What an unblievably crappy Raw tonight! Not really worth the time to watch it! The only thing that I enjoyed seeing was Shawn Micheals and Hogan posing for a few minutes, and if that was the only highlight of the show, then you know something was wrong. Also good was the Vince segment and Batista taking it to Trips, but all in all pure crap!! That new tag team that debuted sucks! They're supposed to be a take on Chuck and Billy, but the only trouble with that is the fact that Chuck and Billy have nearly 20 years experience between the two of them, and these two idiots, the Heart Throbs or whatever, can't wrestle worth a shit! If the WWE wants to improve the Raw tag division, they better hope they can find a few more teams like MNM!!

I'am just glad the WWE is finally impoving the Tag Team Divisions. with MNM debuting on SD! and the heart throb on Raw. it looks like they're actually going somewhere with the Tag Division. The Shane Twins are set to debute soon to. as for the heart throbs, I haven't seen any pics of videos of them yet. but I heard there entrance was pretty cool. can't wait to see them

YES!!! Another Draft Lottery!! theres been rumors about it but Vince finally announced it. I think its pretty much a lock that Christian is going to SmackDown! based on his promo. I can't wait to see what other trades they make this time. I just hope Triple H stays on Raw and Undertaker stays on SmackDown.

Kane Vs Viscera? Viscera can't wrestle for shit, but I think it'll be a cool match to see, just 'cause. Like the Nash Vs Giant match years ago. Just a cool spectacle. And at least they're doing something with Viscera (not to mention Kane), instead of just paying him to have a random match every couple of months.

What makes this card good though, is that Regal is on it. Wait, it gets better, Tajiri is too! You just know they're going to drop the titles to put these new guys over, but at least the two most talented guys on Raw are getting a PPV spot.

One thing that's kind of weird, is the match with Davari/Hassan. HBK is a upper card star, and Hogan is even bigger, yet they're facing some mid-carder and his manager? It's kind of like a David and Goliath story execpt Goliath is made of steel, and you know david is going to get crushed, because if he wins it's just not going to be believable.

I was suprised that J.R. won to. Since Trips has been obsessed with giving Batista the Pedigree, I was kinda hoping that Batista would've picked Triple H up after hitting him with the chair and givin him the Pedigree instead of dragging J.R. over and having him pin Trips. That would've been sweet.

idk about you but i loved how raw ended, batista is great as champion and he really needs to hang on to the title for a while, but he is pretty much the reason im watching wrestling again, i anticipate that batista hands triple h his ass at backlash.

on another note very happy that hogan is back, hopefully he can ressurect his captain america or whatever the hell theme he had going on before he left.

tag teab division needs real tag teams, not 2 guys thrown together to be champion, really i remember when a tag team match meant something.

on the smackdown side, booker t deserves a title run, an angle with cena would be great, but booker has deserved a run as champ for a long time.

They are a joke! But not a ha ha funny joke that a person cares to laugh at, more like a funny, somewhat stupid joke, that don't even deserve the tag titles! I just hope that when the Shane Twins debut on which ever show, that they are at least good. WWE is trying to improve the tag divisions of both show, with MNM on SD, but hopefully not with the Heart Throbs on Raw, those two are just pathetic!!

I have no problem with the heart throb's gimick. when Billy and Chuck had a similiar gimick they would make me laugh at times. plus I heard the throbs were pretty good in the ring. these guys are getting some mix reactions on the net. some like the gimick, others hate them.

-- Although nobody will say anything about it openly, WWE management feels much more comfortable with John Cena carrying a major title, than they do Batista. Batista is very close with Triple H, and it would most likely cause a lot of un-wanted drama if someone were to say something about it.

-- The main feeling going around right now is that having John Cena and Batista switch brands during the draft would be a good idea. Many feel that there is no chemistry between Triple H and Batista on the microphone, which is why some are eager to move Batista over to SmackDown. Moving Batista to SmackDown would open up new doors for him as champion, in a possible feud with JBL who he may have better chemistry with.

-- Angle might be moving to Raw, and HBK might move to Smackdown and eventually turn heel

as much as I like Batista, I gotta admit that his title run so far hasn't been that great. he hasn't been given enough airtime as Champion to see what he can really do. these past few weeks as Champion., hes only been given like what 5 mins ONLY at the end of Raw. hes hardly all over Raw interacting with other superstars, giving interviews and wrestling other people for a change. you know, things that a World Champion should do. Its funny to, hes doing the same exact thing he did before he was Champion while Triple H is getting alot more airtime than him. its like it doesn't matter who the Champion is. Triple H will ALWAYS be the World Champ even if he doesn't have the phyical belt. its bullshit!

over at SmackDown!, John Cena is being booked WAY BETTER as Champion. hes getting tons of airtime, interacting with the fans and as WWE Champion hes, you know, THE MAIN FOCUS OF THE SHOW. and it looks like the WWE are putting way more focus on him as Champion than Batista over at Raw.

