Judging by what i've seen at ign, it's going to rule the public pool. New match types, the matches they already have are improved, better graphics, a half decent roster, improved, more realistic overall system, etc. Here's hoping some of the animations aren't so crap too.

Alright guys I got back from smackdown last night lol,I had a blast.Here's a few things (spoiler free)

Watch for Ken Kennedy in the future,this guy is entertaining as all hell and not a bad wrestler either. Even though he was playing the heel I loved this guy last night. I believe he was in a dark match,possibly velocity.

Bobby something, this guy looks exactly, I mean exactly like Monty Brown from tna, when I first saw him come out I actually thought Monty was in wwe.

William Regal is goo....bad again! Watch velocity this week,unless they switch it to smackdown.

Booker T's pyro = Hot hot hot!!!!! When it hit it was just scorching in there!

Juvi... wow lol. I could see him just before the mexicool's came out shining himself up. Btw heres a hint,mexicool's had me wanting to tackle their asses by the end of the night.

Batista's pyro...OH MY GOD! That shit is INSANE! I see the security covering their ears and im just thinking 'pussys...' then Batista comes out, the crowd is loud as hell with the cheering. Then the pyro comes, I swear it was like a nuclear bomb going off! Holy shit! That guys ears must be messed up.


Our special match was Batista vs JBL in a street fight. Not too much going on when Randy Orton comes out and starts beating the shit out of Batista along with JBL *gong* Here comes taker! Taker cleans house and Teddy Long comes out and makes it a tag match. Not bad at all, Taker wins with a Tombstone on Orton.

Btw I was right at entrance ramp, so you can imagine what the damn pyro was like,wow I had a blast. And yes I got lucky and got Benoit in a good match Got a new Rabid Wolverine shirt too.

The security was in front of me half the time, but I still got awesome pics of JBL, Orton, Animal and Heidenreich, Undertaker, Mexicool's, and of course the smackdown set itself, some are a bit dark.

Surely Angle will win since he is booked to go up agaisnt John Cena at Unforgiven. I do want him to win, too.

US Title: Orlando Jordan vs. Chris Benoit -

Benoit lost their original match the dumbest way possible, as he hit his head agaisnt an unprotected turnbuckle, the same way he lost his match to Batista when the Animal started getting the push. I guess that's his favourite way of jobbing to people who don't deserve. Benoit HAS to win this time. I predict he wins.

Matt Hardy vs. Edge -

WWE keep pushing Edge, but this is Hardy's time and Hardy's feud, so he may win. This is the one match I really can't predict, but I do hope Edge wins. I wanted to see Hardy win, but that thing they did on Byte This! made Hardy look like a total child, which I believe he is. Lets go Edge.

Undertaker vs. Randy Orton -

Taker's been bullshitting us by not appearing. He needs to get his lazy ass out of bed and work. Ric Flair and Hogan have worked more this year than Taker has, he has no excuse. I hope Orton wins, and that he actually gets pushed coherently this time around. Both my wish and my prediction, Orton.

Ladder Match: Eddie Guerrero vs. Rey Mysterio -

Bloody Hell, Eddie, I can't believe you're going to lose yet again. On the one hand I hope Eddie wins because I hate Mysterio and Eddie needs to stop losing to him. On the other hand, if Eddie gets Dominic, it means this stupid angle will just go on... oh well. My wish: Eddie. My prediction: Mysterio

WWE Title: John Cena vs. Chris Jericho -

I hate Cena more and more every week. All he does is kiss the fans' asses, and unless his match requires him to bleed heavily, all he'll do is is sell basic shit like punches, blows, jabs, kicks, then all of a sudden pump up, hit two clotheslines, the ''side slam'', 5KS, F-U and it's over. I wish Jericho would win, but of course Cena will instead.

World title match: Batista vs. JBL = No holds Barred match/ECW Rules match/No DQ/Hardcore/whatever.

At first I thought Brock Lesnar could run in, F-5 the hell out of Batista, costing him the world title and then proceed into a feud with him while JBL would reclaim the gold and feud someone like Booker T, Rey Mysterio, or a babyface Christian. But I do hope Batista retains and then goes on to feud agaisnt either Randy Orton or Eddie Guerrero.

