Man, I missed smackdown! due to the nba finals. Detroit pissed me off so much I forgot to watch SD, lol. Anyway. It's GREAT that Benoit is back 'home." Hope Kurt doesn't get drafted, I'd love to see a prologned fued with him and Benoit, eventually having Kurt turn face.

Wish I saw the ending, it sounded sweet. Worth the watch just to see tazz in the ring again, slapping on the tazzmissin. Though, JBL and HHH promos are getting really, really old. It's the same shit over and over and over. Blah blah blah "werstling god." Blah blah blah "i'm just that damn good, jack" blah blah blah. Makes me want to puke. Wish bradshaw would go back to drinking beer and playing cards.

Looking forward to RAW this monday. And, yeah, CBL and Cena fued would be fun as hell to watch.

I think i'll be a full time TNA fan - part time now - once it hits WGN. Then i'll be sporting my AJ styles baseball T all the time. And that Matt Hardy/Edge pick is funny stuff. Matt's for real, edge is a clown, lita is a whore. Rip that shit up in TNA, Matt!!!

I don't own a Gamecube, nor have I played Day Of Reckoning, but IGN.com has a preview of DOR2, and damn this game looks impressive.



Again I've never played DOR on Gamecube, but graphically the game looks pretty nice.

SmackDown! lost their TV time slot so I suppose sending Cena to RAW prevents him from going down with SmackDown! once its ratings start to I suppose. I can't see the WWE putting Triple H on a show that will have a theoretically weaker time slot so I don't think he'll move to SmackDown!. Maybe Jericho or Benoit would be more likely. Or Edge...

Loved the show.One of my favorite parts was Sandman's entrance,damn that ruled.Awesome vs Tanaka was.....awesome.That awesome bomb off the apron through the table....ouch.I loved how Paul went off on JBL and was suprised to hear him mention Matt Hardy to Edge.Cant think too much right now for some reason.

Damn the PPV sounds like it was awesome. I may actually download this baby.

Alright back to normal lol.Im definately buying the DVD for one night stand once it comes out.Brutal,and awesome wrestling.

The main event was a bloody mess,Dreamer was...wow.Powerbomb through a flaming table,I will just say ouch.

Once again I will mention Sandman's entrance,will the whole crowd singing Enter Sandman.Best entrance ever,fuck the Undertaker lol.

Awesome vs Tanaka was match of the night in my opinion.I loved this match from beginning to end.

Storm vs Jericho was a good opener,and I think its cool that Lance won his last match.

The shoot promo from RVD was awesome...I really hope WWE uses him right when he comes back,like he said,dont cut his vocab down to 'Cool' and 'Whatever'

Heyman...Heyman...Heyman.This was absolutely perfect.He tore into JBL a bit,and mentioning Matt Hardy,well there goes wwe's attempt to mask the whole situation.

The big brawl in the end was good.Im glad the wwe guys didnt have the main focus in the show,and when they did they got their asses kicked.

Me not being a 'true' ECW fan,I loved this.I may have never watched ECW while it was alive,but hell I loved this.The crowd was something special, makes me regret missing the time ECW was around.

I honestly think there are several stars from Raw that can go to Smackdown and become the champions they aren't allowed to be on Monday nights. I think this can/will make smackdown better.

I would like to see Undertaker or RVD on Raw though.

As for smackdown,its honestly sucked lately.I hope Kane comes over to smackdown,reunite with Taker maybe once or twice.Have them go for the belt.Raw is getting better with the draft.

Don't forget Randy Orton might go to Smackdown too. Kane Needs to go to Smackdown!!

And I glad to see Jericho, Christian and Cena in a triple Threat title match.

I guarantee that Christian wins the belt and gets traded or drafted to Smackdown the next day, screwing Cena out of a rematch!!1

Ok I havn't had the chance to go online since last night, but One Night Stand was by far the best PPV I have seen since '01's Guilty as Charged!!! I have never been so happy and giddy about wrestling like that in a long long time. Not sure if this little fact is totally clear but ECW was the end all be all of wrestling for me. I was hooked from the first time I heard about it (back when Lawler brought RVD to Raw and called him Mr. Monday Night), and last night just was a great moment. Granted, in a perfect world there would have been a bigger card and more of the old roster would have been there, but hell I'm not complaining, infact I'm eternally greatful.

Highlights of the night for me:

-Joey Styles. The greatest play by play man ever in wrestling. JR can't hold a candle to him. I was just so happy to see him back on the mike. Seeing him near tears I began to get chocked up.

-RVD's shoot promo. WOW I wasn't sure what to expect, but the second he said "Hey remember back when I had a vocabulary? Remember when I used to say more than "whatever" and Cool"? He just poured his heart out, and it really is a shame he couldn't perfom last night.

-Paul Heyman's shoot promo. I gotta say that man has more balls than anyone else on the planet to say what he had to say. I was wondering what he was refering to when he said earlier "I might get fired when the night is over", and now I know. It was bad enough that he brought up the Edge and Lita affair that got Matt Hardy fired, but what he said to JLB was an extreme low blow(parden the pun) that just had to be said. We all knew it but for Heyman to say it I was like "Holy fuckin Shit!!!"

-Tommy Dreamer's fairwell. That was it for him and it was a great way to go, doing what he loved. He's had "hardcore" matches in WWE, but NONE were even close to what his ECW matches were like. That was a perfect finish to a career like his.

-Every match was awsome when compaired to what WWE has been dishing out these past few years, but I'll admit Rey/Psycosis could have been better and so could Benoit/Guerrero. Those kinda dissapointed me, but hey, once again better than what WWE regurgitates constantly.

-Like I said I was happy to see those who were there, but I was royally pissed when Danny Doring got cut off by JLB. I really loved Doring and Roadkill (my #2 fav. tag team behind the Impact Players) and for them to get cut off was a bit of a slap in the face.

-The only really bad stufff about the show was how involved WWE was. It took away quite abit from what the show was meant for. It was put together to give ECW fans what they have been screaming from since the Invasion angle (you know the one that looked like it was going to be WCW, WWE, and ECW, then they added in Shane and Stephanie, and it became WCW vs WWE) and to still have WWE present was really annoying.

-Best two matches of the night were Awesome/Tanaka and the main event. Super Crazy/Tajiri/Little Guido comes in very close behind those two.

-The entire show just goes to show how WWE so horribly missused the ECW talent they aquired.

-One more sidenote that I just have to cover, and that's how much of an asshole JLB is. Not only did he go above and beyond the call of duty when he did an impromt-to shoot on Smackdown (that was editted out) but he intentionally busted open The Blue Meanie. For more on that story though I'd just recommending reading the story here