Face it, Triple H will always be World Champion, title or without it.

No offence, and I ain't taking anything away from Mysterio, but he is not a Heavyweight, and should not be even considered a Heavyweight title contender. Case in point, when WCW tried to use him as some sort of "giant killer" beating guys like Nash and Bam Bam, nobody took it seriously, and he was never pushed into a World title defence. I'm quite glad that Vince hasn't been stupid enough to do the same thing WCW did, cause I think that hurt Rey's career. He's more suitable for the fast past types of matches that the Cruiserweight division has, and tag matches.

And yeah, I to miss the days of only one World Champ. This whole nonsense with multiple champs is stupid. Batista and Cena make good World champs and all, but in order for the belts to get credibility, the WWE should re-unify both World titles, and one World champ can defend the belt on either show, and more people like Booker T, Big Show, Luther Reigns (maybe not Reigns so much), etc., can have their chance, where as now with two World titles, it's always the same fucking guys trading it back and fourth.

If we'd have an undisputed champ who'd go to both shows like before, it would be silly because he'd either be feuding with superstars on both smackdown! and RAW, or he'd be feuding with superstars on just one show and then have pointless matches in the other show.
The thing is, there AREN'T multiple champions. There are TWO champions for TWO leagues. It's perfectly fine this way.... the only problem is the booking. and there should be superstar trades and drafts more often to keep the feuds fresh. I've just read about the Hell in a Cell Batista vs. Triple H match at Vengeance. Gee, that's just fucking great. The 2005 Hell in a Cell is on RAW again...and again, Triple H is in it, and will probably win because of his little ''undefeated at HIAC matches'' fetish. So, I think it's pretty safe to predict the new few months.
Batista beats H at Backlash. Batista fends off random challenger (Edge or Benoit) at Bad Blood, and then drops the title at Vengeance to Triple H. Then, Batista will sink back to the midcard while Triple H will now feud with the new up and comer superstar. Maybe Edge, Christian, or Jericho?

For once I agree with Zentile taking away one of the belts and making an undisputed champion is stupid. The champ would either be fueding with someone on Smackdown or Raw while the other show gets ignored or even worse they would make him work both shows which would make for lame storylines and one tired champ. I like it the way it is now with two championship belts. I also like the idea of random trades between both brands... it could make things a lot more interesting.

P.S. if you think Triple H is annoying now just think of how annoying it would get if there was only one World Title.

I think Batista doesn't really come off as champ material because he isn't one of those 'larger than life' guys. When you look at Cena, Triple H, JBL, etc, they all have this "I'm so great" thing going for them. All batista has is quite confedence. Just a smirk and an invitation for anybody to come and get their ass kicked. I think if they used Batista in an angle that didn't just break down to "I'm gonna kick your ass 'cause I don't like you", he'd be a more believable champ.

I think for starters, he is never going to go anywhere if he's feuding with Triple H because he's pretty much done everything with him (friend, tag parter, enemy, the uncertain relationship thing, boyfriend) so they need to do something else with Triple H for a while and have a different person fued with Batista. Maybe push Kane by having him fued with Batista and beat him down a lot, then have Batista unexpectedly win their 'final showdown' at some PPV. Maybe create an alliance between Jericho/Benoit/Shelton (or Christian, Edge, etc) to stop this unstopable monster of a champ, and have him backed into a corner. Show a bit of fear from Batista. Add more to his character rather than just being an ass kicking machine.

Aside from that, he needs to develop his character a bit more I think. JBL is an arrogant rich guy, Cena is "the people's champ", Triple H is (nowdays) essentially a beefcake version of Flair. What's Batista?

He should be developed as a guy who has war flashbacks or something. An unstable guy trying to build a new life for himself. A little stupid, I know, but i've put myself on the spot here.

Whatever. I guess it doesn't really matter what they do with Batista, or anybody else for that matter, i'll still watch it reagrdless.

well smackdown was pretty decent, or at least i liked it, i think it was a decent night, nothing great but still a solid show, few things id like to point out.

