stu Hart? Do you think he should be inducted as well? I mean, it's not just open to WWE Legends.

If it's an open HOF, and not just a WWE HOF, then i'd certainly like to see Stu Hart inducted. In the wrestling world, people in all promotions never stop talking about the dungeon and how great it was, and when you look at the guys that it produced it's pretty hard to argue. Bret, Owen, Jericho, Benoit I think, Lance Storm, etc. I don't really know about it being an open HOF though, if Vince is the one who has the final say, then it pretty much is a WWE HOF until he demonstrates otherwise.

And I don't think Owen should be inducted. He was a great wrestler (seriously, very underrated imo, I think he'd be a world champion if he was still around), but I don't think his career really lasted long enough for him to have any sort of significant impact on the wrestling world, and the only thing that did was his death. It doesn't seem fair to me to induct him just because he died. I'm not fond of just throwing guys in there willy nilly, and I think if there's going to be a wrestling hall of fame, only true hall of famers should be inducted, the very best of the very best.

Speaking of which, Ric Flair should damn well be inducted. I'm very suprised he isn't already.

And I really, really hope, that Paul Heyman gets inducted sometime. He gave birth to WWE's attitude era, headed one of the most beloved promotions ever, created several stars, put people over huge as a manager, and so and so on. He's a living legend, and that should be recognised in a few years.

Don't take my word for this, but I guess that one of the rules is that the wrestler can't be currently active (special appearances *coughHogancough* don't count).
