Just thought I'd pass these two little news tidbits on to you and get your thoughts on them:
**WCW Superstar Kanyon revealed the real reason why he was fired from WWE a few years ago. During a show in Ontario called 'Blood, Sweat and Ears'. Chris Kanyon said that he believes he was fired from WWE was not because of cutbacks, not because they didn't have a storyline for him, or any other reason you might have heard. Following some very nasty words for WWE and Vince McMahon, Kanyon revealed to the crowd that he believes that he was fired because the higher ups in WWE found out that he is actually gay. Kanyon then said he was tired of living in the closet and announced to the awestruck crowd that he was in fact a homosexual. He said he couldn't live another day living the lie. He then pronounced himself as the first openly gay professional wrestler in the industry.
**Vickie Guererro and her three daughters are going to be at No Way Out

Sorry if this has already been shown, but I found something interesting in ww.Wrestlinginc.com:
"If you're wondering more about how different people feel about the Guerrero angle, Chavo was asked last night in Tallahassee and said he didn't like it at all."
Thats all the info they give. Dunno how reliable it is tho.

No offense, but I think it would've been "news" if he had said he DID like it.

None taken. its jsut that some people (including me) thought maybe they got the family's agreement first, before going with this thing. Obviously they either got Chavo's permission, and he just said yes so he wouldnt get in trouble with Vince, or they didnt consult him properly at all.
I dunno, i just kinda feel for Chavo. i'm beginning to think Vince is really one of the heartless Crab People; allied to the Fab Four from Queer Eye.
I don't know what happened with WWE
-Face suits Randy Orton
-Heel suits Batista
-JBL should become "Bradshaw" again from APA
-It's about time Benoit gets done with this stupid feud with Booker T and pays attention on World Heavyweight Championship
-What's the deal with the new Raw GM

These two I strongly disagree with... Orton as face was totally boring, he's a much better heel, he's natural at it. And JBL was much more entertaining during his run as champion than he ever was in the APA in my opinion.

Absolutely. Orton is limited as a face and his whole attitude just seems alot more natural when he's a heel. JBL is boring as an APAster, he's much better off being himself just the way he is.
And I'm not surprised Chavo doesn't like it. I sure as hell wouldn't like it either, and if WWE had any heart they wouldn't do it JUST because Chavo doesn't like it. Sometimes the whole ''WWE family'' that some guys talk about just seems like the biggest lie possible.
Oh, and the Heart Throbs have been released. Who didn't see that coming? It's funny though because just a while ago WWE.com had an elaborate article about how Antonio (or was it Romeo?) had overcome great odds and worked so hard to make it to the WWE, and now his dream has come true. Some dream. How many matches did the Heart Throbs win in their WWE carreer? One?

Yah I have to agree Orton is a better heel...although we didn't really see much of him as a face since they didn't really do anythin with him while he was. As for JBL...wasn't really a fan of him in the APA not really a fan of his now, but I think he is probaby better off as JBL.
As for the Heart Throbs...they had a shit gimmick and paid for it with their jobs. How fucking great is that. I wasn't a fan of the Heart Throbs but I still realizes that they both worked very hard to get to the WWE and when they finally get there they are released because the writers couldnt come up with a better gimmick or storyline for them lame. We never even got to see what they were capable of since they were always getting their asses kicked.

I gotta say, something in my gut tells me not to feel sorry for Chavo at all. It seemed to me like ever since the night of Eddie's death, something about Chavo just seems slimey. I honestly think he has no problem using Eddie's death to try to 'get to the next level'. But that's just me, and just a feeling I've had since I saw him and Vince the day Eddie died.

ok i have a question i didnt watch ecw allot. But when ever i switch the channel i always see justin credible or thats what he was called in WWE he was always the ecw champion. Why dont they like put him in WWE if he is so good... and why dont they like make him main events in the ecw payperviews... if he was so good, and champion all the time. Third was he even in the one night stand?

First, he wasn't "always" the ECW Champion. I think he won it once, and that was in the dying days of ECW, and he was Justin Credible in both WWE and ECW, originally, he was another character in WWF, " Portugese Man-o-War, Aldo Montoya, or something to that effect. He was in WWE, but like everyone else who isn't a "homegrown" talent, Vinnie doesn't know what to do with them. I say that the WWE should have teamed him up with Lance Storm again, not X-Pac, cause that team sucked, and the two of them could've been top contenders for the Tag titles. He was in the One Night Stand, cause he helped his old partner Lance Storm, pick up a cheap win against Jericho.
Since his time in ECW, he ain't done nothing in wrestling! He had a lame run in WWE, and a so-so run in TNA. So I think he just sticks to the Indies now.

Turns out Christian's choice to leave WWE is the best decision hes ever made.
Congrats on the title win Christian!
On a side note, does anyone else see Benoit quitting WWE soon? I know I said before he wouldn't, but now with all the shit WWE is pulling, I don't think he will stay for too long.

I wouldn't be surprised if he did, and to be honest, even though Benoit is still the biggest daddy of them all, I wouldn't miss him much because he just hasn't been doing his thing much lately anyway. He just gets in there, chops chops chops, german suplex, headbutt and crossface and it's a damn shame. Thankfully, sometimes we get to see him pull off awesome matches like the one he had with Orton on smackdown! a while ago. But...he just hasn't been used well lately. AND, I can't believe he's going to lose at No Way Out again, just so they can have Booker T vs. Boogeyman at Wrestlemania. That's one retarded match, and I hope Boogeyman doesn't become the U.S. champion. Ever.