Anyways, I think the summerslam card is looking pretty damn good. probably the best Summerslam card sence 2002. 03 and 04 both kinda sucked. anyways, here are my predictions.

WWE Championship
John Cena Vs Chris Jericho: Prediction: Cena. I love Jericho, great wrestler and all, but your a fool if you think he has any chace a winning. look at all the attention Cena has been getting. I bet Jericho is just filling in until Triple H returns.

World Heavyweight Championship
No Holds Barred
Batista(c) vs JBL. Prediction: Batista. I don't think WWE is stupid enough to give JBL another title run this early after he just lost the WWE title a couple of month ago. Batista is still hot right now. plus theres a rumor of a Orton/Batista feuding coming up.

Hulk Hogan Vs Shawn Micheals. Prediction: Shawn Micheals. I'll cry if this is the Main-Event. yeah, It may be the Main attraction for Summerslam, but theres no doubt that the match will suck. HBK is a great compeitior, but Hogan is slow and boring in the ring. hes a great entertainer, but a crappy wrestler.

The Undertaker Vs Randy Orton. Prediction: Orton. yeah, Orton sucks. but I could see WWE giving him the win here sence hes going to be feuding with Batista soon.but I'am hoping Undertaker wins anyways.

WWE United States Championship
Orlando Jordon(c) vs Chris Benoit. Prediction: Benoit. man, its bad enough Benoit had to fucking loose to Generic McBlacky at the Great American Bash. Benoit beats Triple H and Shawn Micheals in one match on two PPVs last year, but looses to this idiot over a lesser title. PLEASE!!. Benoit better win this.

Matt Hardy Vs Edge. Prediction: Edge. It'll be stupid booking if this was a traditional wrestling match. these two guys HATE each other. it would be stupid to see these two wrestling a regular match with rules and all. they should kick the living fucking shit out of each other. make each other bleed.

Eddie Guerrero Vs Rey Mysterio. prediction: Rey Mysterio. Eddie Guerrero, Rey Mysterio, and a ladder. talk about a sweet combination. this is gonna be one hellava match. I'am gald they finally added a damn gimick match to their series of matches already. I say Rey wins, Dominic goes back to Rey, Eddie gets pissed, everyones happy and they go their serperate ways.

Gold Medal Invitational
Kurt Angle Vs Eugene. Prediction: Angle. man, Angle deserves more than this. he should be in a feud with Kane(where the fuck is he?). that would be a great match. I say Angle gets his medals back, kicks the crap out of eugene and moves on to bigger, better things.

Overall, probablly the best looking PPV sence WrestleMania(and not because I was there LIve!), hopfully the WWE lives up to this great card and not disapoint.

That's what i'm thinking. This is the match i'm most looking forward to.
Everybody keeps complaining about how they don't like this angle and how their matches haven't been great, but damn, by WWE standards i'd say their matches have been very good. I've thoroughly enjoyed all their encounters, and with the ladder thrown in there as well i'm positive this match is going to rule.

As for everything else...

Taker/Orton: I hate Orton, but after being out with his injury he could really use the momentum here so i'm predicting he wins.

Batista/JBL: Don't really care. Would be nice if Batista retained though.

Hogan/HBK: No interest. If Hogan's match against Angle is any indication then this is going to be aweful, but on the other hand HBK is a genius that can have a 5 star match with a comb. Hopefully he makes it watchable, although I fear not even HBK can save us all from the horrid chest kick of doom.

Angle/Eugene: Going to be good I think. I don't care who wins.

Hardy/Edge: It doesn't matter who wins, it's going to be stupid regardless. They tell us wrestling is fake and then in the same breath tell us that they hate each othr so much they're going to tear each other apart in a wrestling match. That's fake. Don't insult my intelligence Vince.

Benoit/Jordan: Looking forward to this match. I'll be happy regardless of who wins it. Benoit can bring a lot of cred to the title so the next person to win it from him looks really good, but OJ on the other hand needs to stay in the spotlight and continue to be pushed with a decent title feud if he's going to have any chance of drawing any money at all because it's no secret that nobody gives a shit about him now. I'll be happy no matter who wins.

Jericho/Cena: Cena retains the US Cha... I mean, WWE Championship. Poor Jericho. This is the biggest push he's had in a long time, yet he's overshadowed by Bischoff so it's not even like he has anything to do with this angle. I fear this match is going to suck.

