OK, I havn't watched Raw or Smackdown in 3 weeks. I know a lot can happen in that amount of time and I don't have enough time to read the news on the WWE website.

If possible can someone give me a couple of paragraphs on what I've missed. I'd better catch up before WM21

William Regal and Tajiri will probably take on La Resistance and retain the titles at Mania in the opening match. Still, it's sad that the cruiserweight number one contendership at Wrestlemania was decided on VELOCITY. It's really, really sad.

I doubt that the tag title match will happen, simplly cause it's stupid for the WWE to put a match on the card with no hyping, and no promoting, and if this match is added, say, announced on Heat, then it shows the WWE could care less about the tag titles, and that they should just do away with them. Hell, Regal and Tajiri ain't been used on Raw for the past few weeks, with the exception of last week, so to just throw a match together between these two teams without any promotion is just stupid.

As for the Cruiserweight title match, it is sad that they'd do it on Velocity. I see a reapeat of WCW here on this one, the WWE doesn't care that much about the Cruiserweight division, so they announce a number one contender match on one of their second-rate shows, that virtually nobody watches!

I'd have the Dudley Boys come out, powerbomb the fuck out of whoever is in the ring, and declare themselves tag team champions.

Same thing with RVD and the cruiserweight belt.

Only one thing wrong with that, RVD ain't no Cruiserweight! It would be stupid to put the belt on him, just as it had been stupid to put it on Matt Hardy a couple of years ago.

As for the Dudleys, they've had the tag belts too many times already, sure they made history winning a combined 18 titles, but that's enough, no need to crap out the tag belts even more then they already are by having the Dudleys win them another 18 times! Don't get me wrong, I like the Dudley Boyz as a team, but having them win the belts again is just like always having Trips win the World title on Raw, or Flair winning 16 World titles, it gets old fast!

They could have Regal/Tagiri vs Hussan/Daviri for Mania.

Hussan kept complaining that he doesn't have a role at Mania these past couple of weeks, so tonight, Bischoff decides to put him and his partner in a World Tag Team Title Match at mania against the Tag Team Champions. Its not much, but at least it has some backstory behind it. and I wanna see a Tag Team Match at Mania Dammit!

From what I'm hearing, Hogan is gonna run wild on his ass at Mania.



MkGeek - Yea RVD isn't a cruiserweight, but he sure flies around like one. Also, it doesn't look like they are going to give him any other belt anytime soon.

Hes injured right now, so can't really tell.

All though when he comes back, I don't think the WWE would hesitate to give RVD a US Title run.

WWE interested in bringing in The Stinger....

During an interview with "The Daily News," Sting confirmed that he has had recent talks with WWE about coming in. He said that his main problem with WWE remains their adult themed storylines and that he doesn't want little kids to see him involved in that.

True!!!! Atleast we know WWE is still interested in Sting. I would love this news to be false... then at WM21 see Sting come down to the ring and attack the Undertaker to give Orton the win this leading to a 'Taker vs. Sting match. The problem with that would be that Sting would look heel. Anyway, I just want to see Sting at WM21.

Problem is, Vince isn't going to change his program just for Sting, and Sting sure as hell isn't going to be involved with a company that works necrophellia angles and the like. I don't see it happening any time soon to be honest, unless Sting drops his faith, or is introduced as a 'holy warrior' type of guy, busting the heads of 'evil doers'.

That could be a nice way to work him into the Orton/Taker match.
Taker = demon.
Sting = demon slayer.

That would be an amazing feud. Sting busting up through under the ring, strolling around the rafters, hiding in the shadows, and Taker disappearing, throwing lighting around and doing crazy shit with his mind. Insane.

Last time the WWE attempted to recruit Sting (onto the RAW roster a couple of years back) Vince gave him a deadline & when Sting didn't respond (for whatever reasons) within it's time, WWE canned all scheduled recurrences regarding him. Sting more than likely wasn't too thrilled with the fact that Vince was giving him a deadline to respond. Does that sound like someone who's willing & ready to align the with WWE? Once again, all talk & no action.

When RVD comes back, he should become the number one face going for the U.S. title. All divisions in the WWE are extremely weak right now, except the heavyweight divisions. World title division: Triple H, Batista, Edge, Chris Benoit, Chris Jericho, Kane, Randy Orton, and now Shelton Benjamin and Christian are in the ladder match. IMO, Benjamin should be defending his IC title in a battle royal (elimination by submission or pinfall) agaisn't the whole IC division. Christian, Gene Snitsky, Maven. That would be a cool fatal fourway elimination match, and it would help solidify the IC division.
The Cruiserweight division? All the cruiserweight feuds are on Velocity, with no promos, just run-ins at the end of matches. It's so ridiculous it's not even funny. And the tag team divison? Hey, don't get me wrong, I like the idea of having the tag team champs facing each other at Mania, but it only proves how weak it is. Charlie Haas and Hardcore Holly are hardly legitimate Tag Team title contenders, which is pretty strange since they're one of the only three tag teams on Smackdown!. The Bashams seem to have forgotten about the titles aswell. And RAW's tag team divison is so sad... Bischoff even said that they're not going to defend the titles at Mania. Champions won't be participating at Wrestlemania, not even in singles matches! It's ridiculous and probably pretty awkward for Regal and Tajiri. I mean, they're champions, why aren't they on the biggest WWE show of the year?
Orlando Jordan is not in a feud right now, and has no contenders for his title. It's been a month since he won the championship match agaisnt Cena. It's about time he becomes a real champion, he better defend the title at Mania.
There's so many guys who can go for the US title. Rene Dupree (who should be the champion, IMO), Luther Reigns, Mark Jindrak, Rey Mysterio, Paul London, and Charlie Haas. Why can't he just get into a feud?? The WWE is only paying attention to the heavyweight divison, and that's sad.

I cant remember the last time Shelton Benjamin put his IC title on the line.

Benjamin defended his IC belt like three weeks in a row against Snitsky. That must have been about a month ago.

Shelton had the whole ''Open Contract'' thing which allowed anybody at anytime to challenge him for his title. That only made the IC divison look crappier though, as it was just a way of putting Shelton on RAW without a feud.

Maybe someone can help me answer this question. If you go to WWE.COM and look at the RAW roster, Stone Cold and The Rock are still on there. Why? Granted, Stone Cold is going to be in Piper's Pit at Wrestlemania but we haven't seen The Rock in months. Last time he had an official match was at Wrestlemania 20, so why is he still on the active roster?

I'm sure it's a mutual thing. WWE gains publicity from the Rock, and the Rock gains publicity from the WWE.

Ok, so here is what me and olympic hero are taking to WM21 this sunday

I'll have a sign, and he'll have a sign, and one will say "BODY MASSAGE" and the other one will say "PORKCHOP SANDWICHES" . Either we will just have signs with those words in giant letters, or we will have undertaker and kane with word baloons saying the phrases. So if you see those, then thats me and olympic hero holding them.

Where would we get pics of Undertaker and Kane from though?

Sting should go to the WWE.Undertaker vs Sting is my ultimate dream match.I don't know why Sting thinks he'll have to be involved in the sexed up storylines if he goes to the WWE.He dosen't have to be involved with.Tell me,when did you see Undertaker say "Let me tap that ass!"?So Sting has nothing to worry about.

How old is Sting nowandays anyways? if hes anywhere above 40, I doubt he'll be in any good use nowandays. unless hes another Undertaker or Marty Jannetty where he could wrestle real well in his 40s.

Wow, didn't realize he was that old. I think it would be pretty much useless to bring Sting in at this point. It just won't be the same Sting from WCW.