MNM are what the tag team division in smackdown need, altho i think they got the title way to fast, however mileena has got a pair of tig ol bitties and a matching ass, so i guess its not all bad, also the gimmick is corny, but its fun, just like wrestling use to be before it got monopolized, so i like it, altho i agree its stupid, and the guys (mercury and nitro) are wayyyyy too pretty for wrestling, but they fit the gimmick, i dont think, being bikers would work for em, also mileena makes them worth watching if not only for the entrance.

the guy with the stuttering problem, was hilarious (watch his face) i think thats another good gimmick, i loved it when goldust had turrets, now this man monster stuttering is great, dont know his name tho, i think its matt something.

cena's belt is ok, but when in the hell did management decide that orlando jones should be US CHAMP? wasnt this guy a regular on velocity just a few months ago?

overall not a bad night for smackdown.

what is the problem with batista as champ? i love it, the guy is a monster, he doesnt need to talk, he will just whoop ass, whats wrong with that, actually i think im just so tired of triple h being champ that anyone seems good right now, and is it me or did wwe give orton a title run way to early? should have left it on benoit, and need to give him another run, let triple h be out of the title picture for once. let guy like benjamin, and christian and benoit, and hogan and michaels get destroyed.. er i mean, challenge batista, but lets also hope that:
A.batista doesnt become the whiner that lesnar developed into supposedly.
b.they make him do alot of talking.

as for the whole "Two World Titles" ordeal. Everyone seemed Ok when there were two World Titles when the WWF and WCW were around. hell, there was also ECW so that was 3 World Titles. its no different when there are two brands that the WWE is posing as two separate "organazations" each with its's own World Title. IF there was one WWE Roster like before 2002 than having two World Titles would be rediculus. but we're talking about two different 'Legues" here. so each "legue" having it's own World Title makes sence. remember, both Raw and SmackDown are suppost to be competing with each other.

going back to having one Undisputed Champion going to both show would be stupid. like someone has already mentioned. the Champion would have a feud on one show, but would be completly pointless on the other. a good example of this is when Hulk Hogan was Undisputed Champion. he was in a Main-Event feud with the Undertaker on Raw leading up to the next PPV. I honestly do not remember what Hogan was doing on SD! during that time sence his real feud was on Raw. also, don't forget that with each Brand having there own PPVs, having one Champion would be a completly clusterfuck. the Championship Title system they have now is completly fine the way it is.

Anyways, SmackDown was really good tonight. JBL and Angle on comentary was fucking GOLD. they were great together on the Mic.

Carlito's Cabana was another fun segment. It was great hearing "carlito" chants out there. it looks like Eddie is turning heel now.

I don't know what the say about Matt Morgan's new studder gimick. just see where it goes from here. he looks less generic than he use to look. that finishing move he pulled off was fucking tight though. they actually used the ECW DVD theme for his theme music.

Eddie/Rey Vs MNM was a awesome Tag Match. I'am not surprised that MNM are new Tag Champions sence the the titles had to come off Eddie and Rey soon. did I mention that MNM's gimick is fucking awesome?

Big Show/Booker Vs JBL/Angle was a fun Tag match. the fatal-4-way match next week is going to be one awesome match. I'am looking forward to that!. I hope the Cabinet doesn't split soon. they're one of the best thing on SmackDown plus, they're the only faction in the WWE right now.

So I guess Heidenreich is a complete face now? can't believe people are actually cheering for him. not that I don't mind. just werid.

Cena Vs OJ was a good match. but you could tell there was alot of editing during that match, like when Cena did the bulldog. good match overall though.

Yeah, I agree w/ KJ, Batista needs something more than a "me smash!!" roll. He's got great charisma and personality, it's just different from what most of the WWE does. He needs to be put into a position that utilizes his gift of quiet subtleness and provoked intensity. And, yes, anybody but HHH with the belt is a good thing. Though, again, it wouldn't hurt Tista to learn a belly-to-belly or something. :sigh:

I loved the look on Rey Reys face after Eddie pushed him. Great work by both durring the match and the heat afterwards. MNM is going to do alright I think, I hope, anyways. They need some more signature stuff, though. Meh. Time will tell.

Angle was so fucking funny tonight, lol. He's like "just shut up!!!" when JBL was mouthing off in the ring, lol. Love it. I personally like angle better as a face. He can get away with more corny jokes and antics, which he's very good at. Though, he plays heel well, too, so bleh.

I don't know why, but I see the two big guys, Morgan and Heidenrich (sp) in some angle. I've always liked our favorite, quase' psycho german. People give him a lot of shit, but I think he can be hella funny and entertaining. And Morgan looks like he can actually do shit in the ring - it's been so long since I've last seen him. Kinda pisses me off though, with the angle, haha. When I was younger I had somewhat of a speech impediment. Like, just thinking to fast and trying to get the words out all at once, so it all sounds jumbled and what not. So I feel Matts pain, lol.
