Yeah, I believe it was ign.com that confirmed the online portion last week some time. Don't know all the details, thq is still being 'mom' to the info, but ign said they'd try to have more info. I imagine though that everything you listed will be included in teh online part.

DOR dosen't look too bad.I like the idea behind career mode.I hope they fix some of SD and WM's mistakes:

-WM felt too much like a N64 Game.

-In WM you couldn't go backstage in a HARDCORE or SINGLE Match.The only way you could go backstage in WM if you were in 1 or 2 player revenge mode.MAKE IT APART OF THE MAIN GAME!!!

-SD had a weird feeling I can't describe.It feels too lite compared to WM and Raw(my cousin loves Raw if your asking MKGeek)

-I miss the very 1st Smackdown Career mode to tell you the truth.You didn't move around as much as SD3 but there were some cool things you could do in career mode.I remember I made my own wrestler and Chyna asked me to jump the Big Bossman.But then she turned her back on me and I was the one getting jumped.Good Plot Twisting.Gives you a adrenaline rush when fighting.And a Reason to fight.Instead of the old I hate you feud.

-Add a mode where you can be the GM.That would be cool.

-A WWF No Mercy Create A Wrestler Mode.No Mercy was the only game where you could create someone like Jerry Seinfeld and have him fight Newman.It was really deep.

As long as the CAW has a southern flag and a coif, I'm satisfied.

They should have a create a federation mode though. That would be so cool if you could create your own federation, and rival with the WWE and recruit it's wrestlers or simply create your own wrestlers for your federation, and then eventually either get bought or buy the WWE.

Thanks,yeah LOW has already tried that in Showdown.But THQ can do it better than Acclaim can.As for working at THQ,that would be cool.

Now theres Reports of Edge being injured again. Whats up with Edge these days, After a what? 13 month absent? 5 months later hes injured again. If hes taken off Raw because of this injury than that'll proabally be a huge blow to Raw with Triple H,Benoit,Kane,Jericho and HBK the only major players on Raw left for now.

And they said the Big Bad Booty Daddy was injury prone... fuck Test, man. They should bring back Steiner and have him take the world's title from Randy Orton.

There's rumors of Christian coming in to take over Edge's spot until he returns, to continue his feud with Jericho.

- In a piece of breaking news, we can reveal that Brock Lesnar has been cut from the Minnesota Vikings. Dan Patrick reported the cut on ESPN Radio just minutes ago.

Lesnar, former WWE Champion, left World Wrestling Entertainment following his match with Goldberg at WrestleMania this past March with intentions to try out for the NFL. The Vikings were the primary goal for the Minnesota native, who won over the team's coaches with his work ethic. The general feeling was that Lesnar wouldn’t be able to play at the level of others who had continued to pursue a football career when he focused on his amateur and professional wrestling endeavors.

However, The St. Paul Pioneer Press in Minnesota is reporting that Lesnar still has a chance to be added to the Viking's practice squad once final cuts are made this week.

We’ll have more details on this story as they come in.


- Despite his release from the Minnesota Vikings, former WWE champion Brock Lesnar isn't done with football yet. His agent Ed Hitchcock spoke to ESPN.com about Lesnar's release.

"[Brock is] committed to this long-term," Hitchcock said. "He's realistic about what it takes to develop. There are players who've played this game all their lives who take a couple of years to develop [in the NFL]."

The ESPN.com article also notes that Lesnar is hopeful to play for the Vikings' practice squad or over in NFL Europe.