Yes, someone more deserving finally wins the title, too bad Christian will likely only hold it until the next ppv! I see him maybe winning it one more time after that, then going back to WWE sometime. Just like the Dudley's, they'll win the TNA Tag titles, then go back to WWE.
As for Benoit, I think we'll see him for a long time in WWE! Even if he does lose at NWO, which only Zentile thinks will happen, I doubt he'll leave. If he does, then you cab guarentee he will go to TNA, kick some ass, and become an NWA Worlds Champ.

The Dudleys are coming back? Why didn't I hear of this?
I am pretty sure Benoits contract was up in end of December, remember we were all wondering if he was on the way out? Well, he's still there, so I'm going to assume he signed a new deal.

Rather bold statements. Why the hell would either Christian or the Dudley's go back to the WWE. Christian could have had his contract renewed with the WWE but he didn't he didn't wanna rott away doing nothing in the WWE not to mention the horrible on road schedule WWE wrestlers have to endure...as for the Dudley's I would be surprised if they left TNA. They have no reaon to unless Vinnie boy decides to pay up some super huge bucks to get them back... which I doubt he will since he is content watching his tag divison go to shit.

If the dudleys go back to WWE, woopdie-fucken dooo. They're a name, but bleh. It would suck if Christian left, though. Be pretty funny shit and TNA fans will ride him forever. I'm just glad jarret lost the strap. Hopefully gail can break up with that sack and do some more rana's for us.
I didn't catch the PPV, but I guess some really good shit went down. Aj/Joe/Daniels sounded great. Same with abyss and rhino, which suprised me.
I guess Kurt is having some neck issues. I really hope this guy doesn't wreck himself. I read an interview where he stated he'd never jepordize his health and well being, but I think that's bullshit. He seams, to me, like one of thos guys who does't know when to take it easy and anylize the situation when the odds are stacked. Like fighters who know their old and shit, yet still fight and end up getting brain damage or some shit. Just hope he takes care of that neck his, that's all.

The Dudley's will never go back to WWE, at least not until they've finished the mission they're on now. They want to be the first tag team to capture every important tag title in the wrestling world, thus making them the single greatest tag team in the history of professional wrestling. So far, all they're missing is the NWA tag titles, and I think the New Japan titles. Going back to WWE gives them no shot at reaching their goal, even after they win the NWA tag titles, because WWE wouldn't allow them to go work in New Japan, and besides, TNA has a talent exchange thing going on with New Japan now I believe, so it'd be in their best intrest to stay put. Unless WWE creates some new super prestigious tag title overnight, in which case they'd have to go back to WWE and win it sometime. But who knows, the Dudley's might return to WWE once they've reached their goal and are just in the biz soley to put food on their tables. Maybe WWE will even induct them into their Hall of Fame at some point.
And Christian is fucked. I honestly think TNA is going to go under in the not too distant future unfortunately (based on no one thing in particular), and Christian will have nowhere to go. But he was damned if he left WWE and damned if he didn't, so whatever. At least he's earned a world championship in his career, even if it all falls over in a year and he has to go work indy shows for a living.
Also, the CZW/OH stuff right now is great. For those of you who care about either promotion but don't know the deal, here's what happened in the words of somebody from the ROH boards.
I urge anyone who cares to visit czwfans.com and check out the craziness and hilarity still evident. This is the best thing to happen to American pro wrestling since the Monday Night Wars, haha.

You can go there yourself and read the 2 pages worth of threads with both sides insulting each other back and forth. There were no intelligent discussions, everyone was just marking out for whatever side they were on. Someone made a thread saying "This is the ROH invasion and F^(* CZW for example. And everyone had a thread about why ROH is better, or why CZW is better, then people would just argue about it. Some of my favorite quotes were: "Oh Chris Hero couldn't even get a good match out of Dragon, shows how much he sucks." "Hey, I can staple my forehead, can I be in CZW?" "Hey I can put on a headlock for minutes at a time and make obvious calls, can I be in ROH?"
There was also a good deal of ROH fans threatening to attack Chris Hero when he comes to Philadelphia, saying they would be ready to get in the ring with him if he wasn't too scared. A lot of people also said they'd hurt the CZW fans in a riot.
It was a fun thing to read just because it wasn't one sided it was really half ROH fans talking about pure wrestling and half CZW fans talking about how they have a variety of styles.
Anyways, that's my summary. You missed out if you weren't online.

Yeah, I know, how cool is that! He is one of, if not the best Canadian wrestler (sorry Benoit!)! He deserves it, but who shall they get to induct him?
**PWInsider reports that the Bret Hart-hall of fame deal was made on February 6. Bret had been saying he wasn’t interested, and always said he would never work for WWE again, however he decided that he would go in and do his speech. He is not getting paid, WWE is just sending him there, inducting him, and then he’s going home. Bret is not taking any money for this, and wants to use this as his farewell in WWE.
As of right now, Bret is not going to be involved in anything to do with WrestleMania, and it’s unknown who will officially induct him at the show.
Here is where things get interesting. TNA heard that Bret was going to be at the hall of fame, and set up a meeting between Jarrett and Hart in Calgary. TNA had very much intended to make a deal with Bret big enough to snatch him out from under WWE. However, due to a family emergency Jarrett couldn’t make the meeting. If Jarrett had made the meeting, things very well could have turned out differently.
Raw Spoilers for those who didn't get to watch last Night:

I guarantee Chris Benoit will be the one inducting Bret Hart, this is great news. I didn't think Bret would end up doing it. I'm definately gonna watch WM this year.