Well I am. I dunno why.

I never been a big fan of having the same two wrestlers wrestle each other every week and every month. Buf if those two wrestlers are Eddie and Rey, I don't mind as much, I have enjoyed alot of their matches that I've seen but I think at some point they needed to add a gimick match in there so their matches don't become stale. I do give credit to WWE though for keeping this feud going on for as long as it has and adding some twist and turns along the way so it stays fresh, I remember when WWE feuds would only last a month and the fans wouldn't have enough time to actually get into them.

I am so glad Benoit will finally get some gold. At first I was sad that he was being put back in the U.S. division since it's a step down from the world title, but hey, it's gold and at least it will give him a direction, give him the opportunity to put one some awesome matches with competition like Christian, Booker T and William Regal, and who better to give the U.S. title some prestige than the Rabid Wolverrine?

I just caught up on the WWE last night.First off,Animal forming LOD with Heidnrich is disrespectful towards Hawk.Animal would be much better as a single wrestler.Since Hawk is dead they could've at least tried to get Ahmad Johnson back in the WWE to replace him.Heidnrich dosen't even look right wearing those clothes.Dude looks like a cross between Ric Flair and the old Sting.When Sting wore green pants and that green and white face paint.If you played WCW vs NWO you'll know what I mean.2nd off,WTF happened to Psychosis and Juve?There slogan is dumb.It seems like the WWE is getting desperate for Tag Teams.I see them getting released sometime soon.Don't get me started on that Eddie/Ray mess.LOL@Dominick's shirt he had on when the social worker took him away.I find it funny because I have a shirt like that.I think Eddie is going to win the ladder match.The WWE loves stretching out stupid storylines(Mr.America comes to mind).Im done venting off.

Nope, there is speculation that a program between Cena and Angle will start tonight on Raw, and the two will likely meet one on one for the WWE title at Unforgiven. Everyone seems to forget that Trips is gone on a hiatus from Raw until the first Raw on USA Network in the fall.

Overall, Summerslam was a decent show. Waaaayyyy better than GAB! Fuck Orton, I can't blieve they put that piece o'shit over Taker! Benoit won the US title in record time for sure! Ain't seen nothing like that since Nash won the gold from Backlund in 8 seconds!

Can't wait to see what happens on Raw tonight.

Raw sucked tonight pretty bland stuff hbk as a face again is awful y2j leaving sucks matt and edge who cares anymore the only good thing was angle beating up cena.

Yeah, I'm glad Benoit got a strap, doing so in style, too. I guess Rey/Eddie was an outstanding match, too. I didnt get SS, but I look forward to seeing it sometime.

Raw started off well. I mark out for HBK all the time and I loved his little Hogan speech, lol. Benjiman/Angle was great, but you expect that. Everything else was just bleh. I also expected a little more from Flair/Carlito, even though the eye poke was too good, as always.

I thought, Cena did a pretty decent job selling tonight. I liked how he was kind of like wtf when Chris was fired and all the hoopla was going on. I'm actually looking forward to the Angle/Cena fued, too. I've been looking forward to it for some time. Hope they show Cena in his green trunks, lol; good times.

I thought Raw was ok! Not the greatest ever, but like I've been saying before, no matter how bad Raw is, it's still better than Smackdown!

Speaking of Smackdown, not sure if anyone read this or not, I found it on sescoops:

How stupid is that?? WWE might as well kill of Smackdown, we can see that UPN is trying to do it, and with all the crap on the show, so is WWE!

Yeah, I picked up on that too when I heard about them moving Smackdown to Friday's. If you see a show, biet wrestling or whatever, get moved to Friday nights, then you can bet that it's on borrowed time. That's usually the "kiss of death" for a show since Fridays are when people usually go out after a long week of school/work. And new movies are released on that day as well.

Of course good storylines will halp Smackdown, but now with the show needing to draw in as many people to watch it just to stay a float, they're goin' to have to come up with something REALLY stellar. Here's an idea: Let Benoit carry the show and give him 5 star matches as much as possible and I don't mean 10 min matches that are made out to be exciting when even a 10 yr old can call every momentum shift of a match.
